1. Introduction of Main Interface Functions

After the smart bracelet and APP are first paired, the time and date of the mobile phone will be synchronized.

2. Step Counting, Distance and Calorie

The step-counting interface shows steps (?). Wear the smart bracelet on your wrist, and it can automatically count steps, distance (?), and calories (?).

3. Messages

You can view content pushed by messages in the information interface. At most three messages can be saved. After three messages are saved, new messages will replace the older ones.

4. Sleep Monitoring

Wearing the smart bracelet at night automatically judges your sleep state, records deep sleep and light sleep, and summarizes total sleep time to help monitor sleep quality. The sensor measures sleep quality based on wrist movement range and frequency.

Display shows sleep duration (e.g., 00H00M for deep and light sleep).

5. Heart Rate Measurement

Enter the heart rate test interface. The motor vibrates once after "Start measurement" and "Stop". The current measurement data will be displayed.

5.1 Correctly wear the smart bracelet: Wear it on the wrist, 2cm from the inner side of the ulna joint for more accurate heart rate data.

5.2 Sensor contact and light: Ensure the heart rate sensor has good skin contact. If the bracelet is too loose, the sensor light may expose, causing inaccurate readings. Do not look directly at the green sensor light.

5.3 Static measurement: To measure heart rate accurately, keep still and sit down. Otherwise, measurement time may be delayed or no data may be obtained. Wait for the measurement to complete before checking data.

5.4 Accuracy improvement: If measured data differs significantly, rest and measure again. An average of five consecutive measurements is more accurate.

5.5 Real-time variation: Heart rate varies in different conditions like speaking, dining, and drinking. Readings reflect the actual state.

5.6 Sensor cleanliness and external factors: Ensure the bottom of the heart rate sensor is clean. Skin color, hair density, tattoos, and scars may affect accuracy and may require re-measurement.

6. Exercise

There are eight kinds of sports in the sports interface:

  • Walking ?
  • Mountaineering ⛰️
  • Running ?
  • Cycling ?
  • Rope Skipping ?
  • Badminton ?
  • Basketball ?
  • Football ⚽

7. Blood Pressure

Enter the blood pressure test interface. The motor vibrates once after "Start measurement" and "Stop". Current measurement data is displayed. The environment for measuring blood pressure should be quiet with an appropriate temperature. Rest for at least 5 minutes before measurement, avoiding tension or excitement. Measure three times at 2-minute intervals and record the average of three readings.

Display shows blood pressure (e.g., 128/86 mmHg).

8. Blood Oxygen

Enter the blood oxygen test interface. The motor vibrates once after "Start measurement" and "Stop". Current measurement data is displayed. Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) is the percentage of oxyhemoglobin combined by oxygen in the blood to total hemoglobin.

Display shows blood oxygen percentage (e.g., 98%).

Note: Blood pressure and blood oxygen data are for reference only and cannot be used for medical purposes.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  1. Why does the smart bracelet automatically disconnect Bluetooth when the Android screen goes out?

    1. Lock background APP. If the Da Fit process is cleared, the smart bracelet will disconnect from the mobile phone.

    2. Set APP self-startup.

    3. Unrestricted background operation. Android phones restrict background operation by default; set the APP manually without any restriction.

  2. Why cannot the smart bracelet receive message push?

    1. Confirm that the message push switch is enabled in the mobile phone client.

    2. Confirm that messages are displayed normally in the mobile phone notification bar. Message push on the smart bracelet is done by reading the notification bar. If the notification bar is empty, the bracelet cannot receive pushes. (Ensure notification settings for WeChat, QQ, calls, SMS, etc., are enabled in phone settings).

    3. On your phone, go to Settings, search for "Notification use right", and re-open Da Fit.

  3. Why can't I wear the smart bracelet in a hot bath?

Answer: Bath water has a high temperature and generates a lot of vapor. Vapor molecules have small radii and can infiltrate the smart bracelet through shell gaps. When the temperature drops, vapor condenses into liquid droplets, potentially causing short circuits and damaging the circuit board.

Note: For more FAQs, please refer to Da Fit APP feedback.

Warning

⚠️ Please consult your doctor before starting new sports. The smart bracelet monitors real-time heart rate but is not intended for any medical purpose.
