Installation Guide
Ensure you have all parts listed above before proceeding. Installation requires a qualified person and appropriate tools.
Step 1: Prepare Mounting Location
This mount is designed for installation on wooden stud walls, solid concrete walls, or brick walls.
- For Wooden Studs: Drill a hole approximately 4.5 mm (3/16") in diameter and 55 mm (2.2") deep into the stud.
- For Concrete/Brick Walls: Drill a hole approximately 10 mm (3/8") in diameter and 60 mm (2.4") deep.
? Use safety gear and proper tools.
Step 2: Mount the Bracket to the Wall
Attach the Wall Mount Bracket (A) to the prepared wall location.
- For Wooden Studs: Use screws W-A (x3) with washers B (x3).
- For Concrete/Brick Walls: Use screws W-B (x3) with washers W-C (x3).
Do not overtighten the screws. Ensure the bracket is securely fastened.
Step 3: Attach Monitor to Arm
Attach your monitor to the VESA mounting plate on the arm.
Use the provided screws (M-A or M-B) and washers (M-C) that best fit your monitor's VESA mounting holes. Ensure the screws are not too long or too short for your monitor's casing.
? Select appropriate screws (M-A or M-B) and washers (M-C).
Step 4: Adjust Tension
The arm contains stored energy. Follow the safety instructions carefully when releasing the cable tie.
To adjust the monitor arm's tension for smooth up/down movement:
- To decrease tension (allow arm to fall): Turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise ↩️.
- To increase tension (prevent arm from falling): Turn the adjustment screw clockwise ↪️.
Adjust until the monitor stays in the desired position without drifting.
Maintenance and Checks
Regular checks are recommended (at least every three months) to ensure the wall mount is secure and safe to use.
