MR-70X Part# 110-5170-30 Installation Directions

This cable is used on the Harris XL-185M and XL-200M transceiver or Remote head 44-pin accessory port without options cable.

The cable features connections for an external speaker and interfaces with two ports on the radio equipment:

One end connects to the "To Radio Accessory/ Options Port".
The other end connects to the "To Intercom Radio Interface Port".

Radio Programming for Speaker Output

To ensure audio output from speaker #1 on the transceiver, the "Master" box within the "Audio Settings" menu must be checked.

Setting Auxiliary Input for PTT

To configure the Push-To-Talk (PTT) functionality:

Navigate to the "External IO Options" section.
In the "Auxiliary Input 1" dropdown menu, select "PTT".
