Happy Plugs JOY User Manual
Thank you! Even before we started working on this product, we thought of it as a companion piece to our previous true wireless headphones, a sequel of sorts - the next chapter. We knew it had to be special, so we worked hard. And then we worked even harder. Sharing this journey with you all has been the gift of a lifetime, and we hope you can see and experience our gratitude within this product. Andreas Vural, founder of Happy Plugs

Warranty & Safety
Listen Responsibly
To avoid hearing damage, make sure that the volume on your music player is turned down before connecting your headphones. After placing the headphones in your ears, gradually turn up the volume until you reach a comfortable listening level. Noise levels are measured in decibels (dB). Exposure to any noise at or above 85 dB can cause gradual hearing loss.
Use Responsibly
Do not use headphones when it's unsafe to do so, such as while operating a vehicle, crossing streets, or during any activity or in an environment where your full attention to your surroundings is required. It's dangerous to drive while wearing headphones, and in many places it's illegal because it decreases your chances of hearing lifesaving sounds outside of your vehicle, such as another car's horn or emergency vehicle sirens.

- Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
