IMPORTANT NOTE: Lubricate the treadmill before first use (see Page 13).

Maintenance & Care

Regular cleaning prolongs the treadmill's life and performance. Dust components regularly.

  • Clean both sides of the Running Belt (C23) to prevent dust accumulation underneath.
  • Keep running shoes clean to avoid dirt damaging the Running Board (D20) and Running Belt (C23).
  • Clean the Running Belt surface with a clean, damp cloth.
  • For optimal maintenance, power off the treadmill for 10 minutes every 2 hours of use and fully power off when not in use.

Centering the Running Belt:

Place the treadmill on level ground and set speed to 6.0-8.0 KM/H to check belt drift.

  • Belt drifts right: Turn right adjusting bolt clockwise ¼ turn, then left adjusting bolt counter-clockwise ½ turn. Repeat if necessary.
  • Belt drifts left: Turn left adjusting bolt clockwise ¼ turn, then right adjusting bolt counter-clockwise ½ turn. Repeat if necessary.
  • Tightening the belt: Turn both adjusting bolts clockwise one full turn. Check tension. Continue until correct tension is achieved (belt should stretch 50-75mm from the running board). Adjust both sides equally.

Lubricating the Treadmill

Lubrication is essential for the lifespan and operation of the treadmill. Lubricate the Running Board (D20) and Running Belt (C23) regularly.

WARNING: Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning, lubricating, or repairing.

How to Lubricate:

  1. Raise one side of the Running Belt (C23) and apply lubricant to the Running Board (D20). Wipe lubricant over the board with a rag. Repeat for the other side.
  2. Ensure moving parts turn freely and quietly.
  3. For best maintenance, perform regular checks.
  4. DO NOT loosen or adjust the belt while applying lubricant. Proper tension is critical for performance and safety.

Recommended lubrication schedule:

  • Light user (less than 3 hrs/week): Every six months
  • Medium user (3-5 hrs/week): Every three months
  • Heavy user (more than 5 hrs/week): Every two months

Folding, Unfolding, and Moving

Folding:

Ensure incline is at ZERO. Place hand at position "P", lift Main Frame (A02) until Air Pressure Cylinder (B05) "K" locks into the tube. A clicking sound indicates it's locked.

Unfolding:

Ensure the area beneath the Main Frame (A02) is clear. Hold Main Frame (A02) at "P" with one hand. Use foot to push Air Pressure Cylinder (B05) "K" and press down on Main Frame (A02). It will lower automatically.

Moving the Machine:

Ensure the treadmill is properly folded and unplugged. To tilt, support the top end at "P" and place foot at "M" to steady the bottom end. Tilt downward until transportation wheels touch the ground. To transport, hold at "P" and tilt so wheels can roll.

Important Electrical Information

WARNING: This treadmill requires a 10 Amp (100-120V) power source. Verify the power source is correct before plugging in.

Grounding Methods:

This product must be grounded. Plug into an appropriate, properly installed, and grounded outlet. Do not use an adapter. The product uses a grounding plug compatible with a 100-120V circuit. Ensure the outlet configuration matches the plug.

DANGER: Improper connection can cause electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure about grounding. Do not modify the plug. If it doesn't fit, have a proper outlet installed.

ATTENTION!

  • NEVER use a GFCI outlet. Route the power cord away from moving parts.
  • NEVER operate using a generator or UPS.
  • NEVER remove covers without first disconnecting power.
  • NEVER expose to rain or moisture; not for outdoor or high humidity use.
