Laser Processing

2D Laser

Easy integration with modular technologies. Machines include Platino Fiber (efficient, easy-to-use) and Laser Genius+ (highly productive with best-in-class dynamics).

3D Laser

Provides highest cutting performance and cost-effectiveness with high trajectory acceleration (up to 2.1 g) and speed (up to 208 m/min). Ideal for automotive and multi-purpose applications, offering top flexibility with fast programming for quick reconfigurations. Machines include Rapido (mid-range job shops), Laser Next 1530-2130 (mass production automotive), and Laser Next 2141 (large-part processing, job shops).

Specialized Processing (LASERDYNE)

Delivers unmatched precision and repeatability for laser drilling, welding, and cutting of high-value components. Offers high flexibility through configurable platforms and in-house software control, supported by decades of expertise. Machines include LASERDYNE 811 (precision welding, drilling, cutting with automation integration) and LASERDYNE 795 (medium to large 3D parts with advanced moving beam motion system).

Punching & Combined Technologies

Punching

Features high tonnage (up to 300 kN) for various materials, high accuracy, excellent forming, and marking capabilities. Utilizes servo-electric technology for low power consumption (average 5 kW), reducing cost per part. Machines include Punch Sharp (flexible, compact, expandable) and Punch Genius (large tool capacity, expandable with automation). Prima Power punching tools offer extended tool life.

Punch-Laser

Combines punching, tapping, forming, marking, and laser cutting for high profitability. Offers high tonnage (up to 300 kN) and laser power (up to 6 kW). Features intelligent brush table solutions for sensitive materials and wide material range (0.5 - 8 mm). Machines include Combi Sharp (smart, economical) and Combi Genius (production versatility and flexibility).

Punch-Shear

Combines punching, tapping, forming, marking, and shearing for high profitability and material saving. Offers unbeatable productivity for rectangular parts with excellent cutting edge quality, achieving over 50% more productivity than conventional technologies. Ensures high sheet optimization (nearly 100%), low power consumption, and less maintenance. Machines include Shear Genius EVO (cost-cutting, high output) and Shear Brilliance (dynamic flexibility, large working table).
