Thank you for choosing JOWAVE BH830 Stereo Single Bluetooth Headset. Please read below instructions carefully before use. It will help you set up and operate this product properly and enjoy the advanced features.
PACKING LIST
- Bluetooth Headset *1: An illustration of the JOWAVE BH830 Bluetooth headset, designed to be worn over the ear.
- S/M/L Eartip *1: Three different sizes (Small, Medium, Large) of silicone ear tips for fitting the headset.
- M Sponge Earplug *1: A medium-sized earplug made of sponge material.
- Charging Cable *1: A USB to Type-C charging cable.
- 1 x Storage Case: A compact case for storing the headset and accessories.
- User Manual *1: A small booklet labeled "BH830 User Manual".
DETAILED DESCRIPTION

RESET THE HEADSET
In the power-on state, press and hold the "-" button and the power button at the same time for 5 seconds. The red and blue lights will flash 2 times. Reset finished.
HOW TO TURN ON THE HEADSET
- Take out the headset from the box, press the MFB button for 2 seconds, it will turn on and with a voice prompt "power on";
- The light will flash in blue;
- Continue to press the MFB button for 5 seconds; it will enter pairing status, and the voice prompt "Pairing".
- When entering pairing status, the light will flash red and blue alternately. (Press the MFB button for 5 seconds to turn off the headset). It will automatically shut down in 5 minutes when there is no connection in the power-on state.
HOW TO CONNECT WITH YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICE
- Turn on the headset and enter the pairing function.
- Activate your device's Bluetooth function: Settings -> Bluetooth -> Activate.
- Search for the Bluetooth item and find your headset "BH830". Click "BH830" to connect. There will be a voice prompt "Connected".

INCOMING CALL
Answer/end the call: Press the MFB button once. ?
Reject the call: Press the MFB button twice. ?
REDIAL THE LAST CALL
Press the MFB button twice under the standby mode to redial the last call. ?
MUSIC
Play/Pause: Into your music, and then you can press the MFB button to play/pause the music. ▶️/⏸️
Previous/Next Song:
- Previous: Long press the "-" button for 1.5 seconds. ⏪
- Next Song: Long press the "+" button for 1.5 seconds. ⏩
Siri: Long press the MFB button for 2 seconds to activate Siri voice assistant. ?️
VOLUME+/-:
- Volume +: Press the "+" button. ➕
- Volume -: Press the "-" button. ➖
HOW TO CHARGING THE HEADSET
Plug the Type-C cable into the headset charging port. ?
Indicator: The light will be red when charging ? and turn blue when fully charged ?.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The headset cannot be connected to the Bluetooth device
How to fix it:
- Confirm the status of the Bluetooth function.
- Turn off the Bluetooth function of your device, delete the historical connection and pairing again.
- Or please try to connect other accessories device.
2. The headset can not be charged
How to fix it: Replace a new charging cable.
3. The headset does not respond
How to fix it: Turn off the headset and turn it on again, then try to connect with your Bluetooth device.
4. The headset have no sound
How to fix it:
- Check whether the audio track is played via the smartphone application.
- Check the headset battery whether it has run out of.
- Increase the volume of headset and mobile devices (or music playback applications).
- Make sure that the correct mobile device is connected.
- Please try to connect to other mobile devices.

Warning

- Repeated charging and discharging will make the battery performance reduced after some time; this is normal for all rechargeable batteries.
- Please put the items and accessories in places that cannot be touched by kids or pets to avoid any unexpected accidents.
