- Protect the projector from strong impacts, extrusion, and vibration to prevent internal circuit faults.
- Clean the lens with a soft cotton cloth. Avoid using hard cloths or abrasives.

Projector Overview
The projector features various ports and controls:
- Front: Projector Lens, Height Adjustment Screw, IR Window
- Rear: 3.5mm Headphone Output, IR Window, Ethernet Port, USB Ports, Air Inlet, Power Cord Port, AV Port, Speaker, Air Outlet
- Bottom: Focus Ring, Detachable Dust Filter Switch, Detachable Dust Filter, Dust Cleaning Port, Rubber Pads (for ceiling mount removal)

Remote Control Overview
The remote control allows operation of the projector:
- Power: Turns the projector on/off.
- Source: Selects the input signal source.
- Arrow Keys (Up, Down, Left, Right): Navigate menus and adjust parameters.
- OK/Confirmation Key: Confirms selections and plays/pauses media.
- Menu: Accesses picture and sound settings (AV/HDMI) or switches aspect ratio (16:9/4:3).
- Home Page: Navigates to the main menu.
- Volume +/-: Adjusts audio volume.
- Mute: Silences the audio.
- Picture Flip: Flips the projected image.
- Back/Return: Returns to the previous menu.
- Previous/Next: Navigates through media files.
Note: Install 2 AAA batteries. Ensure the remote's signal transmitter aims at the projector's IR receiver. Remove batteries if not in use for extended periods.
Installation
1. Installation Method
The projector can be mounted on a ceiling using a special hanger frame or placed on a stable desk. Ensure the projector lens is axially symmetrical to the screen. If not possible, use the keystone correction function. For a free projection screen, contact aftersales@yabertech.com.

The recommended projection distance is approximately 11.2 ft, with a minimum of 4.5 ft. Image size varies with distance, with a potential 3% deviation.
2. Install on the Ceiling
To mount on the ceiling:
- Purchase a universal projector ceiling mount.
- Remove the four rubber pads from the projector's bottom to reveal screw holes.
- Use M5*11mm screws to secure the mount to the projector and then to the ceiling.
Starting the Projector
- Press the power button on the remote or projector. The indicator light will turn blue.
- Adjust focus for the best image performance. If blurry, adjust projection distance.
- Use the keystone function to achieve a rectangular projection screen.
- Connect external devices (smartphone, computer, etc.) to the appropriate ports and select the correct input source on the projector.
- Navigate to the [Common] settings menu to select your preferred language.
Image Adjustment
1. Focus Adjustment
Rotate the focus ring or lens slowly while observing the image clarity. The clearest image indicates the correct focus point. If the image remains blurry, adjust the projection distance.
2. Digital 4D Keystone Correction
This feature corrects the image to be rectangular, both vertically and horizontally. Refer to page 16 for detailed instructions.
Setting Up the Projector
1. Select Input Signal Source
From the home page, select the desired input source (HDMI1, HDMI2, AV).
2. USB Disk Input Mode
2.1 Play Video/Audio/Image/Office Files
- Insert the USB disk and select the [Media] icon.
- Choose the desired file type ([All], [Video], [Audio], [Image]).
- Navigate to and select the desired file or folder, then press [OK] to play.
Note: The Pro U6 projector supports direct playback of PPT, Word, and Excel files from a USB disk.
2.2 Play Interface Options
The video playback interface offers settings such as:
- Play List: View and switch videos in the current folder.
- Play Mode: Set repeat options (repeat all, repeat one, random, play list).
- Aspect Ratio: Adjust the video's aspect ratio (auto, 16:9, 4:3, zoom1, zoom2).
- Audio Track: Select available audio tracks.
- Subtitle Track: Select available subtitle tracks.
- Encoding Standard: Set the encoding standard (ISO, Windows).
- Region Language: Set the language for region-specific content.
- External Subtitle: Choose subtitles from other folders.
- Progress Jump: Fast forward to a specific point in the video.
- Information: View video details like resolution, size, duration, and bitrate.
- Picture & Sound: Adjust picture and sound modes (Standard, Music, Movie, News, User).
2.3 Music Play Interface
The music playback interface includes:
- Play List: Browse and select music files.
- Play Mode: Set repeat options.
- Information: View music details (size, duration, bitrate).
- Picture & Sound: Adjust audio and picture settings.
- Lyric Encode: Set lyric encoding standards.
2.4 Picture Play Interface
The picture playback interface allows for:
- Play List: Browse and select image files.
- Play Slide: Start or stop slideshows.
- Interval Time: Set the duration for each slide.
- Aspect Ratio: Adjust image aspect ratio (auto, full screen, zoom out, original, zoom1, zoom2).
- Rotate: Rotate the image (default, rotate right, rotate left).
- Set as wallpaper: Set the current image as the wallpaper.
- Information: View image details (resolution, size).
- Picture & Sound: Adjust picture and sound modes.
3. WiFi Setting
Wireless Connection (Screen Mirroring):
Warming Tips: A stable network environment (100Mbit+ bandwidth recommended) and proximity (within 1 meter) between devices improve screen mirroring performance. Compatibility may vary by device.
3.1 iOS Cast (for iOS Devices)
- On the projector, navigate to Home Page > [Network] > [Wireless Net Mode]. Select your home WiFi and connect.
- On your iOS device, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and connect to the same network as the projector.
- Open Control Center on your iOS device, select [Screen Mirroring], and connect to the receiver named [Pro U6-XXXX]. Your iOS device screen will be displayed on the projector.
3.2 MaxhubShare (for Android Devices)
- Ensure the projector and your Android device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- On the projector, select the [MaxhubShare] app.
- Scan the QR code displayed to download the MaxhubShare app on your Android device.
- Open the MaxhubShare app on your Android device, select the TV named [Pro U6-XXXX], and your device screen will be mirrored.
Note: Screen mirroring functionality and naming conventions may differ across Android device brands. Not all Android devices support this feature.
4. Bluetooth Setting
Connect Bluetooth devices like headsets, speakers, or Airpods:
- Go to the home page, select the [Bluetooth] option.
- Turn on Bluetooth on your device and the projector.
- Scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Select your desired Bluetooth device to pair and connect.
Note: The Pro U6 projector is compatible with Bluetooth headsets, speakers, and Airpods, but not Bluetooth keyboards or phones.
5. Projector Image Setting
5.1 Projection Mode
Adjust the projection mode settings as needed.
5.2 Keystone Advanced & 4-Point Keystone
5.2.1 Vertical Keystone Correction
To correct vertical keystone distortion:
- Select [Sides] in the [Advanced keystone correction] menu, then [Four-sided trapezoid].
- If the image is trapezoidal (1), press the $↑$ button to increase the vertical parameter until the image is rectangular (2).
- If the image is trapezoidal (3), press the $↓$ button to decrease the vertical parameter until the image is rectangular (4).
5.2.2 Horizontal & Vertical Keystone Correction (4-Point)
For non-rectangular projection screens:
- Select [Corners] in the [Advanced keystone correction] menu.
- Select [Square Trapezoid] and press [OK].
- Press and hold [OK] to select a corner, then use the arrow keys to adjust the horizontal or vertical parameters until the screen is rectangular.
Controls:
- OK Pick point: Press and hold [OK] to select a corner.
- Adjustment: Use arrow keys to adjust parameters.
- Back: Press the $←$ key to return to the previous menu.
- Reset: Press the reset key to restore original parameters.
5.3 Digital Zoom
- Open the [Custom zoom] option.
- Select [Zoom left and right] or [Zoom up and down].
- Use the left or right arrow keys on the remote to adjust the zoom.
6. System Update
Access the system information to check for and perform system updates.
7. Common Settings
The [Common] settings menu allows you to configure:
- Language: Set the system language.
- Input Method: Configure the input method.
- Wallpaper: Change the background wallpaper.
- Default Source: Set the default input source (AV, HDMI1, HDMI2).
- Power Mode: Choose between Standby, On, or Last power modes.
- System Recovery: Restore the system to its default state.
- Device Name: Change the projector's network name.
Power Mode Explanation:
- Standby: Requires pressing the power button to turn on when connected to power.
- On: Automatically turns on when connected to power.
- Last: Remembers the last power state (Standby or On).
Signal Lines Connection
The Yaber Pro U6 projector features HDMI (x2), USB (x2), a 3.5mm headphone output, AV input, and an RJ45 Ethernet port. Connect your devices accordingly.
1. Connect Devices via HDMI
- Connect your device (e.g., laptop, TV stick) to an HDMI port on the projector.
- Select the corresponding HDMI source (HDMI1 or HDMI2) from the home page.
2. Connect to DVD Player
Using AV Cable:
- Connect the colorful connectors of the 3-in-1 AV cable to your DVD player's RCA output.
- Connect the black connector to the projector's AV port.
- Select [AV] as the signal source from the home page.
Alternatively, connect the DVD player using an HDMI cable.
3. Connect to Soundbar/Speaker
If your speaker has an AUX port, use a 3.5mm audio cable to connect the projector's audio output to the speaker's AUX input. Select [AV] as the signal source.
Safe Shutdown
- Press the $⌋$ button on the projector or remote, then press [OK] to power off.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Cover the lens and store the projector in a cool, dry place.
