Die hierzu notwendigen Konformitätserklärungen können Sie bei der zuständigen BRITA Geschäftsstelle anfordern. 3 Allgemeine Informationen 3.1 Allgemeine Funktion und Anwendungsbereich Die Fernanzeige ermöglicht, die Betriebsparameter des PURITY Filtersystems an einem maximal 2 m entfernten, gut einsehbaren Bereich abzulesen. Die Fernanzeige ist speziell für den Einsatz mit dem BRITA PURITY Filtersystem mit Mess- und Anzeigeeinheit entwickelt und darf nur in Verbindung mit diesem betrieben werden. Die Fernanzeige ist im montierten Zustand gegen Kondenswasser geschützt. Hinweis: Bei der Verwendung der BRITA Fernanzeige mit anderen Filtersystemen verfällt jeglicher Gewährleistungsanspruch. DE 3.2 Gewährleistungsbestimmungen Die BRITA Fernanzeige unterliegt der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung von 2 Jahren. Ein Gewährleistungsanspruch kann nur geltend gemacht werden, wenn alle Hinweise dieser Anleitung befolgt und beachtet werden. Bei Nichtbeachtung verfällt jeglicher Gewährleistungsanspruch. 3.3 Aufbewahrung/Lagerung/Transport Die Fernanzeige, sämtliche in der Verpackung enthaltenen Teile sowie das Handbuch sind an einem sicheren, trockenen und für Kinder nicht zugänglichen Ort aufzubewahren. Bitte beachten Sie die Angaben in der Tabelle ,,Technische Daten" bezüglich der Umgebungsbedingungen und Abmessungen der Fernanzeige bei Lagerung oder einem Transport. Für eine Wiedereinlagerung empfehlen wir, die mitgelieferte Verpackung der Fernanzeige aufzubewahren. Das Handbuch ist als Teil dieses Produkts zu verstehen und somit während der gesamten Lebensdauer der Fernanzeige aufzubewahren und an nachfolgende Besitzer weiterzugeben. 1 3.4 Recycling/Entsorgung Durch die ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung dieses Produkts und dessen Verpackungsbestandteile tragen Sie dazu bei, potenzielle negative Auswirkungen auf Mensch und Umwelt zu vermeiden, die durch die unsachgemäße Entsorgung auftreten könnten. Die Anzeigeeinheit, die Batterie der Anzeigeeinheit und die Fernanzeige dürfen nicht verbrannt und nicht in den Hausmüll geworfen werden. Bitte sorgen Sie für eine ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung gemäß der örtlichen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen . 4 Sicherheitshinweise Dieses Handbuch enthält Hinweise, die Sie zu Ihrer persönlichen Sicherheit sowie zur Vermeidung von Sachschäden beachten müssen, bei Zuwiderhandlung übernimmt BRITA keinerlei Haftung für entstehende Schäden. Die Hinweise sind hervorgehoben und je nach Gefährdungsgrad folgendermaßen dargestellt: ! Vorsicht: bedeutet, dass ein Sachschaden eintreten kann, wenn die entsprechenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen nicht getroffen werden. ! Hinweis: ist eine wichtige Information über das Produkt, die Handhabung des Produktes oder den jeweiligen Teil der Dokumentation, auf den besonders aufmerksam gemacht werden soll. 4.1 Qualifiziertes Personal Die Installation und Instandhaltung dieses Gerätes dürfen nur von geschultem oder autorisiertem Personal vorgenommen werden. 4.2 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch Das Gerät darf nur für die in diesem Handbuch vorgesehenen Anwendungsfälle eingebaut werden. Der einwandfreie und sichere Betrieb des Produktes setzt die in diesem Handbuch beschriebene Installation, Bedienung und Instandhaltung voraus. DE 4.3 Haftungsausschluss Bitte führen Sie die Installation exakt nach dem Handbuch aus. BRITA haftet nicht für etwaige Schäden einschließlich Folgeschäden, die aus der falschen Anwendung des Produktes oder dem Unvermögen, das Produkt zu benutzen, entstehen können, auch dann nicht, wenn BRITA von der Möglichkeit solcher Schäden wusste. 4.4 Spezifische Sicherheitshinweise ! Vorsicht: Betriebsanweisung des angeschlossenen BRITA Filtersystems beachten! ! Vorsicht: Gerät vor Sonneneinstrahlung und mechanischen Beschädigungen schützen, nicht in der Nähe von Hitzequellen oder offenem Feuer montieren! ! Vorsicht: Vor dem Filterwechsel ziehen Sie den Blindstecker 5 vom Filterkopf, um eine Beschädigung der Verbindungsleitung und der Stecker zu vermeiden. 2 4.5 Sicherheitstechnische Montagehinweise ! Hinweis: Die Zuleitungen sollten nicht parallel zu stromführenden Leitungen verlegt und nicht abgeknickt werden. 5 Installation 5.1 Lieferumfang Nehmen Sie vor der Installation den gesamten Lieferumfang aus der Verpackung und prüfen Sie diesen auf Vollständigkeit: 1 x Fernanzeige mit Blindstecker und Zuleitung 1 x Handbuch 3 x Doppelseitiges Klebeband Sollten Teile des Lieferumfanges fehlen, wenden Sie sich bitte an die für Sie zuständige BRITA Geschäftsstelle. 5.2 Die Installation der Fernanzeige kann auf zwei Arten erfolgen: 5.2.1 Installation mittels handelsüblichen doppelseitigen Klebebands · Befestigen Sie zwei Streifen des doppelseitigen Klebebands an der Rückseite der Fernanzeige. · Kleben Sie die BRITA Fernanzeige an der gewünschten Position fest. ! Hinweis: Die Montageoberfläche muss fett-, staub- und schmutzfrei sein. · Weiter siehe Abschnitt 6. 5.2.2 Installation mittels Schrauben (Schrauben sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) DE ! Hinweis: Wir empfehlen für diese Montageart zwei Flachkopfschrauben mit einem max. Schaftdurchmesser von 4 mm. ! Vorsicht: Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass sich hinter der Montagefläche keine wasserführenden oder elektrischen Leitungen befinden. · Befestigen Sie die Schrauben der Montagefläche entsprechend. · Hängen Sie die Fernanzeige mittels der Bohrungen an der Gehäuserückseite auf die Schrauben. 3 6 Inbetriebnahme 6.1 Inbetriebnahme Fernanzeige Die Fernanzeige kann nur mit einem PURITY mit Mess- und Anzeigeeinheit in Betrieb genommen werden. ! Vorsicht: Die Installation darf nur von geschultem und autorisiertem Personal vorgenommen werden (s. Abschnitt 4.1) und muss unter Beachtung der Umgebungsbedingungen des Abschnitts ,,Technische Daten" erfolgen. ! Vorsicht: Achten Sie darauf, dass die Zuleitungen nicht abgeknickt werden und beim Verlegen keine Stolperfallen entstehen. · Nehmen Sie die Anzeigeeinheit 1 vom PURITY Filtersystem ab. · Stecken Sie den Blindstecker 5 in die Anschlussarmatur 8 des PURITY Filtersystems. · Stecken Sie nun die original Anzeigeeinheit 1 auf die Wandhalterung. 6.2 Inbetriebnahme Erschöpfungssignal Bei der Erschöpfung des Filters wird die Restkapazität blinkend im Display der Anzeigeeinheit angezeigt. Die Erschöpfungsmeldung erscheint ab einer Restkapazität von weniger als 10 % oder wenn das Restmonatslimit weniger als einen Monat beträgt. Beispiel: vorgegebenes Monatslimit 12 Monate, Erschöpfungsmeldung nach 11 Monaten. Zwischen 2 und 12 Monaten ist das Monatslimit frei wählbar (siehe Handbuch PURITY). Die Erschöpfungsmeldung wird so lange angezeigt, bis die Kartusche gewechselt wird. Die Fernanzeige bietet zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, das Erschöpfungssignal abzugreifen und z. B. in einer Maschinensteuerung zu verwerten. Somit kann ein kapazitäts- und zeitgerechter Austausch der Filterkartusche fernab vom Installationsort sichergestellt werden. Für nähere Informationen zu dieser Funktion kontaktieren Sie Ihre BRITA Niederlassung. DE 6.3 Inbetriebnahme mit neuem PURITY Filtersystem und bei Filterwechsel Bei der Installation eines neuen PURITY mit Mess- und Anzeigeeinheit bzw. bei einem Filterwechsel in Verbindung mit der Fernanzeige gehen Sie bitte folgendermaßen vor: · Nehmen Sie Ihren neuen PURITY in Betrieb, bzw. führen Sie den Filterwechsel unter Beachtung Ihres PURITY Handbuches durch. ! Hinweis: Während des Einspülvorgangs muss die Anzeigeeinheit 1 auf dem Basismodul Deckel aufgesteckt sein. · Nehmen Sie nach dem Einspül- und Entlüftungsvorgang die Anzeigeeinheit 1 von der Anschlussarmatur 8 ab. · Stecken Sie den Blindstecker 5 der Fernanzeige 2 auf die Anschlussarmatur am PURITY. · Stecken Sie die entnommene Anzeigeeinheit 1 auf die Fernanzeige 2 . · Das System ist nun betriebsbereit und Sie können die Betriebsparameter an der Fernanzeige 2 ablesen. Falls Sie nach der Installation die Verpackungsmaterialien entsorgen wollen, beachten Sie bitte Abschnitt 3.4. 4 6.4 Inbetriebnahme bei bereits installiertem PURITY Filtersystem Wenn Sie ein in Betrieb genommenes PURITY Filtersystem haben, gehen Sie bitte folgendermaßen vor: · Nehmen Sie die Anzeigeeinheit 1 von dem PURITY ab. · Stecken Sie den Blindstecker 5 der Fernanzeige 2 in die Anschlussarmatur 8 des PURITY. · Stecken Sie die entnommene Anzeigeeinheit 1 in die Fernanzeige 2 . · Das System ist nun betriebsbereit und Sie können die Betriebsparameter an der Fernanzeige 2 ablesen. Falls Sie nach der Installation die Verpackungsmaterialien entsorgen wollen, beachten Sie bitte Abschnitt 3.4. 7 Instandhaltung ! Vorsicht: Die Instandhaltung darf nur von geschultem und autorisiertem Personal vorgenommen werden (s. Abschnitt 4.1). 7.1 Reinigung Befreien Sie die Fernanzeige 2 regelmäßig von Staub und Schmutz. · Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung ein weiches, sauberes und trockenes Tuch. ! Hinweis: Verwenden Sie keine ätzenden Chemikalien, Reinigungslösungen oder scharfe Reinigungsmittel. 8 Fehlerbehebung 8.1 Keine sichtbare Zählfunktion der Wassermenge (Restkapazität wird nicht aktualisiert) Ursache: Fehlerhafte Steckverbindung oder Zuleitung Fehlerbehebung: Überprüfen Sie den korrekten Sitz der Steckverbindungen bzw. die Zuleitung auf Unversehrtheit. 9 Außerbetriebnahme DE Sollten Sie das Gerät außer Betrieb nehmen wollen, gehen Sie bitte wie folgt vor: · Entnehmen Sie die Anzeigeeinheit 1 von der Fernanzeige 2 . · Nehmen Sie den Blindstecker 5 von Ihrem PURITY ab. · Stecken Sie die zuvor abgenommene Anzeigeeinheit 1 auf den PURITY. You can request the Declarations of Conformity needed for this from the responsible BRITA office. 3 General information 3.1 General function and application The Remote Display allows the operating parameters of the PURITY filter system to be read at a highly visible range of max. 2 m. The Remote Display has been specifically developed for use with the BRITA PURITY filter system with a measuring and display unit and may only be operated in conjunction with this system. When mounted, the Remote Display is protected against condensation. Note: All guarantee rights shall become void if the BRITA Remote Display is used with other filter systems. 3.2 Guarantee provisions The BRITA Remote Display is subject to the statutory guarantee of 2 years. A guarantee claim may only be submitted if all instructions in this Handbook are followed and observed. The sensor housing and the electronics cover in the display unit must never be opened. If this instruction is not observed, all guarantee claims shall become void. EN 3.3 Storage/Transport The Remote Display, including all of the parts contained in the packaging, and the Handbook must be kept in a safe, dry place out of the reach of children. Please note the details in the "Technical data" table concerning the ambient conditions and dimensions of the Remote Display during storage or transport. We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the Remote Display for future storage purposes. The handbook should be seen as part of the product and thus kept for the whole service life of the Remote Display and passed on to subsequent owners. 3.4 Recycling/Disposal By disposing of this product and its packaging in the correct manner you are helping to prevent potential negative impacts on people and the environment that could be caused by incorrect disposal. The display unit, the battery for the display unit and the remote display must not be burnt and must not be disposed of in domestic waste. Please ensure that these are disposed of correctly, in accordance with local regulations . 6 4 Safety notes This Handbook contains instructions that you must observe for your personal safety and in order to avoid damage to property; if they are contravened, BRITA shall not accept liability for any damage incurred. The instructions are highlighted and printed as follows, depending on the degree of danger: ! Caution: means that damage to property can occur if the relevant precautionary action is not taken. ! Note: is important information about the product, handling the product or the relevant part of the documentation to which particular attention should be drawn. 4.1 Qualified personnel The installation and maintenance of the appliance may be carried out only by trained or authorised personnel. 4.2 Correct use The appliance may be installed only for the applications intended in this Handbook. Safe operation of the product is subject to the correct installation, operation and maintenance described in this Manual. 4.3 Liability exclusion Please install exactly in accordance with the Handbook. BRITA shall not accept liability for any damage, including subsequent damage arising from the incorrect use of the product or inability to use the product, even if BRITA was aware of the possibility of such damage. 4.4 Specific safety information ! Caution: Observe the Operating Instructions of the connected BRITA filter system! EN ! Caution: Protect the appliance against sunlight and mechanical damage, do not assemble near sources of heat or naked flames! ! Caution: Prior to changing the filter, remove the dummy plug 5 from the filter head in order to prevent damage to the connecting cable and the plug. 4.5 Safety-technical assembly notes ! Note: The cable should not be laid parallel to cables conducting electricity and should not be bent. 7 5 Installation 5.1 Delivery scope Prior to installation, remove the entire delivery scope from the packaging and check that everything is there: 1 x Remote Display with dummy plug and cable 1 x Handbook 3 x double-sided adhesive tape If parts of the delivery scope are missing, please contact your local BRITA office. 5.2 The Remote Display can be installed in 2 ways: 5.2.1 Installation using standard commercial double-sided adhesive tape · Attach 2 strips of the double-sided adhesive tape to the back of the Remote Display. · Stick the BRITA Remote Display in the desired position. ! Note: The mounting surface must be free from grease, dust and dirt. · Continue from Section 6. 5.2.2 Installation using screws (Screws are not included in the delivery scope) ! Note: For this type of fixing, we recommend two flat-headed screws with a max. shaft diameter of 4 mm. ! Caution: Please ensure that there are no water pipes or electrical cables behind the mounting surface. · Fasten the screws in a way appropriate to the mounting surface. · Hang the Remote Display on the screws using the fixing holes drilled on the back of the housing. 6 Commissioning EN 6.1 Commissioning the Remote Display The Remote Display can be commissioned only with a PURITY filter system with a measuring and display unit. ! Caution: The system may be installed only by trained and authorised personnel (cf. Section 4.1) and the ambient conditions of the "Technical data" section must be observed. ! Caution: Make sure that the cables are not bent and that laying does not lead to any risks of tripping. · Remove the display 1 unit from the PURITY filter system. · Insert the dummy plug 5 in the connecting fitting 8 of the PURITY filter system. · Now plug the original display 1 unit on the wall mounting. 8 6.2 Commissioning exhaustion signal When the filter is exhausted, the remaining capacity is indicated by a flashing display on the display unit. The exhaustion message appears when there is a remaining capacity of less than 10 % or when the remaining monthly limit is less than one month. Example: Prescribed monthly limit 12 months, exhaustion message after 11 months. The monthly limit can be freely selected from 212 months (cf. PURITY Handbook). The exhaustion message is displayed until the cartridge is changed. The remote display also offers the option of picking up the exhaustion signal and, for example, exploiting it in a machine controller. Doing so ensures that the filter cartridge can be replaced remotely from the installation site in line with capacity levels and schedules. For more information on this function, please contact your BRITA office. 6.3 Commissioning with a new PURITY filter system and when changing the filter When installing a new PURITY filter system with a measuring and display unit or during a filter change in conjunction with the Remote Display, please proceed as follows: · Commission your new PURITY filter system or change the filter taking account of your PURITY Handbook. ! Note: During the flushing process, the display unit 1 must have been placed on the base module lid. · After the flushing and bleeding process, remove the display unit 1 from the connecting fitting 8 . · Place the dummy plug 5 of the Remote Display 2 on the connecting fitting of the PURITY filter system. · Place the removed display unit 1 on the Remote Display 2 . · The system is now ready for operation and you can read the operating parameters on the Remote Display 2 . If you want to dispose of the packaging material after installation, please note Section 3.4. 6.4 Commissioning when a PURITY filter system is already installed EN If you have a PURITY filter system that has already been commissioned, please proceed as follows: · Remove the display unit 1 from the PURITY filter system. · Place the dummy plug 5 of the Remote Display 2 in the connecting fitting 8 of the PURITY filter system. · Place the removed display unit 1 in the Remote Display 2 . · The system is now ready for operation and you can read the operating parameters on the Remote Display 2 . If you want to dispose of the packaging material after installation, please note Section 3.4. 9 7 Repair ! Caution: Repair may be carried out only by trained and authorised personnel (cf. Section 4.1). 7.1 Cleaning Regularly clear the Remote Display 2 of dust and dirt. · Use a soft, clean and dry cloth for cleaning. ! Note: Do not use any abrasive chemicals, cleaning solutions or astringent cleaning agents. 8 Troubleshooting 8.1 No visible metering function for the water quantity (residual capacity is not updated) Cause: Faulty plugged connection or hose. Troubleshooting: Please check that the plugged connections are firm or check the hose for leaks. 9 Decommissioning If you want to decommission the appliance, proceed as follows: · Remove the display unit 1 from the Remote Display 2 . · Remove the dummy plug 5 from your PURITY filter system. · Place the previously removed display unit 1 on the PURITY filter system. Les déclarations de conformité nécessaires à cet effet sont disponibles auprès du point de vente BRITA compétent. 3 Informations générales 3.1 Fonction générale et domaine d'application Le téléaffichage permet de lire les paramètres d'exploitation du système de filtration PURITY dans une zone distante de 2 m au maximum qui présente de bonnes conditions de lecture. Le téléaffichage a été développé tout spécialement pour les systèmes de filtration BRITA PURITY avec unité de mesure et d'affichage et a seulement le droit d'être mis en oeuvre avec ces systèmes. Le téléaffichage est étanche à l'eau de condensation quand il est monté. Remarque : une utilisation du téléaffichage BRITA avec d'autres systèmes de filtration invalide tout recours en garantie. 3.2 Dispositions relatives à la garantie Le téléaffichage dispose d'une garantie contractuelle de 2 ans. Un recours en garantie est subordonné au respect de toutes les indications du présent mode d'emploi. Le boîtier de capteur et le couvercle de l'électronique dans l'unité d'affichage n'ont pas le droit d'être ouverts. Un non-respect de cette règle annule tout recours en garantie. 3.3 Conservation/stockage/transport FR Le téléaffichage et toutes les pièces contenues dans l'emballage, ainsi que le mode d'emploi, doivent être conservés en un lieu sûr, sec et inaccessible aux enfants. Veuillez tenir compte des informations données dans le tableau « Caractéristiques techniques » sur l'environnement et les dimensions du téléaffichage pour le stockage ou le transport. En prévision d'un stockage ultérieur, nous vous recommandons de conserver l'emballage fourni avec le téléaffichage. Le mode d'emploi fait partie de ce produit et doit par conséquent être conservé pendant toute la durée de vie du téléaffichage, transmis au propriétaire respectif. 3.4 Recyclage/Mise au rebut En respectant les dispositions légales en vigueur concernant l'élimination de ce produit et de son emballage, vous contribuez à éviter les effets négatifs pour l'homme et l'environnement qui pourraient découler d'une mise au rebut non-conforme. L'afficheur électronique, sa batterie et le téléafficheur ne doivent pas être brûlés, ni jetés avec les ordures ménagères. Merci de veiller à les éliminer conformément aux dispositions légales en vigueur . 11 4 Consignes de sécurité Ce mode d'emploi renferme des indications que vous devriez à la fois observer pour votre propre sécurité et pour éviter des dommages matériels. En cas de non-respect, BRITA décline toute responsabilité pour d'éventuels dommages. Ces indications sont représentées selon le degré de risque suivant : ! Attention : signifie qu'un dommage matériel peut survenir en cas de non-application des précautions requises. ! Remarque : est une information importante sur le produit, sur son emploi ou sur la partie de la documentation qui mérite une attention particulière. 4.1 Personnel qualifié L'installation et la maintenance de cet appareil sont réservées au personnel formé ou autorisé. 4.2 Utilisation conforme à la destination L'appareil a le droit d'être monté uniquement pour les applications décrites dans le présent mode d'emploi. Le bon fonctionnement du produit présuppose le respect des indications d'installation, de mise en oeuvre et de maintenance contenues dans le présent mode d'emploi. 4.3 Dénégation de responsabilité Veuillez effectuer l'installation en suivant scrupuleusement les instructions du mode d'emploi. BRITA décline toute responsabilité pour d'éventuels dommages, y compris les dommages consécutifs, résultant d'une utilisation incorrecte du produit ou de l'inaptitude à le mettre en oeuvre, même si BRITA avait connaissance des risques de survenance de tels dommages. 4.4 Consignes de sécurité particulières ! Attention : tenez compte des instructions d'emploi du système de filtration BRITA raccordé! FR ! Attention : évitez d'exposer l'appareil au rayonnement solaire et mettez-le à l'abri de tous dommages mécaniques. Ne le montez pas à proximité de sources de chaleur ou d'une flamme nue! ! Attention : retirez la fiche isolante 5 de la tête du filtre avant le remplacement de ce dernier afin d'éviter un endommagement du câble de raccordement et des connecteurs. 4.5 Instructions de montage relatives à la sécurité ! Remarque : les conduites d'amenée ne devraient pas être posées parallèlement aux câbles électriques et ne pas être coudées. 12 5 Installation 5.1 Fourniture Avant de procéder à l'installation, vérifiez si l'emballage contient toutes les pièces prévues : 1 x fixation murale avec fiche isolante et conduite 1 x mode d'emploi 3 x ruban adhésif double face S'il manque des pièces, veuillez vous adresser au point BRITA compétent. 5.2 L'installation du téléaffichage peut s'effectuer de 2 façons : 5.2.1 Installation au moyen d'un ruban double face courant · Fixez les 2 bouts de ruban double face au dos du téléaffichage. · Collez le téléaffichage BRITA à la position souhaitée. ! Remarque : la surface de montage doit être exempte de graisse, de poussière et de saletés. · Suite, voir section 6. 5.2.2 Installation au moyen de vis (les vis ne sont pas comprises dans la fourniture) ! Remarque : pour ce type de montage, nous recommandons d'utiliser deux vis à tête plate d'un diamètre de tige de 4 mm. ! Attention : veuillez vous assurer de l'absence de conduites d'eau ou de câbles électriques derrière la surface de montage. · Fixez les vis conformément à la surface de montage. · Accrochez le téléaffichage aux vis au moyen des orifices sur la face arrière du boîtier. 6 Mise en service 6.1 Mise en service du téléaffichage Le téléaffichage peut seulement être mis en oeuvre avec un système PURITY muni d'une FR unité de mesure et d'affichage. ! Attention : l'installation est réservée à un personnel formé et autorisé (cf. section 4.1) et doit s'effectuer selon les indications de la section « Caractéristiques techniques ». ! Attention : veillez à ce que les conduites ne présentent pas de coude ni de risques de trébuchement. · Retirez l'unité d'affichage 1 du système de filtration PURITY. · Introduisez la fiche isolante 5 dans l'armature 8 du système de filtration PURITY. · Montez maintenant l'unité d'affichage 1 originale sur la fixation murale. 13 6.2 Mise en service du système de signalisation d'usure En cas d'usure du filtre, la capacité résiduelle clignote sur l'écran de l'unité d'affichage. Ce signal d'usure est émis quand la capacité résiduelle est inférieure à 10 % ou que le temps d'utilisation résiduel est inférieur à un mois. Exemple : temps d'utilisation limite prédéfini 12 mois, signal d'usure émis après 11 mois. Le temps d'utilisation limite est programmable entre 2 et 12 mois (voir manuel PURITY). Le signal d'usure est maintenu jusqu'au remplacement de la cartouche. Le téléafficheur offre en outre la possibilité d'obtenir le signal d'usure et, par exemple, de l'utiliser pour une commande-machine. Ainsi, il est possible de garantir un remplacement de la cartouche filtrante pertinent en termes de capacité et de temps, à distance du lieu d'installation. Pour plus d'informations sur cette fonction, merci de contacter votre succursale BRITA. 6.3 Mise en service avec un nouveau système de filtration PURITY et en cas de remplacement du filtre Veuillez procéder comme suit pour l'installation d'un nouveau système de filtration PURITY avec unité de mesure et d'affichage ou en cas de remplacement du filtre si vous utilisez le téléaffichage : · Conformez-vous aux indications du manuel PURITY pour la mise en service du nouveau système de filtration PURITY, le remplacement du filtre. ! Remarque : pendant la phase de remplissage initial, l'unité d'affichage 1 doit être montée sur le module de base couvercle. · Retirez l'unité d'affichage 1 de l'armature 8 après le remplissage initial et la purge. · Introduisez la fiche isolante 5 du téléaffichage 2 dans l'armature PURITY. · Enfichez l'unité d'affichage 1 enlevée dans le téléaffichage 2 . · Le système est maintenant opérationnel et vous pouvez lire les paramètres d'exploitation sur le téléaffichage 2 . Si vous souhaitez vous debarrasser des matieres d'emballage apres l'installation, veuillez tenir compte des indications de la section 3.4. 6.4 Mise en service avec un système de filtration PURITY déjà installé Si vous utilisez le téléaffichage avec un système de filtration PURITY déjà en place, veuillez procéder comme suit : · Retirez l'unité d'affichage 1 du système PURITY. FR · Introduisez la fiche isolante 5 du téléaffichage 2 dans l'armature 8 PURITY. · Enfichez l'unité d'affichage 1 enlevée dans le téléaffichage 2 . · Le système est maintenant opérationnel et vous pouvez lire les paramètres d'exploitation sur le téléaffichage. Si vous souhaitez vous débarrasser des matières d'emballage après l'installation, veuillez tenir compte des indications de la section 3.4. 14 7 Maintenance ! Attention : la maintenance est réservée à un personnel formé et autorisé (cf. section 4.1). 7.1 Nettoyage Eliminez régulièrement les dépôts de poussière et de saletés sur le téléaffichage. · Utilisez pour le nettoyage un chiffon doux, propre et sec. ! Remarque : n'utilisez pas de solutions ou de produits chimiques agressifs ou de détergent fort. 8 Dépannage 8.1 Pas de fonction de mesure visible du débit d'eau (la capacité résiduelle n'est pas actualisée) Cause : mauvaise connexion ou alimentation Dépannage : veuillez vérifier la bonne fixation des connecteurs et l'état de la conduite. 9 Mise hors service Pour mettre l'appareil hors service, procédez comme suit : · Retirez l'unité d'affichage 1 du téléaffichage 2 . · Enlevez la fiche isolante 5 du système PURITY. · Raccordez l'unité d'affichage 1 préalablement retirée au système PURITY. De hiervoor benodigde conformiteitsverklaringen kunt u bij het verantwoordelijke BRITA agentschap aanvragen. 3 Algemene informatie 3.1 Algemene functie en toepassingsgebied Het afstandsdisplay maakt het mogelijk om de bedrijfsparameters van het PURITY filtersysteem op een maximaal 2 m verwijderde goed zichtbare plaats af te lezen. Het afstandsdisplay werd speciaal ontwikkeld voor de toepassing van de BRITA PURITY met meet- en displayeenheid en mag alleen in combinatie hiermee worden toegepast. Het afstandsdisplay is in gemonteerde toestand beschermd tegen condenswater. Opmerking: Bij de toepassing van het BRITA afstandsdisplay in combinatie met andere filtersystemen komen alle aanspraken op garantie te vervallen. 3.2 Garantievoorwaarden Het BRITA afstandsdisplay kent een wettelijke garantie van 2 jaar. Aanspraak op garantie kan alleen worden gehonoreerd als alle aanwijzingen in deze handleiding worden opgevolgd. De sensorbehuizing en de afdekking van de elektronica in de indicatie-eenheid mogen in geen geval worden geopend. Bij nalatigheid vervalt iedere aanspraak op garantie. 3.3 Bewaren/Opslag/Transport Het afstandsdisplay, evenals alle onderdelen in de verpakking en de handleiding, moeten op een veilige, droge en voor kinderen onbereikbare plaats worden bewaard. Let op de gegevens in de tabel "Technische gegevens" met betrekking tot de omgevingsvoorwaarden NL en afmetingen van het afstandsdisplay bij opslag of transport. Voor opslag adviseren wij u de meegeleverde verpakking van het afstandsdisplay te gebruiken. De handleiding moet als onderdeel van dit product worden gezien en moet gedurende de gehele levensduur van het afstandsdisplay worden bewaard en aan de volgende eigenaar worden doorgegeven. 3.4 Recycling/afvalverwijdering Door dit product en de verpakking hiervan volgens de ter plaatse geldende milieuvoorschriften in te leveren bij het afval, draagt u bij aan het voorkomen van mogelijke negatieve effecten op mens en milieu. De afleeseenheid, de batterij van de afleeseenheid en het afstandsdisplay mogen niet worden verbrand of met het huishoudelijk afval worden meegegeven. Lever deze in volgens de ter plaatse geldende milieuvoorschriften . 16 4 Veiligheidsinstructies Deze handleiding bevat aanwijzingen die u voor uw persoonlijke veiligheid en ter voorkoming van materiële schade moet opvolgen; bij nalatigheid is BRITA niet verantwoordelijk voor eventueel ontstane schade. De aanwijzingen zijn geaccentueerd en worden afhankelijk van het risico als volgt weergegeven: ! Voorzichtig: betekent dat materiële schade kan ontstaan als de betreffende voorzorgsmaatregelen niet worden nagekomen. ! Aanwijzing: is belangrijke informatie over het product, het gebruik van het product of het betreffende deel van de documentatie, waarop in het bijzonder moet worden gelet. 4.1 Gekwalificeerd personeel De installatie en instandhouding van dit apparaat mag uitsluitend door geschoold of bevoegd personeel worden uitgevoerd. 4.2 Gebruik volgens de voorschriften Het apparaat mag uitsluitend voor toepassingen worden ingebouwd die in deze handleiding zijn beschreven. De in deze handleiding beschreven installatie, bediening en instandhouding waarborgen een feilloze en veilige werking van het product. 4.3 Ontheffing aansprakelijkheid Voer de installatie precies volgens de handleiding uit. BRITA is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele schade en hieruit voortvloeiende onkosten die ontstaan door een verkeerde toepassing van het product of het onvermogen om het product te gebruiken. Ook niet als BRITA de mogelijkheid van zulke schade kende. 4.4 Specifieke veiligheidsaanwijzingen ! Voorzichtig: Gebruiksaanwijzing van het aangesloten BRITA Waterfiltersysteem in acht nemen. ! Voorzichtig: Apparaat tegen direct zonlicht en mechanische beschadiging beschermen, NL niet in de buurt van een warmtebron of open vuur monteren. ! Voorzichtig: Voor het vervangen van het filter trekt u de blinde stekker 5 van de filterkop om een beschadiging van de verbindingsleiding en de stekker te vermijden. 4.5 Veiligheidstechnische montageaanwijzingen ! Opmerking: De toevoerleidingen mogen niet parallel aan stroomvoerende leidingen gelegd zijn of geknikt worden. 17 5 Installatie 5.1 Omvang van de levering Neem voor de installatie de gehele omvang van de levering uit de verpakking en controleer deze op volledigheid: 1 x Wandhouder met blinde stekker en toevoerleiding 1 x Handboek 3 x Dubbelzijdig plakband Indien er onderdelen van de levering ontbreken, neem dan contact op met het voor u verantwoordelijke BRITA service adres (zie paragraaf 15). 5.2 De installatie van het afstandsdisplay kan op 2 manieren gebeuren: 5.2.1 Installatie door middel van in de handel gebruikelijk dubbelzijdig plakband · Bevestig 2 stroken dubbelzijdig plakband aan de achterkant van het afstandsdisplay · Plak het BRITA afstandsdisplay op de gewenste positie vast. ! Opmerking: het montageoppervlak moet vrij zijn van vet, stof en vuil. · Verder zie paragraaf 6. 5.2.2 IInstallatie door middel van schroeven (Schroeven zijn niet bij de levering inbegrepen) ! Opmerking: wij adviseren u om voor deze montagewijze twee schroeven met vlakke koppen met een max. schachtdiameter van 4 mm te gebruiken. ! Voorzichtig: Zorg ervoor dat achter het montageoppervlak geen watergeleidende of elektrische leidingen aanwezig zijn. · Bevestig de schroeven van het montageoppervlak overeenkomstig. · Hang het afstandsdisplay door middel van de boringen aan de achterzijde van de behuizing op de schroeven. 6 Inbedrijfstelling 6.1 Inbedrijfstelling afstandsdisplay Het afstandsdisplay kan uitsluitend met een PURITY met meet- en display-eenheid NL in bedrijf worden gesteld. ! Voorzichtig: de installatie mag alleen door geschoold en geautoriseerd personeel worden uitgevoerd (zie paragraaf 4.1) en moet onder inachtneming van de omgevingsvoorwaarden van de paragraaf "Technische gegevens" plaatsvinden. ! Voorzichtig: let erop dat de toevoerleidingen niet geknikt worden en dat er bij de installatie niet over gestruikeld kan worden. · Neem de display-eenheid 1 van het PURITY filtersysteem af · Steek de blinde stekker 5 in het aansluitstuk 8 van het PURITY filtersysteem · Steek nu de originele display-eenheid 1 op de wandhouder 18 6.2 Inbedrijfstelling uitputtingssignaal Als het filter opgebruikt is wordt de restcapaciteit knipperend op het display van de displayeenheid weergegeven. De uitputtingsmelding verschijnt vanaf een restcapaciteit van minder dan 10 % of als de restmaandenlimiet minder dan een maand bedraagt. Voorbeeld: voorgeschreven maandenlimiet 12 maanden, uitputtingsmelding na 11 maande. Het maandenlimiet is vrij selecteerbaar van 212 maanden (zie handboek PURITY). De uitputtingmelding wordt zolang getoond tot de filterpatroon vervangen wordt. Het afstandsdisplay biedt bovendien de mogelijkheid het uitputtingssignaal waar te nemen en bijv. in een machineregeling te analyseren. Op deze wijze kan op afstand een tijdige vervanging van de uitgeputte filterpatroon worden gegarandeerd. Neem contact op met uw vestiging van BRITA voor meer informatie over deze functie. 6.3 Inbedrijfstelling van het nieuwe PURITY filtersysteem en bij vervangen van het filter Bij de installatie van een nieuwe PURITY met meet- en display-eenheid c.q. bij het vervangen van het filter in verbinding met het afstandsdisplay gaat u als volgt te werk: · Neem uw nieuwe PURITY in bedrijf c.q. vervang het filter onder inachtneming van het PURITY handboek. ! Opmerking: tijdens het inspoelproces moet de display-eenheid 1 op het deksel van de basismodule zijn gestoken. · Neem na het inspoel- en ontluchtingsproces de display-eenheid 1 van het aansluitstuk 8 af. · Steek de blinde stekker 5 van het afstandsdisplay 2 op het aansluitstuk van de PURITY. · Steek de verwijderde display-eenheid 1 op het afstandsdisplay 2 . · Het systeem is nu bedrijfsklaar en u kunt de bedrijfsparameters op het afstandsdisplay 2 aflezen. Indien u na de installatie het verpakkingsmateriaal wilt verwijderen, neem dan paragraaf 3.4 in acht. 6.4 Inbedrijfstelling bij reeds geïnstalleerd PURITY filtersysteem Als u een in bedrijf gesteld PURITY filtersysteem heeft, gaat u als volgt te werk: · Neem de display-eenheid 1 van de PURITY af. · Steek de blinde stekker 5 van het afstandsdisplay 2 in het aansluitstuk 8 van de PURITY. NL · Steek de verwijderde display-eenheid 1 in het afstandsdisplay 2 . · Het systeem is nu bedrijfsklaar en u kunt de bedrijfsparameters op het afstandsdisplay 2 aflezen. Indien u na de installatie het verpakkingsmateriaal wilt verwijderen, neem dan paragraaf 3.4 in acht. 19 7 Instandhouding ! Voorzichtig: de installatie mag alleen door geschoold en geautoriseerd personeel worden uitgevoerd (zie. paragraaf 4.1). 7.1 Reiniging Reinig het afstandsdisplay 2 regelmatig van stof en vuil. · Gebruik voor de reiniging een zachte, schone en droge doek. ! Opmerking: gebruik geen bijtende chemicaliën, reinigingsoplossingen of scherpe reinigingsmiddelen. 8 Verhelpen van fouten 8.1 Geen zichtbare telfunctie van de waterhoeveelheid (restcapaciteit wordt niet geactualiseerd) Controleer of de stekkerverbinding correct zitten c.q. of de toevoerleiding onbeschadigd is. 9 Buiten werking stellen Als u het apparaat buiten werking wilt stellen, gaat u als volgt te werk: · Neem de display-eenheid 1 van het afstandsdisplay 2 . · Neem de blinde stekker 5 van uw PURITY af. · Steek de display-eenheid 1 op de PURITY. L`indicatore a distanza è stato messo a punto specificatamente per l`uso con BRITA PURITY con unità di misurazione e di visualizzazione e può essere impiegato solo con questo sistema. L'indicatore a distanza montato è protetto dall'acqua di condensazione. Nota: in caso di utilizzo dell`indicatore a distanza BRITA con altri sistemi di filtrazione decade qualsiasi diritto alla garanzia. 3.2 Garanzia L`indicatore a distanza è soggetto alla garanzia di 2 anni prevista dalla legge. È possibile rivendicare un diritto alla garanzia solo se sono state rispettate tutte le avvertenze contenute nelle presenti istruzioni. L`alloggiamento del sensore e il coperchio della parte elettronica nell`unità di visualizzazione non devono essere aperti per nessun motivo. In caso di mancata osservanza decade qualsiasi diritto alla garanzia. 3.3 Conservazione/Immagazzinaggio/Trasporto L`indicatore a distanza e tutti i componenti contenuti nell`imballaggio nonché il manuale devono essere conservati in un luogo sicuro, asciutto e non accessibile ai bambini. Osservare le indicazioni riportate nella tabella "Dati tecnici" relative a condizioni ambientali e dimensioni IT dell`indicatore a distanza in caso di immagazzinaggio o trasporto. Si consiglia di conservare l`imballaggio dell`indicatore a distanza fornito in dotazione per un eventuale reimmagazzinaggio. Il manuale deve essere considerato parte del prodotto e va quindi conservato per l`intera durata dell`indicatore a distanza e consegnato ai successivi proprietari. 3.4 Riciclaggio/Smaltimento Il regolare smaltimento del prodotto e dei componenti del suo imballaggio contribuisce a prevenire potenziali effetti negativi sulle persone e sull'ambiente che potrebbero presentarsi in caso di smaltimento inappropriato. Non bruciare o gettare nei rifiuti domestici l'unità di visualizzazione, la batteria dell'unità stessa e l'indicatore a distanza. Accertarsi che lo smaltimento sia regolare ed in conformità con le normative locali . 21 4 Avvertenze di sicurezza Il presente manuale contiene avvertenze da osservare per garantire la sicurezza personale ed evitare danni materiali. In caso di violazione di tali avvertenze, BRITA non si assume alcuna responsabilità per i danni conseguenti a tale inosservanza. Le avvertenze si distinguono chiaramente dal resto del testo e, a seconda del grado di pericolosità, vengono rappresentate come indicato di seguito: ! Attenzione: Significa che possono verificarsi danni materiali, qualora non venissero prese le misure cautelative necessarie. ! Nota: Questa avvertenza indica un`informazione importante sul prodotto, la modalità di utilizzo del prodotto o la rispettiva sezione della documentazione alla quale è necessario prestare particolare attenzione 4.1 Personale qualificato L`installazione e la manutenzione del presente apparecchio devono essere eseguite esclusivamente da parte di personale autorizzato o addestrato. 4.2 Utilizzo corretto dell'apparecchio L`apparecchio può essere installato esclusivamente per le applicazioni descritte nel presente manuale. Il funzionamento sicuro e corretto del prodotto presuppone il rispetto delle istruzioni di installazione, comando e manutenzione riportate nel presente manuale. 4.3 Responsabilità Eseguire l`installazione esattamente come descritto nel manuale. BRITA non risponde di eventuali danni, inclusi i danni conseguenti, derivanti dall`uso non corretto del prodotto o dall`impossibilità di utilizzare il prodotto, neppure qualora BRITA fosse a conoscenza della possibilità di tali danni. 4.4 Avvertenze specifiche ! Attenzione: rispettare le istruzioni per l`uso del sistema di filtrazione BRITA collegato! ! Attenzione: proteggere l`apparecchio dai raggi solari diretti e dai danni meccanici e non montarlo in prossimità di fonti di calore o fuochi aperti! IT ! Attenzione: prima di procedere alla sostituzione del filtro, estrarre il connettore 5 cieco dalla testa del filtro per evitare di danneggiare il cavo di collegamento e i connettori. 4.5 Montaggio conforme alle tecniche di sicurezza ! Nota: la linea di alimentazione non deve essere disposta in posizione parallela alle linee di corrente e non deve essere piegata. 22 5 Installazione 5.1 Dotazione Prima di procedere all`installazione, estrarre l`intera dotazione dall`imballaggio e verificarne la completezza: 1 x supporto a parete con connettore cieco e linea di alimentazione 1 x manuale 3 x nastro biadesivo Qualora dei componenti della dotazione risultino mancanti, rivolgersi all`indirizzo di assistenza BRITA di competenza (ved. paragrafo 15). 5.2 L`installazione dell`indicatore a distanza può avere luogo in 2 modi: 5.2.1 Installazione mediante nastro biadesivo comune · Fissare 2 strisce del nastro biadesivo sul retro dell`indicatore a distanza. · Incollare l`indicatore a distanza BRITA nella posizione desiderata. ! Nota: la superficie di montaggio deve essere priva di grasso, polvere e sporco. · Per ulteriori informazioni, consultare il paragrafo 6. 5.2.2 Installazione mediante viti (viti non in dotazione) ! Nota: per questo tipo di montaggio, si consiglia di utilizzare due viti a testa piana con un diametro del gambo massimo di 4 mm. ! Attenzione: assicurarsi che dietro alla superficie di montaggio non passino tubi dell`acqua o cavi elettrici. · Fissare le viti in modo adeguato alla superficie di montaggio. · Agganciare l`indicatore a distanza alle viti mediante il foro di fissaggio sulla parte posteriore dell`alloggiamento. 6 Messa in funzione 6.1 Messa in funzione dell`indicatore a distanza L`indicatore a distanza può essere messo in funzione solo con un sistema PURITY con unità di misurazione e di visualizzazione. IT ! Attenzione: l`installazione deve essere eseguita esclusivamente da personale autorizzato e addestrato (ved. paragrafo 4.1) e deve avvenire nel rispetto delle condizioni ambientali descritte nel paragrafo "Dati tecnici". ! Attenzione: accertarsi che le linee di alimentazione non vengano piegate e che durante la posa non vi sia pericolo di inciampo. · Rimuovere l`unità di visualizzazione 1 dal sistema di filtrazione PURITY. · Inserire il connettore cieco 5 nel raccordo 8 del sistema di filtrazione PURITY. · Collocare quindi l`unità di visualizzazione 1 originale sul supporto a parete. 23 6.2 Attivazione del segnale di esaurimento filtro Man mano che il filtro si esaurisce, il display dell`unità di visualizzazione indica la capacità residua. Il messaggio di esaurimento filtro viene visualizzato a partire da una capacità residua inferiore al 10 % o quando il limite mesi residui è inferiore a un mese. Esempio: limite predefinito di 12 mesi, messaggio di esaurimento filtro dopo 11 mesi. Il limite può essere selezionato liberamente dai 2 ai 12 mesi (vedere il manuale di PURITY). Il messaggio di esaurimento filtro viene visualizzato fino a quando la cartuccia viene sostituita. L'indicatore a distanza consente inoltre la rilevazione del segnale di esaurimento e ad es. la successiva analisi in un comando macchina. In tal modo è possibile stabilire anche a distanza il cambio della cartuccia filtrante, a seconda della capacità residua e del periodo di utilizzo. Per ulteriori informazioni su questa funzione contattare la filiale BRITA locale. 6.3 Messa in funzione con il nuovo sistema filtrante PURITY e in caso di sostituzione del filtro In caso d`installazione di un nuovo PURITY con unità di misurazione e di visualizzazione o di sostituzione del filtro con l`indicatore a distanza, procedere come segue: · mettere in funzione il nuovo PURITY o sostituire il filtro nel rispetto delle indicazioni riportate nel manuale di PURITY. ! Nota: durante il procedimento di lavaggio, l`unità di visualizzazione 1 deve essere inserita nel modulo di base del coperchio. · Rimuovere l`unità di visualizzazione 1 dal raccordo 8 dopo il procedimento di lavaggio e di sfiato. · Inserire il connettore cieco 5 dell`indicatore a distanza 2 sul raccordo di PURITY. · Montare l`unità di visualizzazione 1 rimossa sull`indicatore a distanza 2 . · Ora il sistema è pronto per l`uso ed è possibile leggere i parametri d`esercizio sull`indicatore a distanza 2 . Nel caso in cui dopo l`installazione si desideri smaltire il materiale di imballaggio, seguire le istruzioni del paragrafo 3.4. 6.4 Messa in funzione a sistema di filtrazione PURITY già installato Se il sistema di filtrazione PURITY è già stato messo in funzione, procedere come segue: · Rimuovere l`unità di visualizzazione 1 da PURITY. · Inserire il connettore cieco 5 dell`indicatore a distanza sul raccordo 8 di PURITY. · Montare l`unità di visualizzazione 1 rimossa sull`indicatore a distanza 2 . · Ora il sistema è pronto per l`uso ed è possibile leggere i parametri d`esercizio sull`indicatore a distanza 2 . Nel caso in cui dopo l`installazione si desideri smaltire il materiale di imballaggio, seguire le istruzioni del paragrafo 3.4. IT 24 7 Manutenzione ! Attenzione: la manutenzione deve essere eseguita solo da personale addestrato e autorizzato (ved. paragrafo 4.1). 7.1 Pulizia Rimuovere regolarmente polvere e sporco dall`indicatore a distanza 2 . · Per la pulizia, utilizzare un panno morbido, pulito e asciutto. ! Nota: non utilizzare prodotti chimici corrosivi, soluzioni di pulizia o detergenti abrasivi. 8 Riparazione dei guasti 8.1 Funzione di conteggio della quantità d`acqua non disponibile (la capacità residua non viene aggiornata) Verificare che i collegamenti a spina siano inseriti correttamente ed accertarsi che la linea di alimentazione sia integra. 9 Messa fuori servizio Qualora si desideri mettere fuori servizio l`apparecchio, procedere nel seguente modo: · Rimuovere l`unità di visualizzazione 1 dall`indicatore a distanza 2 . · Staccare il connettore cieco 5 da PURITY. · Montare l`unità di visualizzazione 1 rimossa precedentemente su PURITY. El indicador remoto está especialmente diseñado para la utilización con BRITA PURITY con unidad de medición e indicación y sólo debe funcionar junto con estas unidades. El indicador remoto está protegido contra la condensación de agua cuando está montado. Nota: En caso de utilización del indicador remoto BRITA con otros sistemas de filtro se anula cualquier garantía. 3.2 Disposiciones de garantía El indicador remoto BRITA está sujeto a la garantía legal de 2 años. El derecho de garantía sólo puede considerarse cuando se han seguido y tenido en cuenta todas las indicaciones de este manual. De no ser así, se anula el derecho de garantía. 3.3 Conservación/Almacenamiento/Transporte El indicador remoto, así como todas las piezas incluidas en el embalaje y el manual, deben conservarse en un lugar seguro, seco y fuera del alcance de los niños. Nota: La línea de conexión no se debe colocar paralela a líneas bajo corriente ni se debe partir doblándola. 27 5 Instalación 5.1 Contenido Controle antes de la instalación todo el contenido del embalaje y verifique que está todo completo: 1 x Soporte mural con clavija inactiva y línea de conexión 1 x Manual 3 x Cinta adhesiva de doble cara Si faltasen piezas del contenido, diríjase a la dirección de servicio BRITA correspondiente. 5.2 La instalación del indicador remoto se puede producir de 2 formas: 5.2.1 Instalación mediante cinta adhesiva común de doble cara · Fije las 2 tiras de cinta adhesiva de doble cara en la parte trasera del indicador remoto · Pegue el indicador remoto BRITA en la posición deseada ! Nota: Las superficies de montaje deben estar libres de grasa, polvo y suciedad. · Seguir con apartado 6. 5.2.2 Instalación mediante tornillos (Los tornillos no se incluyen en el contenido) ! Nota: Recomendamos para este tipo de montaje dos tornillos avellanados con un diámetro de caña máx. de 4 mm. ! Precaución: Asegúrese que detrás de la superficie de montaje no se halla ningún conducto de agua o electricidad. · Fije los tornillos a la superficie de montaje de forma adecuada. · Cuelgue el indicador remoto en los tornillos mediante los agujeros en la parte posterior de la carcasa. 6 Puesta en marcha 6.1 Puesta en marcha del indicador remoto El indicador remoto sólo puede funcionar con el PURITY con unidad de medición e indicación. ! Precaución: La instalación sólo debe efectuarse por parte de personal cualificado y autorizado (véase apartado 4.1) y debe llevarse a cabo teniendo en cuenta las condiciones ambientales del apartado "Datos técnicos". ES ! Precaución: Compruebe que las líneas de conexión no se doblen y al colocarlas no se pueda tropezar con ellas. · Descuelgue el indicador 1 del sistema de filtro PURITY · Inserte la clavija inactiva 5 en la valvulería 8 del sistema de filtro PURITY · Ahora coloque el indicador 1 original en el soporte mural 28 6.2 Señal de agotamiento de puesta en marcha En caso de agotamiento del filtro la capacidad restante se visualizará parpadeando en la pantalla del indicador. El aviso de agotamiento aparece a partir de una capacidad restante inferior al 10 % o cuando el límite mensual restante es inferior a un mes. Ejemplo: límite mensual fijado de 12 meses, aviso de agotamiento tras 11 meses. El límite mensual se puede elegir libremente de 212 meses (véase manual PURITY). El aviso de agotamiento se visualiza hasta que se cambia el cartucho. Además, el indicador remoto ofrece la posibilidad de medir la señal de agotamiento y, por ejemplo, aprovecharla para controlar la máquina. Con ello y sin estar en el lugar de instalación, se puede garantizar que el cambio del cartucho filtrante se realiza correctamente en cuanto al plazo y la capacidad. Para obtener más información acerca de esta función, póngase en contacto con su establecimiento Brita. 6.3 Puesta en marcha con sistema de filtro PURITY nuevo y cambio de filtro En la instalación de un PURITY nuevo con unidad de medición e indicación o en un cambio de filtro junto con el indicador remoto, proceda de la siguiente manera: · Ponga en marcha su nuevo PURITY o realice el cambio de filtro teniendo en cuenta el manual de su PURITY. ! Nota: Durante el vaciado el indicador 1 debe estar colocado en la tapa del módulo base. · Retire el indicador 1 de la valvulería 8 tras el vaciado y la ventilación. · Inserte la clavija inactiva 5 del indicador remoto 2 en la valvulería en el PURITY. · Inserte el indicador 1 que ha retirado en el indicador remoto 2 . · Ahora el sistema está listo para funcionar y usted puede leer los parámetros de funcionamiento en el indicador remoto 2 . Den tilhørende overensstemmelseserklæring kan rekvireres hos det ansvarlige BRITA-agentur. 3 Generelle informationer 3.1 Generel funktion og anvendelsesområde Fjerndisplayet muliggør aflæsning af driftsparametrene for filtersystemet PURITY på et let synligt sted maks. 2 m væk. Fjerndisplayet er særligt udviklet til brug med BRITA PURITY med måle- og indikatorenhed og må kun anvendes i denne forbindelse. Fjerndisplayet er i monteret tilstand beskyttet mod kondensvand. Bemærk: Ved anvendelse af BRITA fjerndisplayet sammen med andre filtersystemer bortfalder ethvert garantikrav. 3.2 Garantibestemmelser BRITA fjerndisplay dækkes af den lovpligtige garanti på 2 år. Et garantikrav kan kun gøres gældende, hvis alle henvisninger i denne vejledning er blevet overholdt. Hvis dette ikke overholdes, bortfalder ethvert garantikrav. 3.3 Opbevaring/Lagring/Transport Fjerndisplayet, alle medfølgende dele samt manualen skal opbevares på et sikkert, tørt sted, der er utilgængeligt for børn. Overhold angivelserne i tabellen "Tekniske data" mht. omgivelsesbetingelserne og målene for fjerndisplayet ved lagring eller transport. Ved gentaget lagring anbefaler vi, at fjerndisplayet opbevares i den medfølgende emballage. Manualen skal ses som en del af produktet. Den skal opbevares under hele fjerndisplayets levetid og videregives til senere ejere. 3.4 Recycling/bortskaffelse Ved at sikre korrekt bortskaffelse af dette produkt og dets emballagebestanddele bidrager du til at undgå eventuelle negative virkninger på mennesker og miljø, som kan opstå ved en ukorrekt bortskaffelse. En korrekt og sikker brug af produktet forudsætter, at installation, betjening og istandsættelse udføres som beskrevet i denne manual. 4.3 Ansvarsfrihed Udfør installationen nøjagtigt, som den er beskrevet i manualen. BRITA hæfter ikke for evt. skader eller følgeskader, der beror på forkert anvendelse af produktet eller manglende evne til at anvende produktet, heller ikke hvis BRITA var bekendt med muligheden for sådanne skader. 4.4 Særlige sikkerhedshenvisninger ! Forsigtig: Læs driftsvejledningen til det tilsluttede BRITA filtersystem! ! Forsigtig: Beskyt apparatet mod solstråler og mekaniske beskadigelser, og monter det ikke i nærheden af varmekilder eller åben ild! ! Forsigtig: Før filterskift skal blindproppen 5 trækkes af filterhovedet for at undgå beskadigelse af forbindelsesledningen og stikket. 4.5 Sikkerhedstekniske monteringshenvisninger ! Bemærk: Tilledningen bør ikke lægges parallelt med strømførende ledninger, DK og de må ikke knækkes. 37 5 Installation 5.1 Leveringsomfang Inden installationen skal du tage hele leveringsomfanget ud af emballagen og kontrollere, at det er fuldstændigt: 1 x fjerndisplay med blindprop og tilledning 1 x manual 3 x dobbeltsidet klæbebånd Hvis der mangler dele af leveringsomfanget, bedes du henvende dig til det ansvarlige BRITA agentur. 5.2 Installationen af displayet kan udføres på 2 måder: 5.2.1 Installation vha. almindeligt dobbeltsidet klæbebånd · Fastgør 2 strimler af det dobbeltsidede klæbebånd på bagsiden af fjerndisplayet · Klæb BRITA fjerndisplayet fast på den ønskede placering. ! Bemærk: Monteringsoverfladen skal være fri for fedt, støv og snavs. · Se også afsnit 6 5.2.2 Installation med skruer (skruer er ikke inkluderet i leveringsomfanget) ! Bemærk: Vi anbefaler, at der til denne monteringsmåde anvendes to panhovedskruer med en maks. skaftdiameter på 4 mm. ! Forsigtig: Kontroller, at der ikke befinder sig vandførende eller elektriske ledninger bagved monteringsfladen. · Fastgør skruerne på monteringsfladen. · Hæng fjerndisplayet på skruerne vha. hullerne på kabinettets bagside. 6 Ibrugtagning 6.1 Ibrugtagning af fjerndisplayet Fjerndisplayet kan kun sættes i drift sammen med PURITY med måle- og indikatorenhed. ! Forsigtig: Installationen må kun udføres af uddannet og autoriseret personale (se afsnit 4.1) og skal ske under overholdelse af omgivelsesbetingelserne i afsnittet "Tekniske data". ! Forsigtig: Sørg for, at tilledningerne ikke knækkes, og læg dem, så de ikke udgør en snublefare. · Tag indikatorenheden 1 af PURITY filtersystemet af · Stik blindproppen 5 ind i tilslutningsarmaturet 8 til PURITY filtersystemet DK · Stik nu den originale indikatorenhed 1 på vægholderen 38 6.2 Ibrugtagning af signal for opbrugthed Når filteret er ved at være opbrugt, vises restkapaciteten blinkende i displayet på indikatorenheden. Meddelelsen om opbrugtheden vises fra en restkapacitet, der er mindre end 10 %, eller når den resterende månedsgrænse er på mindre end en måned. Eksempel: Angivet månedsgrænse 12 måneder, meddelelse om opbrugthed efter 11 måneder. Månedsgrænsen kan frit vælges mellem 212 måneder (se manualen til PURITY). Meddelelsen om opbrugthed vises, indtil patronen skiftes ud. Fjerndisplayet kan endvidere måle signalet for opbrugthed og kan f.eks. genbruges i en maskinstyring. På denne måde kan der garanteres en korrekt kapacitet og rettidig udskiftning af filterpatronen langt fra installationsstedet. For yderligere oplysninger om denne funktion kan du kontakte din BRITA-afdeling. 6.3 Ibrugtagning med det nye PURITY filtersystem og ved filterskift Ved installation af et nyt PURITY med måle- og indikatorenhed eller ved et filterskift i forbindelse med fjerndisplayet, skal der gøres følgende: · Tag det nye PURITY i drift, eller udfør filterskiftet iht. PURITY manualen. ! Bemærk: Under indskylningen skal der sættes et dæksel på indikatorenheden 1 på basismodulet. · Tag indikatorenheden 1 af tilslutningsarmaturet 8 efter indskylnings- og udluftningsprocessen. · Sæt blindproppen 5 til fjerndisplayet 2 på tilslutningsarmaturet på PURITY. · Sæt den afmonterede indikatorenhed 1 på fjerndisplayet 2 . · Systemet er nu driftklart, og driftsparametrene kan nu aflæses på fjerndisplayet 2 . Hvis emballagematerialerne skal bortskaffes efter installationen, se venligst afsnit 3.4. 6.4 Ibrugtagning ved et allerede installeret PURITY filtersystem Hvis der forefindes et ibrugtaget PURITY filtersystem, skal der gøres følgende: · Tag indikatorenheden 1 af PURITY. · Stik blindproppen 5 ind i tilslutningsarmaturet 8 til PURITY. · Sæt den afmonterede indikatorenhed 1 på fjerndisplayet 2 . · Systemet er nu driftklart, og driftsparametrene kan nu aflæses på fjerndisplayet 2 . Hvis emballagematerialerne skal bortskaffes efter installationen, se venligst afsnit 3.4. DK 39 7 Vedligeholdelse ! Forsigtig: Vedligeholdelsen må kun udføres af uddannet og autoriseret personale (se kapitel 4.1). 7.1 Rengøring Fjern regelmæssigt støv og snavs fra fjerndisplayet 2 . · Anvend en blød, ren og tør klud til rengøring. ! Bemærk: Der må ikke anvendes ætsende kemikalier, rengøringsopløsninger eller kraftige rengøringsmidler. 8 Udbedring af fejl 8.1 Ingen synlig tællefunktion for vandmængden (restkapaciteten opdateres ikke) Årsag: Defekt stikforbindelse eller tilførsel Fejludbedring: Kontroller, at stikforbindelserne sidder korrekt, og/eller at tilledningen er ubeskadiget. 9 Udtagning af drift Hvis apparatet skal tages ud af drift, skal der gøres følgende: · Tag indikatorenheden 1 af fjerndisplayet 2 . · Tag blindproppen 5 af PURITY. · Sæt den afmonterede indikatorenhed 1 på PURITY.
