What's in the box?

A pair of MIXX StreamBuds Micro M1 True Wireless Earbuds.

Components:

• Left Earbud: Features a Touch Sensor (1) and Microphone (2).
• Right Earbud: Features a Touch Sensor (3) and LED Lights (4).
• Portable Charging Case: Includes the case itself (5), an LED Charge Light (6), and a USB Type C Charging Port (7).
• USB Type C Charging Cable: (8)
• Ear Cushions: 3 pairs in small, medium, and large sizes (9).

LET'S CONNECT

First Time Pairing

Place the earbuds in the Portable Charging Case (5). Ensure the left (L) and right (R) earbuds are in their respective slots.

Remove both earbuds from the case (5). They will automatically dual pair, indicated by a 'Beep' sound. The Earbud LED lights (4) will flash WHITE to show pairing mode.

On your audio device, go to Bluetooth settings and select 'MIXX StreamBuds M1'. Upon successful pairing, you will hear 'Connected', and the Earbud LED Light (4) will turn off.

You can now enjoy music, videos, or calls hands-free. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device.

Placing both earbuds back into the Portable Charging Case (5) will power them off.

Let's Ask Google or Siri

Pair your Bluetooth device with your earbuds.

Double-tap either Touch Sensor (1 or 3) to activate Siri or Google Assistant. A 'Beep' will confirm the connection. You can then ask your voice assistant questions or give commands.

LET'S STAY CHARGED

The Earbuds

A 'Battery low' voice prompt indicates 2 minutes of play time before the earbud powers down. The Earbuds LED Lights (4) will flash WHITE for 5 seconds and then switch off.

Charge the earbuds by placing them in the Portable Charging Case (5).

IMPORTANT: Ensure the left (L) and right (R) indicators on the back of each earbud are correctly placed in their respective slots in the charging case. Close the lid to charge.

While charging, the Earbud LED Lights (4) will be WHITE and turn off once fully charged.

The Portable Charging Case

Ensure one or both earbuds are inside the Portable Charging Case (5) to check its battery status.

When the case LED Charge Light (6) flashes BLUE or does not light up, it's time to recharge the case.

Always charge the case using a suitable USB wall charger, computer USB port, or power bank with the supplied USB Type C charging cable.

The LED Charge Light (6) will flash RED while charging and turn off once fully charged. Charging takes approximately 1 to 2 hours.

TIP: 15 MINUTE QUICK CHARGE

If low on power, charge your earbuds for 15 minutes to get 2 hours of extra play time.

LET'S PLAY

Playback Controls

Play / Pause: Long press for 2 seconds on either Touch Sensor (1 or 3).

Decrease Volume: Single tap the LEFT Touch Sensor (1).

Increase Volume: Single tap the RIGHT Touch Sensor (3).

Answer / End Call: Long press for 2 seconds on either Touch Sensor (1 or 3).

Decline Incoming Call: Double tap either Touch Sensor (1 or 3).

Activate Siri or Google Assistant

Double tap either Touch Sensor (1 or 3) to activate Siri or Google Assistant. Listen for the 'beep' confirmation, then ask your question or state a command.

Power On

Remove both earbuds from the case; they will automatically dual pair. To manually turn on, long press each Touch Sensor for 3 seconds.

Power Off

Place both earbuds in the case and close the lid. This will automatically turn off the earbuds and Bluetooth.

Top Tip:

For optimal noise isolation, comfort, and sound quality, ensure the correct size (S, M, or L) ear cushions are fitted to the earbuds.

First Time Pairing Reminder:

Remove both earbuds from the Portable Charging Case. Go to Bluetooth settings on your audio device and select 'MIXX StreamBuds M1'. Once paired successfully, you will hear 'Connected'. Check the back of the earbuds for (L) and (R) indicators to ensure correct ear placement.

Common Solutions

• Power on the earbuds (refer to 'Let's Play' section).
• Check the status of the LED Lights (refer to 'Let's Stay Charged' section).
• Charge the earbuds (refer to 'Let's Stay Charged' section).
• Move your device closer to the earbuds, away from obstructions or interference.
• Try connecting to another device.

Question & Answers

Q: While pairing with my phone, I see two 'MIXX StreamBuds M1' in my Bluetooth menu listing?

A:

Wait for 4 seconds for the earbuds to connect to each other before pairing with your device. If connection still fails, 'forget' or 'unpair' both earbuds in your Bluetooth settings, place them back in the Portable Charging Case (5), and start again.

Q: What smartphone voice assist systems do these earbuds work with?

A:

You can connect to Siri or Google Assistant after pairing with your smartphone.
