- Lift the treadmill by lifting it up from the area below the handrail display panel. Ensure the power cord is unplugged and stored.
- Keep the front scroll wheels on the ground and move forward or backward. The angle between the treadmill and the ground should not exceed 65 degrees.
How to unfold the Treadmill
Ensure sufficient space before unfolding to avoid damage and injury.
- Place the folded treadmill horizontally on a flat surface. Do not place on a thick carpet.
- Pull up the treadmill locking lever to unlock the treadmill and slowly lay it flat.
- After unfolding, manually adjust the running belt to the center and press it down to make it completely flat. If the rear running board is not level, adjust the bottom foot pad. The rear running board can be pressed down with strength without causing damage.
How to plug in the power cord
This product must be grounded. The power source includes an equipment grounding wire and a grounding plug.
- Insert the power cord into the power socket at the front of the treadmill. Improper grounding may increase the risk of electric shock.
- Insert the other end into a properly installed and grounded outlet according to local regulations. Do not modify the plug; consult a qualified electrician if the plug is unsuitable.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with the power cord recommended by the manufacturer.
How to turn on the power
Allow the treadmill to reach room temperature if exposed to cold environments to prevent component damage. In an emergency, pull the safety key to stop the treadmill belt. Test the safety key's smooth removal from the safety slot.
- Turn on the power switch at the front of the treadmill. A 'beep' sound and illuminated panel indicate the switch is in the 'RESET' position.
- Take the safety key from the accessory box and insert it into the safety slot in the middle of the handrail. The treadmill will only start normally with the safety key inserted.
- Attach the phone holder by inserting its holes onto the fixed bolts under the handrail, sliding it towards the small hole, and locking it. Tighten the bolts with the Allen Key for a secure installation.
How to use the display panel
The display panel uses advanced LED technology and has wireless connectivity. It shows Time, Speed, Distance, and Calories.
- Starting: After power on, all data displays as zero. Press the knob button; after a 3-second countdown, the treadmill will start slowly.
- Adjusting Speed: Rotate the knob slowly clockwise to increase speed and counter-clockwise to decrease speed. Rotate the knob quickly clockwise to switch speed values between 1/3/6/9/12/15 km/h (1/3/6/9/10 mph). Rotate counter-clockwise to switch between 16/15/12/9/6/3/1 km/h (10/9/6/3/1 mph).
- Pause: Short press the knob button to pause. All data will be retained.
- Sleep Mode: In pause mode, long press the knob button for 2 seconds, or if there is no operation for 10 minutes, the display panel data will reset, and the machine will enter sleep mode.
The display panel shows 'SAFE' if the safety key is not inserted, indicating a safety state where the treadmill cannot start. The safety key must be inserted.
The child lock can be enabled/disabled via the app. If enabled, the treadmill will not start, and the display will show 'LOC'. The child lock can be removed via the app or by pressing and holding the knob button for 5 seconds.
The connection status light indicates:
- Flashing: Treadmill not connected to the software.
- Solid: Treadmill connected to the software.
When not connected, the wireless is always in a connectable state and can be paired using the app.
The display shows 'SAFE' when the safety key is not inserted, and 'LOC' when the child lock is active.
How to connect the APP
Connect to the KS Fit app for a more professional training experience.
- Scan the QR code or search for "KS Fit" in the Apple Store or Google Play to install and register.
- Bring your mobile phone close to the Treadmill.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
- Turn on the Treadmill.
- Open the KS Fit app and add the equipment. Add equipment through the app, not the Bluetooth list. If already paired via Bluetooth, remove it from the list and pair again through the app.
Repeat steps 3-5 if pairing fails. For safety, do not connect a second phone while exercising if one is already paired.
How to fold the Treadmill
Ensure the power cord is unplugged before folding to prevent damage and injury.
- Fold the rear running board to the top of the front running board, ensuring it is in the designated position.
- Pull the treadmill locking lever to unlock the treadmill, being careful not to pinch fingers. Lift it parallel to the handrail and gently shake to confirm it is locked.
Place the folded equipment flat on the ground for safe storage.
Care and Maintenance
Perform regular maintenance to ensure proper function and prolong lifespan. Stop use if any damage or wear is found until the problem is resolved.
1. Clean the treadmill
- Power off and unplug the treadmill.
- Use a 100% cotton cloth with a small amount of mild cleaner to wipe the display panel, handrail, mobile phone holder, and running belt.
Do not spray cleaner directly on the display panel or running belt. Do not use acidic or corrosive cleaners. Do not wipe under the running belt. Dust and stains on the rear floor after exercise are normal and can be wiped clean.
2. Check the treadmill
- Check screws and bolts; tighten if loose for safe use.
- Check the power cord for damage or wear; replace immediately if found.
- Check the running belt alignment and tension. Adjust if not centered, too tight, or too loose, referring to the "Running belt deviating/slipping and correction" section in Troubleshooting.
Use only manufacturer-designated components for replacements.
3. Keep cool and dry
- Store the treadmill in a cool, dry condition. Avoid outdoor use or areas with high humidity or extreme temperature changes.
- Take a 20-minute break after every two hours of use for heat dissipation. Do not use continuously for more than 2 hours.
Troubleshooting
Most malfunctions can be resolved by following these steps:
1. Power cannot be turned on / Power off during use
- Ensure both ends of the power cord are plugged in.
- Verify the safety key is inserted into the safety slot after plugging in the power cord.
- Confirm the power switch is turned on.
2. Running belt lubrication
- Power off and unplug the treadmill.
- Lift the rear running board, raise the running belt, and apply silicone oil in a "Z" shape on the inner surface of the running board at the center.
- Power on the treadmill and test.
It is not necessary to apply oil to the entire running board; it spreads during use. Use 5-10 ml of silicone oil per lubrication. Excessive oil can cause slipping.
3. Running belt deviating/slipping and correction
- If the running belt is not centered: Lift the rear running board and manually adjust the running belt.
- If the running belt still deviates: Use the supplied Allen Key to adjust. Turn the left adjusting hole screw clockwise by 1/4 turn if the belt goes left. Turn the right adjusting hole screw clockwise by 1/4 turn if the belt goes right.
- If the running belt is slipping: Turn both left and right adjusting screws clockwise by 1/2 turn simultaneously.
After each adjustment, run the treadmill at 3-4 km/h (1.95-2.5 mph) for 1-2 minutes to observe calibration. Adjust again if necessary.
A running belt that is too tight or too loose can affect performance and damage the belt.
4. Fault code description
The display panel shows error codes for malfunctions. Turn off and restart the treadmill. If the error persists, stop use, note the product model and serial number, and contact customer service.

Practice Guide
Exercise Intensity
Achieving fitness goals requires exercising at the appropriate intensity, which can be guided by heart rate. The following table shows recommended heart rate zones for fat burning and cardiovascular fitness.
Age 20 | Age 30 | Age 40 | Age 50 | Age 60 | Age 70 | Age 80 |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
165 | 155 | 145 | 140 | 130 | 125 | 115 |
145 | 138 | 130 | 125 | 118 | 110 | 103 |
125 | 120 | 115 | 110 | 105 | 95 | 90 |
Locate your age at the bottom of the chart (rounding to the nearest ten). The lowest number is the fat-burning heart rate, the middle is the maximum fat-burning heart rate, and the highest is for cardiovascular fitness. A heart rate monitor is recommended for efficiency (additional purchase required).
Burning Fat: Engage in low-intensity exercise for a sustained period. The body uses glycogen initially, then switches to stored fat. To burn fat effectively, maintain a heart rate near the lower end of your training zone.
Sports Guide
- Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of joint mobilization and stretching before low-intensity exercise.
- Exercise: 20-30 minutes within the training range (initially 20 minutes for the first few weeks). Maintain even breathing.
- Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching after exercise to improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
Exercise Frequency
Complete three training sessions per week with at least one rest day between sessions to maintain or improve physical condition. Increase to five sessions per week after several months if needed. Consistency is key.
