Operating Instructions
Introduction
This document provides operating instructions for the Sony Wall-Mount Adjuster. It is designed to correct the offset of the Wall-Mount Bracket's location to the center position of the screen.
Please consider if you need to use this Wall-Mount Adjuster before installation. If the Wall-Mount Bracket does not need to be centered on the screen, this product is not required.
Using a Wall-Mount Bracket
The LCD Display or LCD Monitor can be mounted to a wall using a suitable Wall-Mount Bracket (not supplied). For larger displays, the table-top stand may need to be removed. Refer to the instructions provided with your specific LCD Display or LCD Monitor.
Setting up the Wall-Mount Adjuster
If using an electric screwdriver, set the torque to approximately 1.5 N·m {15 kgf·cm}.
Store unused parts and this manual safely for future reference.
Installation Steps
Refer to the Setup Guide bundled with your LCD Display or LCD Monitor along with this manual.
- Remove Screws: Remove the screws from the rear of the LCD Display or LCD Monitor.
For 55/65/75/85 inch screen size users: Keep these screws for fixing the Wall-Mount Adjuster in step 3.
- Attach Wall-Mount Attachment: Attach the Wall-Mount Attachment (supplied with the display/monitor) to the rear of the LCD Display or LCD Monitor, ensuring it is parallel with the wall.
- Attach Wall-Mount Adjuster: Secure the Wall-Mount Adjuster using the four supplied screws. Refer to the "Screw location" in the table below.
- Attach Wall-Mount Bracket: Attach the Wall-Mount Bracket (not supplied) to the Wall-Mount Adjuster. Refer to the "Wall-Mount Bracket location" in the table below.
[Note] When placing the LCD Display or LCD Monitor vertically, the Sony logo mark must be positioned at the top.

Before Setting Up the LCD Display or LCD Monitor
Ensure you consider the following while setting up:
- Disconnect all cables when carrying the LCD Display or LCD Monitor.
- Carry the unit with an adequate number of people. Larger displays require two or more people (three or more for FW-85BZ40L / FW-85BZ35L / FW-85BZ30L).
- Correct hand placement during carrying is crucial for safety and to avoid damage.
