Der MT6701 ist neuartiger magnetischen Winkelencoder basierend auf dem differentiellen Hall-Induktion Prinzip von MagnTek. Der MT6701 erfasst die Magnetfeldkomponente senkrecht zur Chipoberfläche mit einem radial rotierenden Magneten. Der MT6701 erfasst Winkelsignale von 0~360°. Neben der analogen 12-bit Ausgabe über ABZ/ UVW-Inkrementalausgangs bzw. eines Analog/ PWM Absolutwinkelausgangs bietet der MT6701 auch einen 14-Bit-Digitalwinkelausgang über die I2C/SSI-Schnittstelle. Zusätzlich zur Drehwinkelbestimmung bietet MT6701 auch einen Push / Taster-Ausgang. Das MT6701 Modul unterstützt Spannungsversorgungen von 3,3V bis 5V.

MT6701 is a new generation of magnetic angle encoder chip based on the principle of differential Hall induction launched by MagnTek. MT6701 senses the magnetic field component perpendicular to the surface of the chip, with the rotation of a radial magnet magnetized on the surface of the chip, MT6701 correspondingly outputs an angle signal of 0~360°. In addition to 12-bit providing ABZ/UVW incremental output and Analog/PWM absolute angle output, MT6701 also provides 14 bit digital angle output through I2C/SSI interface. In addition to rotation angle measurement, MT6701 also provides a "press" output to realize singlechip button (rotation + press) function.
The MT6701 Module supports 3.3V up to 5V supply voltage.
