Declaration of EC-Conformity

according to CE-directive (93/68/EC) of the European Union

This is to certify, on the date of signature, EC-Conformity of below stated Desk-Luminaires conform to the European Union Council Directives for:

Electromagnetic Compatibility (2014/30/EC),
Electrical equipment within certain voltage limits (2014/35/EC),
Restriction of Hazardous Substances (2011/65/EU) and
Energy related products (2009/125/EC)

as well as for European Commission Regulations:

Directional lamps, Light emitting diode (1194/2012), (2015/1428) and
External power supply at no-load (278/2009), (2016/2282).

This certificate will no longer be valid in case the luminaires are not properly used as described or in case of modification of the luminaires without previous assent of the manufacturer.
