Please read all of the instructions before using it. The information will help you achieve the best possible results. APPLICATION: CG2-11Y type manual gas cutting machine for pipes is applicable for the seamless steel tube cutting and bevel cutting for such industries as petroleum, chemical industry, boiler, electric power generation, ship manufacture, building, motor vehicle, bridge building and so on. It's suitable for working outside with convenient and hight effective. TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTIC This cutting machine is adopted worm wheel and worm as driving system, with chains to be fixed on the tube and four wheels for driving. Oxygen-acetylene flame for cutting (or Oxygen-Propane flame); alloy-aluminum casting for the machine body, light, splendid figure; no electricity needed, specially suitable to be used outdoors or other place without electricity, an indispensable equipment for pipe construction. MAIN TECHNICAL DATA cutting tube diameter: > 100~600mm tube thickness>5~50.8mm cutting moving precision: 1mm/1000mm bevel angle: 0~45° Weight:13 Kg -2- MAIN STRUCTURE 1) This machine was made of alloy-aluminum(ZL101) with many advantages like fastness, right, erode-resistant, etc. 2) The machine system is made up of a pair of worm wheel and worn, a pair of sprocket wheel and chain and stretchy clutch a. Be made up of axletree, axes of idler wheel and four wheel. b. Cutting torch and cutting tip: This machine adopt isotonic cutting torch with gear and rack, which make the machine movable across, up and down. The bevel angle can be adjusted when do cut if needed. There are three cutting tips applied for the machine:GO2 NO.1 to GO2 NO.3. The parameter of cutting criterion was showed as following (for reference only): c. You can regulate the position accurately not only landscape orientation but also up and down in a limited range. A dial was installed on the clip of cutting tourch. So it can be used cutting straight workpiece and cutting bevel. Put machine on a suitable position of the pipe which will being cut(can't over the range of landscape orientation adjusting). Press spring and strain the chain to adhere machine to the pipe tightly. Then fire the cutting tip, regulate the flame, adjust the cutting tourch to the accurate position and angle, open the cutting handwheel and reel the handle at the same time for driving the machine moved. The machine will move towards front when you reel the handle clockwise and vice versa. The shape of chain is quadrate. It can be disassembed and the length can be adjusted according the pipe's out diameter for cutting various pipes with different outside diameter.(the way for changing length was showed by picture 2). We can know the ralations between the diameter and the section of chain by calculate according the following formulary: D=d+12 D: The numble of section d: The diameter of pipe 12: Constant eg: cutting a pipe with299mm: d=299mm=29.9cm30 sections D=30+12=42 sections So we can know that it needs 42 sections for cutting a pipe with 299mm from this formulary -4- Noticing terms a. The place of pipe's buttom should be kept plane to resduce friction when you will cut the rolling pipes; It's necessary that other people help roll the pipe if it is very large; keeping enough space around the pipe when you cutting fixed pipes so that the machine can be circumrotate freely. b. You can smear lubricant on the slippage part to make it's easier to operate. c. The machine should be gathered betimes after finished work to avoid losing chain. d. Our company will repair or replace this machine if it can't work order within six month since the buying date. If it was broken because of improper operating, we can repair it for fee.
