This document provides installation instructions for the GV 44x Voll-I appliance component. It details the assembly process, required parts, hardware, and essential specifications for proper installation.

Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for correct installation. Pay attention to part numbers, fastener types, and orientation indicators (e.g., 2a, 2b, 9a, 9b).

Step 1: Preparation

Identify all parts and hardware. Ensure you have the necessary tools. Prepare the installation area.

Step 2: Attach Part 2 to Part 1

Connect Part 2 to Part 1 using 4x15mm screws ( 4x15). Ensure a secure and aligned fit.

Step 3: Connect Part 3

Attach the 1.75m hose/cable (Part 3) to the designated connection point. ⚠️ Do not pinch or bend (nicht einklemmen / do not pinch / ne pas coincer / No doblar).

Step 4: Mount Part 5

Secure Part 5 using 4x30mm screws ( 4x30). Ensure it is correctly positioned.

Step 5: Install Part 6

Attach Part 6 using 4x15mm screws ( 4x15). Ensure it engages properly, possibly with an audible 'click'.

Step 6: Secure Part 7

Fasten Part 7 with 4x42mm screws ( 4x42). ? Brace/Tighten vertically (verspannen / brace / calar verticalement / Enrasar) for stability.

Step 7: Install Part 8

Attach Part 8 using 4x28mm screws ( 4x28). Ensure correct orientation as indicated by labels like 9a or 9b.

Step 8: Connect Part 11

Install Part 11. Ensure it is properly seated. The connection area may be approximately 100x50mm.

Step 9: Adjustments and Clearances

Use adjustment features on Part 12 and Part 13 to fine-tune the position (⚙️ Adjust / rgler / ajustar). Maintain specified clearances: Minimum 70 mm, Maximum 120 mm. Some areas may require more than 120 mm clearance.

Step 10: Fasten Remaining Parts

Continue assembling subsequent parts (14 through 24) using the appropriate fasteners (e.g., 2, Torx T20 screws). Refer to specific diagrams for each connection. Ensure the assembly can support a weight of 2.5 - 7.5 kg.

Step 11: Install Part 26

Attach Part 26. Ensure it is installed within the specified adjustment range of 0 - 60 mm.

Step 12: Connect Water/Fluid Lines

Connect the water or fluid lines (Parts 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33). Note the thread sizes: 26.4 mm (G 3/4") and 20.9 mm (G 1/2"). Ensure a minimum clearance of 10 mm. The system operates within 0.05 - 1 MPa (0.5 - 10 bar) pressure and a maximum temperature of 60°C. Flow rate is 10 l/min, with a maximum torque of 10 Nm.

Step 13: Final Checks and Testing

⚠️ Important Warnings:

• Avoid pinching or bending hoses/cables.
• Ensure all parts are securely braced and aligned.
• If present, ?️ remove any protective discs (Scheibe entfernen / remove disc / enlever le disque / Eliminar Disco).

After installation, check for leaks after one wash cycle (Dichtheit nach einem Spülgang prüfen / Check for leaks after one wash cycle / Vérifiez l’étanchéité après un lavage / Verificar la estanquiedad tras un ciclo de lavado).
