How to Participate
To enter the campaign, participants must submit their entry(ies) by scanning a QR code to a stated URL link (http://btag.co/Q69Y3U) on or before 7th September 2025. The submission requires:
- Uploading a clear and printed proof of purchase of any entitled Panasonic models purchased within the Campaign Period, shown on a single receipt.
- Including personal details such as name (as per MyKad/NRIC), NRIC No., contact number, active email address, gender, date of birth, delivery address, date and place of purchase, and model number.
Only POS (Point of Sales) printed receipts are accepted. Handwritten or cash bill receipts, delivery notes, sales orders, or purchase orders will be deemed incomplete and rejected.
General Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Open to Malaysian citizens or permanent legal residents aged 18 and above. Employees of Panasonic group companies, their families, suppliers, resellers, dealers, and service providers are prohibited from participating.
- Prize Redemption: Prizes will be distributed to participants' premises approximately forty-five (45) working days after the submission is approved by the Organizer. Participants eligible for the EH-ND57 prize will receive an item in a color determined by available stock; color selection is not permitted.
- Prize Transferability: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash or credit.
- Data Privacy: Participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by the Organizer for campaign purposes, including advertising and promotion. Personal data may be shared with Panasonic Malaysia group companies. Detailed information is available at https://www.panasonic.com/my/pdpa.html.
- Organizer's Rights: The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry, modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at its discretion, and to substitute prizes with those of equivalent value. Decisions regarding the campaign are final and binding.
- Governing Law: The campaign and terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Participants agree to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
