Stay eligible

To keep eligibility and continue getting credits:

Pay your bill in full until the offer credits apply (may take up to 3 bill periods).
Be sure your new line remains active, in good standing, and on an eligible installment agreement.
Pay off the remaining amount on the installment agreement, but keep the line active. Exchange an eligible phone for another eligible phone during the promo period, if applicable.

Your offer credits stop if you:

Return the phone and there isn't an AT&T Next installment agreement on the line
Exchange an eligible phone for an ineligible phone or device
Upgrade or pay off the installment agreement early
Discontinue the line – you'll also have to pay off the remaining installment agreement balance
