Compatibility Guide

Compatible with Android 5.0 and above, iOS 9.0 and above.

App Download Method

• iOS/Android: Scan the QR code to download and install the app.
• Android: Search for "LaxasFit" in the app store to download and install.
• Apple: Search for "LaxasFit" in the app store to download and install.

Initial Use

• iOS: To ensure normal use of the watch, please charge it first.
• Android: The magnetic suction cup for wireless charging, connected to power, must be aligned with the magnetic suction cable on the back of the watch.

Connecting the Watch to the App

1. During app installation, ensure all permissions are granted. Both the watch and mobile phone must be connected to the app and the phone's Bluetooth to enable all functions.
2. App Connection Method: Open the app and turn on your mobile phone's Bluetooth. The app will prompt you to enable notifications; tap to confirm. Then tap "Add Device," search for the device name (GL-SWA51), and tap "Connect" to pair with the watch.
3. Mobile Phone Bluetooth Connection: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on the watch. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings, search for the watch's Bluetooth device name, and tap "Connect" to pair.
4. Common Bluetooth Issues and Solutions: Due to differences in Bluetooth protocols between mobile phone brands, the connection between the phone and watch may sometimes be unstable. In such cases, try turning off Bluetooth on your phone and reconnecting. Alternatively, reset the watch to factory settings. If the watch does not respond, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to restart it.
5. How to Check Successful Bluetooth Connection: When the Bluetooth icon appears in the upper left corner of the main menu, it indicates a successful connection. You can also tap the watch to find your phone or enter the app to find the watch. If there is a vibration, it confirms a successful Bluetooth connection.
6. Incoming Call Notifications: If the watch does not notify you of incoming calls or messages from other apps, go to your phone's Settings > Notification Settings. Ensure the corresponding apps are enabled to send notifications to your device.

Watch Interface: Swipe left and right to enter the watch face or card function, and swipe up and down to enter the shortcut menu or message notifications.

Usage Precautions

1. Not suitable for showering and swimming.
2. Please connect the watch when syncing data.
3. Use the included charging cable for charging.
4. Do not expose the watch to high humidity or excessively high or low temperatures for extended periods.

Watch Maintenance

1. Avoid scratching the sensor and protect it from damage.
2. You can wipe the watch surface with a damp cloth, using mild soap and water to remove oil or dust.
3. Do not expose the watch to strong chemicals such as gasoline, cleaning solvents, propane, alcohol, or insect repellents. Chemicals will damage the watch's seal and case surface.
4. Avoid exposing your watch to strong impacts and extreme heat. This product does not support waterproofness according to standard 1268, does not withstand rain, hand washing, wearing swimsuits, hot showers, saunas, etc., cannot be worn, and does not prevent water vapor. If the watch is damaged due to water leakage from improper use, our company will not provide free warranty.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot find the watch?
   Answer: If you cannot find the watch, it may be that the mobile phone cannot detect the Bluetooth broadcast. Please ensure the watch is turned on and activated, and not connected to another phone. Bring the watch closer to the phone and try searching again. If it doesn't work, turn off Bluetooth on your phone and turn it back on after 20 seconds to start a new search.
2. Is the Bluetooth connection always on? Will data be stored if it is turned off?
   Answer: Before syncing data, exercise and sleep data will remain on the watch. Once the Bluetooth connection between the phone and watch is successful, the watch will automatically upload the data to the phone. However, the watch can only store data for approximately one week. Once the memory is full, the oldest data will be replaced by the newest. Therefore, it is important to sync your watch with your phone in a timely manner.
   Note: If the call and text message reminder function is enabled, the Bluetooth connection must remain active. `line` supports the alarm reminder function.
3. What should I do if the watch cannot be charged?
   Answer: Ensure the charging holder is correctly aligned with the watch, and that the charging clip is in good contact with the charging points on the watch. If the watch battery voltage is below 3.6V, there will be a short pre-charge period.
   Note: The watch will enter charging mode immediately upon connecting the charger. If the screen is not activated, please let the watch charge for 3 to 5 minutes to activate charging mode.
4. Does wearing the watch for a long time cause harm to the human body?
   Answer: The radiation emitted by the device is much lower than the FCC standard in the United States and is considered negligible. Wearing the watch for extended periods does not cause any radiation harm to the human body.
