Dear Customer, Thank You for purchasing a CENTEK brand product. We guarantee flawless function of this item, provided the
guidelines of its operation are observed.
PURPOSE OF THE APPLIANCE: easy mixing of foods.
This appliance is designed for use in domestic and similar applications, in particular: - in personnel kitchen zones at stores, offices and industrial
facilities; - at agricultural farms; - by clients at hotels, motels and other residential facilities; - in private boarding houses.
1. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS The appliance You have purchased complies with all official safety standards applicable to electric appliance in the Russian Federation. Please strictly observe the following instructions to avoid situations potentially hazardous for human life and health, as well as damage and premature failure of the appliance: 1. Use the appliance for its intended purpose only. 2. Before tuning the appliance on for the first time ensure that the
power supply voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to your household power grid voltage. 3. Do not pull the power cable if it touches sharp edges, is jammed by any objects or entangled. 4. Do not route the power cord and do not place the appliance itself in locations with increased humidity, on hot surfaces, near heat-emitting apliances or open flames. 5. Do not touch the rotating attachments with your hands or any other objects while the appliance is in operation! 6. Use the appliance only with the attachments included in the scope of supply. 7. Only install attachments of one and the same type together. 8. Please be extremely careful when handling hot liquids. 9. Make sure that long hair or loose garments do not hang above the operating appliance. 10. Do not operate the appliance for more than 5 minutes continuously.

11. Do not use the appliance for processing hard foods, such as frozen butter. The motor may burn out when mixing very viscous substances.
12. Do not let children come near the operating appliance. 13. Do not use the mixer if: - the power cord is damaged; - the appliance is visibly damaged; - the appliance has been dropped; - the appliance has come in contact with moisture. 14. The appliance should not be used by physically, sensory or
mentally handicapped persons (including children) or by persons without sufficient experience or knowledge, unless such persons are under supervision, or have been instructed on the use of the appliance, by the persons responsible for their safety. 15. Do not pull or carry the appliance by its power cord. Always disconnect the appliance from power supply before maintenance or if the appliance does not operate properly. 16. Never disconnect the appliance from power supply by pulling on the power cord; do not grab the power plug with wet hands. 17. If the mixes is not being used, ensure that it is disconnected from power supply! 18. Do not use the appliance at ambient temperatures below 0 º and above 35 º. 19. Do not leave the power plug in the electric socket: - if the appliance operates improperly (increase or unusual noise, vibration, etc.); - during cleaning; - before and after each use. 20.Before disconnecting the appliance ensure that the speed selector switch is in the "0" position. Always grab the power plug, do not pull the plug out by the power cord. In case of power cord damage it should be replaced, to avoid dangerous situations, by the Manufacturer, a service centre or similar skilled personnel. 21. Do not attempt to repair the damage or replace any parts yourself. In case of any malfunctions please contact the nearest service center. 22.The appliance is not designed to be powered from an external timer or any other remote power control system. 23. Special transportation (shipment) and sale instructions: none. 24.Should You decide to transfer the appliance to another person, please pass the present manual over along with it.

ATTENTION! Risk of injury! Never touch the rotating attachments with your bare hands; attachments should only be replaced after the motor stops completely! Risk of electric shock! Never immerse the appliance, its power cord or plug in water or any other liquid. Fire hazard! Never allow the appliance to contact with flammable liquids or combustible materials! In case of damage to the power cable or any other part of the appliance immediately disconnect it from power supply and apply to a service centre authorized by the Manufacturer. In case of an unauthorized intervention into the appliance or non-observance of the operating requirements listed in the present manual the Manufacturer's warranty will become void.

4. OPERATING PROCEDURE 1. Place the appliance on a level surface. 2. Turn the motor housing retention button (5) counterclockwise;
simultaneously lift the motor housing (1) until it engages with a click.

3. Place the ingredients into the bowl and insert the bowl into the recess in the mixer base. Rotate the bowl counterclockwise to engage the lock.
4. Insert the desired accessory (whisk, flat attachment or hooks) into the connector on the inner side of the motor housing. Lock the attachment by turning it clockwise.
5. Turn the motor housing retention button counterclockwise and lower the motor housing until it engages with a click. Install the splash guard (3) on the top of the bowl. The splash guard should tightly fit on the mixer bowl to function properly. The appliance is now ready for operation. Insert the power plug into an electric socket. Select the speed as recommended in the attached table.
6. When you have finished mixing turn the speed selector knob to the "0" position. Wail for the appliance to completely stop rotating! Disconnect the appliance from power supply before replacing the attachments or disassembling the appliance.
7. Repeat Step 2. 8. Disconnect the attachment by turning it counterclockwise.
Remove the bowl with the processed food by turning it counterclockwise.
SPEED SELECTOR - This appliance is equipped with a speed selector. In order to
turn the appliance on and select the desired speed turn the selector knob clockwise. An indicator on the selector will show the selected speed. The appliance has a speed range from 0 to 8, where 0 is OFF and 8 is the maximum speed. - If the appliance's motor temperature exceeds 110 ° the overheat protection will be activated and the appliance will turn off for some time. - The appliance should not be operated continuously for more than 10 minutes regardless of the selected speed. If you wish to resume operation, turn the appliance off and on again.
ATTENTION! Be careful when installing the accessories. Do not touch the rotating attachments when the appliance is operating!

5. MAINTENANCE CLEANING THE APPLIANCE HOUSING Clean the appliance housing by wiping it with a damp cloth. Add a little detergent if the appliance is heavily contaminated. Do not use cleaning tissues or any other aggressive solvents or abrasive detergents for cleaning the appliance, as these can damage the outer surfaces of the appliance.
ATTENTION! Risk of electric shock! Do not immerse the motor housing in water and make sure that water does not penetrate into the appliance.
CLEANING THE BOWL AND ATTACHMENTS The bowl, attachments and splash guard can be washed in hot soap water, then thoroughly rinsed and dried.

ATTENTION! The bowl and accessories of the mixer should be dry before operation. Never use the appliance while it is still wet.
TROUBLESHOOTING The mixer can heat up during operation. In case of high load and prolonged operation the upper part of the appliance may become unpleasantly hot to the touch. This is normal. The mixer can also emit an acrid smoke, especially when it is new. This is acceptable and not a sign of malfunction. If the flat mixing attachment collides with the bowl turn the mixer off.
If your mixer should fail or malfunction, please check the following: - Check that the mixer is connected to power supply. - Check if the power fuse is blown. If your apartment has an
automatic circuit breaker, ensure that is turned on. - If none of the above should help contact a service center.

7. DISPOSAL Upon expiry of its service life the appliance can be disposed of separately from ordinary domestic waste. Y ou can turn it over to a specialized electric and electronic appliance disposal and recycling centre.

CERTIFICATION DATA, GUARANTEE The service life of this item is 5 years since the date of sale to the end user, provided the item will be used in strict accordance with the present manual and the applicable technical standards. Upon expiry of the service life please contact the nearest authorized service centre for suggestions as to further operation of the appliance. The manufacturing date of the appliance is integrated into the serial number (digits 2 and 3 - year, digits 4 and 5 month of manufacture). With this Warranty Card the Manufacturer confirms the proper condition of the appliance and undertakes to repair, free of charge, all defects caused by the Manufacturer's default.

GUARANTEE MAINTENANCE TERMS 1. The guarantee shall be valid if the following documentation conditions are observed: - The original Warranty Card shall be filled out correctly and clearly, indicating the of appliance model, serial number and sale date, the stamp of the seller company and signature of its representative shall be available, as well as the stamps on each coupon and the buyer's signature in the Warranty Card. The Manufacturer reserves the right to reject guarantee maintenance if the buyer fails to provide the abovementioned documents or if the information contained therein is incomplete, illegible or ambiguous. 2. The guarantee shall be valid if the following operation conditions are observed: - the appliance is used in strict accordance with the present manual; - the safety rules and requirements are observed. 3. The guarantee does not apply to regular maintenance, cleaning, installation and setup of the appliance at the owner's location. 4. The guarantee does not apply in the following cases: - mechanical damage; - normal wear of the appliance; - non-observance of operation requirements or erroneous actions on the part of the user; - improper installation or transportation; - natural disasters (lightning, fire, flood, etc.), as well as any other causes beyond the Manufacturer's or Seller's control; - ingress of foreign objects, liquids or insects into the inside of the appliance; - repairs or modifications to the appliance by unauthorized persons; - use of the appliance for commercial purposes (loads exceeding normal domestic application), connection of the appliance to utility and telecommunication networks incompliant with national technical standards; - failure of the following accessories, if replacement of these is allowed by design and does not involve disassembly of the appliance: a) remote control units, rechargeable batteries, replaceable batteries (power cells), external power supply units and chargers; b) consumables and accessories (packaging, covers, slings, carry bags, mesh screens, blades, flasks, plates, supports, grilles, spits,

hoses, tubes, brushes, nozzles, dust collectors, filters, smell absorbers); - for battery-powered appliances ­ operation with inappropriate or depleted batteries; - for rechargeable battery-powered appliances ­ any damage caused by improper battery charging and recharging. 5. The present guarantee is provided by the Manufacturer in addition to the consumer rights determined by the applicable legislation and does not limit these rights in any way. 6. The Manufacturer shall not be made liable for possible damage, directly or indirectly inflicted by CENTEK brand products on people, domestic animals, the consumer's or third persons' property if such damage is inflicted as the result of non-observance of appliance installation and operation requirements, deliberate or negligent actions (omission) by the consumer or third persons, as well as of force majeure circumstances. 7. Service centers will only accept appliances in a clean state (there should be no food residues, dust and other contamination on the appliance).
The Manufacturer reserves the right to change the design and specifications of the appliance without prior notice.
