- Keep children away. All children should be kept away from the work area. Don't let them handle the tool.
- Use safety glass and ear protection: Air tool operators and others in work area should always wear safety glass to prevent the injury from fasteners and flying debris when loading and unloading this tool. The noise may harm hearing, wear ear protection to safeguard.
- Never use oxygen, combustible or any other bottle gas as a power source or it would cause explosion and serious personal injury.
- Do not connect tool to compressed air which pressure exceeds 120psi.
- Do not place over-long air hose in working area in case of the operator's unexpected tripping. Make sure all connections are tight.
- Caring tool only by the handle, do not keep the trigger pull on safety yoke mechanism to avoid unintentional firing of fastener.
- Keep the tool pointed away from yourself and others at all time and keep hands, any body parts away from the safety guard against possible injury.
- Disconnect tool from air supply before loading fasteners to prevent a fastener from being fired during connection.
- Do not keep the trigger or safety depressed during loading fasteners or the unintentional firing of a fastener would cause personal injury.
- Disconnect tool from air supply hose and close the compressor before performing maintenance, altering accessories, or during non-operation.
- Do not drive fastener on scaffoldings, ladders and on such similarly construction, not working on airtight case, and vehicles.
- Do not drive fasteners close to the edge of the work piece. The work piece would split allowing fastener to fly free or ricochet causing personal injury.
- Do not drive fastener on top of nailed fastener, or the fastener can ricochet causing personal injury.
- Never use a tool that is leaking air, had missing or damaged parts or requires repair and make sure all the screws are securely tightened.
- Make daily inspection for free movement of trigger, safety mechanism and spring to ensure the tool can operate well.
- Only use parts and accessories recommended by manufacturer.
Specific Safety Instructions
This product is part of a high-pressure system and the following safety precautions must be followed at all time along with any other existing safety rules.
- Read all manuals included with this product carefully. Be thoroughly familiar with the controls and the proper use of the equipment.
- Only persons well acquainted with these rules of safe operation should be allowed to use the air tool.
- Do not exceed any pressure rating of any component in the system.
- DANGER
Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of the air tool (90 psi.). The air tool could explode and result in death or serious injury. - Disconnect the air tool from air supply before changing tools or attachments and during non-operation.
- Always wear safety glasses and ear protection during operation.
- WARNING Always wear ANSI approved Z87.1 safety glasses with shields.
- WARNING Always wear ANSI S3.19 hearing protection.
- Do not wear loose fitting clothing or apparel which contains loose straps or ties, etc. which could become entangled in moving parts of the tool and results in serious personal injury.
- Do not wear jewelry, watches, identifications, bracelets, necklaces, etc. when operating any tool, they may become caught in moving parts and result in serious injury.
- Do not depress trigger when connecting the air supply hose.
- WARNING Do not use hand tool sockets. Use impact quality sockets only.
- Never lever the tool when not applied to a work object. Attachments must be securely attached. Loose attachments can cause serious injury.
- Protect air lines from damage or puncture.
- Never point an air tool at oneself or any other person. Serious injury could occur.
- Check air hoses for weak or worn condition before each use. Make sure all connections are secure.
- Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight and ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
- Do not put hands near or under moving parts.
- WARNING Do not misuse the product, excessive exposure to vibration, work in awkward position and repetitive work motion.
- Important: The warnings mentioned in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. Operators must have common sense in mind and use this tool with caution to avoid any injuries from happening.
- Keep children and bystanders far away during operating this tool.
- Maintain air tools. If the tools are damaged, have the tools repaired before use.
- Do not smoke during use.
- Always stay alert and keep an eye on what you are doing. Do not use the product if you feel tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication. A moment of distraction when operating cranes may result in serious personal injury.

Before each use
- Drain water from air compressor tank and condensation from air lines. (Please refer to air compressor's operation manual.)
- Lubricate the tool. (Please refer to the “Maintenance" section in the manual.)
- Select the necessary sockets. The socket has to match with the size of the drive on the air impact wrench.
- Connect air impact wrench to air source with the hose of recommended size.
Operation
- Turn on the air compressor and allow its tank to be filled.
- Set the air compressor regulator to 90 psi. This air impact wrench operates at a maximum of 90PSI air pressure.
- Depress the trigger to start operating the tool.
- Release the trigger in order to stop the tool.
- When changing sockets, always disconnect air supply to avoid injury.
- When job is completed, turn off the air compressor and store the air tool after lubrication.
Maintenance & Malfunctions
WARNING
Disconnect wrench from air supply before changing accessories, servicing or performing maintenance. Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Non-authorized parts may be dangerous.
- Lubricate the air wrench daily with a few drops of air tool oil dripped into the air inlet.
- DO NOT use worn, or damaged sockets.
- Loss of power or erratic action may be due to the following:
- Excessive drain on the air line. Moisture or restriction in the air pipe. Incorrect size or type of hose connectors. To remedy check the air supply and follow instructions.
- Grit or gum deposits in the wrench may also reduce performance. If your model has an air strainer (located in the area of the air inlet), remove the strainer and clean it.
- When not in use, disconnect from air supply, clean wrench and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.
Troubleshooting
The following form lists the common operating system with problem and solutions. Please read the form carefully and follow it.
WARNING
If any of the following symptoms appears during your operating, stop using the tool immediately, or serious personal injury could result. Only a qualified person or an authorized service center can perform repairs or replacement of tool. Disconnect tool from air supply before attempting repair or adjustment. When replacing O-rings or Cylinder, lubricate with air tool oil before assembly.
