This document supplements the original instruction manual for the Futaba T6K-V3S radio control transmitter, detailing significant software updates and introducing new functionalities for enhanced operational control.
Model Data Transfer Information
Note that model data from the T6K-V3S cannot be transferred to older versions of the T6K transmitter. Conversely, model data from older T6K transmitters can be successfully transferred to the T6K-V3S.

Glider Enhancements
- 2AIL-B Wing Type: The T6K-V3S introduces the 2AIL-B configuration for non-powered gliders, mapping Aileron functions to CH1 and CH3.
- Glider Conditions: Functionality for gliders has been expanded to support 4 distinct conditions, an increase from the previous 3.
Transmitter Functionality Updates
- Switch D: The Switch D control has been upgraded to a 3-position switch, providing more versatile control options than the previous 2-position setup.
- Dual Circuit Timers: The transmitter now includes two independent timer circuits, allowing users to measure time concurrently.
Helicopter Governor Functionality
- Governor Settings: A governor setting function is now available, enabling precise speed adjustments for helicopters directly from the transmitter, often utilizing CH7.
- Speed and Control: Users can configure specific RPM speeds for different flight conditions and manage the governor's ON/OFF status via dedicated switch assignments.
