Assembly
To assemble the folding tool
Warning! Read and understand the safety instructions before assembling the product.
- Fasten the folder unit onto the bench. Make sure it is securely attached. (The folder unit is shown being fastened to a workbench with screws.)
- Assemble the 2 levers using set screws according to the illustration. (The two lever handles are shown being attached to the main unit with screws.)
Operation

- Make sure that the product is properly secured to the working bench.
- Make sure that the product is not damaged before use.
To operate the product

Warning! Keep fingers or other body parts away from the folding unit during the folding process. ⚠️
- Mark the sheet metal where the fold is going to be. Position the sheet metal on the folder unit. (A piece of sheet metal is marked for folding and placed on the folder unit.)
- Place the support plate on top of the sheet metal. Align the edge of the support plate with the marking on the sheet metal. (The support plate is placed on the sheet metal, with its edge aligned to the marked fold line.)
- Secure the press plate on the folder unit with the C-clamps, make sure that the C-clamps are securely fastened. (The support plate is secured to the folder unit using two C-clamps.)
- Move the levers upwards to the desired angle. (The levers are shown being moved upwards to bend the sheet metal.)
- Remove the C-clamps to release the sheet metal.
Maintenance
Keep the product away from rain and moisture.
Storage
When not in use, store the product in a dry area away from children.
Disposal
Make sure that you follow local regulations when you discard the product. Do not burn the product. ♻️
