Für das Barryvox®Gerät (ohne Batterien, Tragsystem und Handbandschlaufe) besteht eine Gewährleistungsdauer von zwei (2) Jahren, gerechnet ab Verkaufsdatum gemäss Verkaufsbeleg. Bei vollständiger Registrierung des Barryvox®Gerätes unter www.Barryvox.com gewähren wir auf die bestehende Gewährleistungsdauer eine zusätzlich Garantie von weiteren drei (3) Jahren gerechnet ab Verkaufsdatum gemäss Verkaufsbeleg. Im Gewährleistungs/Garantiefall werden alle Teile kostenlos ersetzt, die nachweislich Material oder Fabrikationsfehler aufweisen. Ausgenommen sind Schäden, die auf unsachgemässe Handhabung und normale Abnutzung zurückzuführen sind. Der Gewährleistungs/Garantieanspruch erlischt bei Geräten, die durch den Käufer oder nicht autorisierte Dritte geöffnet wurden, sowie bei Geräten, die nicht mit Original oder vom Hersteller empfohlenen Ersatzteilen und Zubehör verwendet wurden. EN Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on the Barryvox® transceiver (excluding the batteries, the carrying system and the leash) from the date of purchase shown on the purchase receipt. If you register your device on www.Barryvox.com by completely filling in the required information, the existing warranty duration, starting from the date of purchase shown on the purchase receipt, will be prolonged by an additional 3 years of warranty. In case of a warranty claim, all parts that can be shown to have material or production defects will be replaced free of charge. Damage that can be traced to incorrect handling or normal wear and tear is excluded. The warranty is voided if the buyer or any nonauthorized third party opens the device. This is also the case for devices that have been used with spare parts or accessories which are not original and are not recommended by the manufacturer. A fee will be charged for the diagnostic test of a transceiver not needing any repair. Warranty repairs do not extend the duration of the warranty. There is a six month warranty on replaced spare parts. Warranty repairs will only be conducted if the device is sent in along with the receipt. The owner will be charged for the shipping. No other warranty shall exist. Any liability for any kind of loss or damage including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential damage is explicitly excluded.

In caso di registrazione completa dell'apparecchio Barryvox® presso www.Barryvox.com concediamo un'ulteriore garanzia supplementare di tre (3) anni a partire dalla data d'acquis to, secondo ricevuta. In caso di garanzia tutte le parti che mostrano errori di materiale o di fabbrica vengono sostituite gratuitamente. Sono invece esclusi danni dovuti all'uso inappropriato o all'usura. Il diritto alla garanzia scade per quegli apparecchi che vengono aperti dall'acquirente o da terzi non autorizzati, come pure per apparecchi che vengono usati con pezzi di ricambio non originali o non raccomandati dal produttore. Per quegli apparecchi che non presentano mancanze, il test di funzione sarà fatturato. Prestazioni di garanzia completate non prolungano la durata della garazia dell'apparecchio. Per del materiale sostituito verrà concessa una garanzia di sei (6) mesi. Prestazioni di garanzia possono essere apportate solamente se l'apparecchio sarà inviato con la ricevuta di acquisto. Vid garantianspråk kommer alla delar som kan påvisas ha materiella fel eller tillverkningsfel att bytas ut utan kostnad.

Na Barryvox® lavinový vyhledávac se vztahuje 2 letá záruka (mimo baterie a upínací systém) od data koup na kupním dokladu. Pokud registrujete svj pístroj na www.Barryvox.com a vyplníte pozadované údaje bude vám záruka prodlouzena o 3 roky. V pípad uplatnní záruky budou vsechny cásti vykazující závadu vymnny bezplatn. Na poskození z dvodu nesprávné manipulace nebo opotebení se záruka nevztahuje. Záruka je anulována pokud kupující nebo jiná neautorizovaná tetí osoba oteve pístroj. Také v pípad, ze budou pouzity neoriginální a výrobcem nedoporucené náhradní díly nebo píslusenství. Pokud nebude nutná oprava, bude úctován poplatek za diagnostický test. Zárucní oprava neprodluzuje dobu trvání záruky. Na výmnné náhradní díly se vztahuje záruka 6 msíc. Zárucní oprava bude uznána pouze pro pístroje s dodaným kupním dokladem. Vlastník hradí poplatky za pepravu. Záruky za rizika ztráty poskození nepímého nebo následného nejsou poskytovány.
