Part list Introduction The Konijnenburg - Industrialwheels.com ISO Container Mobilisation & Lifting System (ICMLS) is an essential equipment for unloading heavy containers or functional modules and subsequent loading. If there is no crane or forklift available on site, the ICMLS can be used. The ICMLS can easily lift standard containers with a maximum load of up to 40 tons and lift them to a height of 650 mm without the need for special large machinery. The second generation ICMLS adopts a mechanical screw design principle instead of the traditional hydraulic lifting method, effectively avoiding hidden dangers such as hydraulic leakage, compressibility, energy loss, and sensitivity to oil temperature changes. Additionally, the ICMLS is easy to maintain and has a low failure rate. Equipped with off-road performance high-load tires, it can achieve a maximum towing speed of 12km/h, making moving heavy containers an easy task. Remove all accessories from the overall frame (Refer to the picture below) 1.Install the mobile support handle into the mounting hole of the castor as shown in the figure and fix it with a latch 2.Move the castors until the locks under the castors align with the lock mounting holes on the container, and insert the locks directly into the holes. Turn the Panasonic square knob so that the upper knob can be rotated; Tighten the upper knob, then tighten the lower knob and clamp the upper knob. 3.Place a stop behind the castor to prevent sliding 4.Align the connecting rod with the mounting holes on both sides of the wheel set, and screw in the nut to fix it. 5.The seat belt hooks the holes on both sides of the castor as shown in the figure; Adjust seat belt tightness 6.Place the mounting rod into the castors on both sides as shown in the figure, insert the screw and tighten the nut to fix 7.Align the extension rod mounting hole with the mounting rod mounting hole, insert the screw and tighten the nut to fix. 8.One end of the connecting rod is connected to the castor as shown in the figure, and the other end is connected to the inner screw in the front hole of the extension rod; If the other end cannot be connected, rotate the extension/shortening of the connection rod as shown in the figure; The two connecting rods are connected to the screws and then the tightening nut is fixed. 9.Align the drawbar mounting hole with the extension bar mounting hole, insert the screw and tighten the nut to secure 10.Turn the hand lift handle to raise the container height 11.As shown in the figure, the direction lock can fix the direction of castor movement 12.Align the front end of the traction bar with the forklift or other moving tools, insert the latch to secure it, and remove the stop after confirming that it is stable. The ICMLS consists of four independent lifting wheels, each with a super-strong lifting capacity of more than half of the total load. Each wheel can easily insert into the standard ISO corner of the container through its built-in special auxiliary wheel. The built-in locking system can completely lock the module of the ISO, and the pressing device above can stably hold the container. We have integrated a series of details such as lifting scales, spirit levels, etc., to observe the safe lifting of the container. At the same time, we can ensure safe lifting on uneven terrain.
