Safety Precautions
- This product is NOT a toy; keep away from children and pets.
- Only use the device according to the instructions in this manual.
- Never use the device for anything other than its intended purpose.
- Do not open this product or attempt to repair the unit yourself if it is not working properly. Doing so risks fire, shock, or injury.
- When not in use, the device should be stored in a dry, cool location, away from sources of water or heat.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures (heat or cold), open flames, humid or wet conditions.
- Do not submerge in water. Do not use in a location where the device could fall into liquid.
- Battery must be changed by an adult or under adult supervision.
- Do not short-circuit the battery. Insert the battery according to the polarity (+ with + and - with -). Only use recommended battery.
- If the product will not be used for a long period of time, remove the used batteries to prevent damage.
- Ensure the switch is in the off position when the product is not in use.
- Do not allow children to handle dead or exhausted batteries.
- Ensure that exhausted or dead batteries are disposed of in an environmentally correct manner.
- Once the shelf life of the product has expired, place it in a waste collection center for further treatment and recycling. Never throw it away. This contributes to the improvement and care of the environment.
Instructions
Installing the Battery
- Remove the battery compartment cover on the underneath of the mouse.
- Insert the battery according to the positive and negative markings.
- Place the battery compartment cover back onto the mouse.
Installing the USB Nano Receiver
- Remove the USB Nano Receiver from its storage slot on the underneath of the mouse.
- Insert the USB Nano Receiver into the USB port of a notebook or PC.
- The notebook or PC will identify the receiver automatically, and the wireless mouse will begin installation.
- The mouse will be ready for use when the installation is complete.
Using the Wireless Optical Mouse
- The mouse will enter sleeping mode automatically if inactive for a set amount of time and will reactivate once any key is pressed.
- Optical mice may have operating issues on glass, black, and reflective surfaces. For the best operation, please use a mouse pad.
- If using on a desktop PC, the distance from the workspace to the computer could cause connection issues to the receiver. A suggestion is to use an extended USB cable.
Antimicrobial Additive
- The top panel and buttons of the mouse are made with an antimicrobial additive, which prevents germs and bacteria from growing on the case.
Indicator Lights
- Charging: The red LED stays on; fully charged, and the red LED goes out.
- Bluetooth pairing: The blue light flashes rapidly. After pairing: Blue light goes out.
- No indicator light for 2.4G priority connection.
