Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach the cam lock screws (100211) and wooden dowels (101345) to the main frame pieces as shown. Use a screwdriver and hammer as needed. Ensure correct orientation.

Step 2: Insert wooden dowels (101359) into the designated holes on the side panels. Attach the side panels to the base using cam lock nuts (108443) and cam lock screws (118331). Ensure the panels are flush.

Step 3: Connect the front and back panels to the assembled sides. Use screws (107628) and wooden dowels (101345) for alignment and stability.

Step 4: Attach the remaining side panels using screws (146114) and spring washers (105307). Ensure a secure fit.

Step 5: Attach the drawer runners using screws (100218) and cam lock screws (100001). Use the hex key (111401) for tightening.

Step 6: Install the wheeled brackets (117415) onto the base of the underbed frame using screws (103058).

Step 7: Attach the corner brackets (191315) to reinforce the structure. Use screws (105307) and cam lock nuts (105307).

Step 8: Insert wooden dowels (101359) into the top edge of the underbed frame.

Step 9: Attach the top panel using cam lock screws (118331) and cam lock nuts (119030).

Step 10: Secure the top panel with screws (105163) and cam lock nuts (119030).

Step 11: Attach the support brackets using screws (107628) and cam lock nuts (191315).

Step 12: Insert screws (107628) and cam lock nuts (100211) into the designated holes.

Step 13: Attach the wheeled brackets (111401) using screws (108443) and (100358).

Step 14: Attach the corner brackets (157415) to the bed frame using screws (108443) and (100358).

Step 15: Secure the drawer slides using screws (146114) and spring washers (105307). Ensure the slides are parallel.

Step 16: Attach the drawer front panels using screws (105307) and cam lock nuts (114290, 114291).

Step 17: Install the locking mechanisms (157965) and rotating covers (157964) using screws (157366) and hex keys (100620).

Step 18: Assemble the drawer boxes using cam lock screws (118331) and cam lock nuts (119030).

Step 19: Insert wooden dowels (101345) and attach the drawer sides using cam lock nuts (119030).

Step 20: Attach the drawer bottoms using screws (110519).

Step 21: Slide the drawer bottoms into the grooves of the drawer sides.

Step 22: Attach the drawer fronts to the assembled drawer boxes using screws (146114).

Step 23: Secure the drawer fronts with cam lock nuts (100359) and screws (121245).

Step 24: Attach the drawer handles using screws (100359).

Step 25: Insert the assembled drawers into the underbed frame.

Step 26: Attach the bed slats using cam lock nuts (105163) and cam lock screws (191315).

Step 27: Place the bed slats onto the frame, ensuring they are evenly spaced.

Step 28: Secure the bed slats with the provided clips.

Step 29: Insert the pull-out bed into the main frame. Ensure it slides smoothly.

Final Check: Ensure all screws are tightened and the bed is stable. The maximum mattress thickness for the pull-out bed is 10 cm (3 15/16").
