- Do not aim the compressed air at yourself or other persons during operation.
- Turn off and disconnect the air supply, and depressurize the product when it is not in use.
- Always retract the compressed air hose fully into the reel when not in use.
- Never disconnect the inlet hose from the air supply by pulling on the hose itself.
- Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
- Always wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and non-slip safety shoes when operating the hose reel.
- Never allow children to use the product.
- Do not use the product when tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.

- Never use oxygen, carbon dioxide, combustible gases, or any bottled gas as an air source for this product.
- Never connect the product to the air supply before installation.
Operation
- Connect the inlet hose to the air supply and the outlet hose to a compressed air tool.
- Grip the ball stopper and pull the hose out.
- To lock the hose, pull it out and stop at your desired locking position. There are 2-3 locking positions per meter of hose.
- To unlock the hose, pull it out again and allow it to retract slightly. The hose will then retract automatically until the ball stopper hits the housing.
- Always turn off and disconnect the air supply, and depressurize the hose before allowing it to retract. It is best to let the hose retract by itself.
- The hose may sometimes fail to retract automatically after being fully extended. In this case, hold and pull the hose at the yellow warning mark (visible when the hose is fully extended) until the hose begins to retract.
Maintenance and Care
- Ensure that the pressure in the compressed air hose is fully released before maintenance or inspection.
- Clean the hose and the main housing with a damp cloth.
- Do not spray water or other liquids into the reel.
- Have the reel repaired only by a specialist.
- Check all parts for signs of wear. If defects are found, do not continue to use the product.

Installation
Diagram showing the installation process: Illustrates selecting a location, marking drill points on a wall, drilling holes, and attaching the mounting bracket with expansion bolts.
- Choose a location that is free of electrical wiring or other obstructions, and ensure that the mounting surface is sturdy enough to support the hose reel.
- Position the mounting bracket against the surface where it is to be fixed. Mark the hole locations for screwing the expansion bolts onto this surface. It is advised to mount the hose reel at least 1 m from the floor.
- Drill holes at the marked locations, ensuring they match the expansion bolts. The holes should be 51 mm deep with a diameter of 11 mm.
- Fix the mounting bracket to the wall using the provided expansion bolts.
- Check that the hose extends and retracts smoothly.
