The diagram shows the TV connected via HDMI to the computer, and the MeetUp connected via USB to the computer. The power adapter is connected to the MeetUp, and the remote control is shown separately.
Making MeetUp the Default Device
Ensure that MeetUp is selected as the camera, speaker, and microphone within your video conferencing applications. Consult your application's documentation for specific instructions.
Note Regarding 4K Video
The included USB 2.0 cable supports FullHD video (up to 1080p). For 4K video, a USB 3.0 cable is required (sold separately).
Starting a Video Call
After installation and setting MeetUp as the default device, start your video conferencing application as usual to enjoy improved audio and video quality.
Pairing MeetUp to a Bluetooth Device
You can use MeetUp for audio calls with a paired Bluetooth device. Follow these steps:
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote control until a blue light flashes near the camera lens.
- Enable Bluetooth pairing mode on your mobile device and select “Logitech MeetUp”.
MeetUp is now ready for audio calls. Pressing the Bluetooth button on the remote after pairing will disconnect the device (it remains paired but not connected). Pressing it again will reconnect the last paired device.
Pairing the Remote Control to the Camera
The camera and remote control are paired at the factory. If you need to re-pair them (e.g., after replacing a lost remote):
- Press and hold the button on the back of the camera until the LED flashes blue.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote for 10 seconds to enter pairing mode.
- Once paired, the LED on the camera will stop flashing.
- If pairing fails, the LEDs will continue flashing. Repeat from step 2.
