The Haylou MoriPods ANC are true wireless noise-cancelling Bluetooth earbuds designed for an immersive audio experience.

Getting Started

Initial Setup

1. Remove the isolation film from the charging contacts of both earbuds.
2. Fully charge the charging case and earbuds before first use.

How to Wear

Gently insert the earbud into the ear canal, adjust the earbud to the most comfortable wearing state for optimal sound and stability.

Charging

Plug in the charging cable to charge the earbuds and the charging case simultaneously. The charging indicator light on the case will be solid white when not fully charged, and will turn off once fully charged.

Powering On/Off

• Power On: Take out the earbuds from the charging case; they will auto power on. Alternatively, if earbuds are out of the case and powered off, keep touching the MFB button for about 1.5 seconds to power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case; they will auto power off. Alternatively, keep touching the MFB button for about 4.5 seconds to power off.

Pairing and Connection

Automatic Pairing

Take both earbuds out of the charging case simultaneously. They will automatically power on and connect to each other. Open your device's Bluetooth settings, search for "Haylou MoriPods ANC", and select it to complete the connection.

Manual Pairing

If automatic pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat the automatic pairing process. For manual connection, when earbuds are turned off, manually turn on both earbuds. Wait 2-3 seconds for them to turn on and connect to each other. Then, turn on your device's Bluetooth to connect when the light on a single earbud flashes white slowly.

Switching Between Mono and Stereo Mode

It is stereo mode after two earbuds are successfully connected. Put one earbud back into the case to power off; the other will automatically enter mono mode. Pick it up again to resume stereo mode.

Automatic Reconnection

After the first successful connection, the earbuds can automatically connect to the last paired device when Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

Functions

Music Control

• Play/Pause Music: Short touch the MFB button.
• Skip Track Forward: Double touch the right earbud's MFB button.
• Previous Track: Double touch the left earbud's MFB button.

Call Control

• Answer/Hang Up Call: Short touch the MFB button.
• Answer Second Call: When there is a new incoming call during a call, short touch the MFB button to hold the previous call and answer the second call.
• Switch Calls: While on a call, double touch the MFB button to switch between the current call and the held call.
• End Current Call and Answer Held Call: Short touch the MFB button to hang up the current call and answer the held call.

Other Functions

• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple touch the MFB button.
• Turn On/Off Low Latency Mode: Double touch the left earbud's MFB button.
• Noise Cancellation: Long press the MFB button to switch noise cancellation modes.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

• One earbud is mute: Try putting the mute earbud into the charging case and taking it out again. If the problem persists, try the reset steps.
• Earbud cannot be charged: Check if the charging case has sufficient power. Wipe the charging contacts with a dry cloth or cotton swab.
• Earbud cannot automatically disconnect from mobile phone: Ensure the charging case has sufficient power. The earbuds will not power off or disconnect if the case is out of power.

Resetting the Earbuds

1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and ensure the case is fully charged.
2. Long press the MFB buttons on both earbuds for 10 seconds.
3. Clear the Bluetooth pairing record on your phone and any TWS pairing records. Turn off Bluetooth, then turn it back on and complete the connection again.

Daily Maintenance

Please do not shower with earbuds, wear them in the rain, or leave them in a washing machine or other extreme environments. Clean them with a dry cloth after normal use to extend their lifespan.

Warnings

• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product for any reason, as this may cause fire or product destruction.
• Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C).
• Keep indicators away from the eyes of children and animals.
• Do not use the product during thunderstorms, as this may cause malfunction and increase the risk of electric shock.
• Do not use alcohol or other volatile liquids to clean the product.
• Avoid any contact with liquids.
