Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Govee Smart Gaming Wall Light. The connectors allow you to create your own fixture shape. You can also combine multiple lights together. One power adapter supports up to 12 light sections and 8 connectors.

Device Installation

Diagrams show the input and output connectors on the light segments and the control unit.

1. Unpack the box and check all items listed in the packing list.
2. Turn on the light and check if it lights up.
3. Plan the desired shape in advance.
4. Attach the individual light parts to the wall.
5. For installation on non-stick surfaces, such as plaster, use screws.

Pairing with Govee Home App

What You Need

• ? Wi-Fi router supporting 2.4 GHz and 802.11 b/g/n bands. 5 GHz band is not supported.
• ? Smartphone or tablet with iOS 8.0 (or newer) or Android 4.3 (or newer).

Pairing Instructions

• Download the Govee Home app from the ? App Store (for iOS devices) or ▶️ Google Play (for Android devices).
• Turn on ? Bluetooth on your phone. Open the app, tap the '+' icon in the top right corner, and search for 'H6063'.
• Tap the device icon and follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.

Voice Control

Open the app and tap the device icon to enter the details page. Tap the ⚙️ settings icon in the top right corner. Select the 'Guidance' option and follow the on-screen instructions to control the device by voice.

Troubleshooting

1. Cannot connect to Govee Home App

• ✔️ Check if the device is powered on.
• ✔️ Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
• ✔️ Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
• Place your smartphone near the control box and try connecting again.

2. Cannot connect to Wi-Fi

• Do not skip Wi-Fi connection steps in the app. 5GHz network is not supported. Set your router to 2.4GHz and then reset it.
• Connect your phone to the Wi-Fi network and check if it works correctly. Verify you entered the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
• Change the Wi-Fi password to a short one. 8 digits and letters are recommended.
• Create a hotspot with your phone and try connecting the lights to it. This will help check if there is an issue with your router.

3. Cannot connect to Alexa or Google Assistant

• Pull out all connecting parts of the neon strips and reconnect them firmly.
• Reconnect your phone to the Wi-Fi network.
• Disconnect the power and reconnect it.

4. Can multiple users control one light?

• Each light can be controlled by one account.
• If multiple users want to control the light, they must log in to the same account.
