This manual provides instructions for operating the ANBERNIC RG351V handheld game console.
System Startup and Shutdown
System Startup
- Insert the system card (TF1/INT).
- Press and hold the power button on the right side to start the system. The motor will vibrate upon successful startup.
Shutdown
- Press SELECT to access the shutdown menu.
- Choose 'Software shutdown' for a safe system shutdown.
Note: TF2/EXT is for game storage and requires the volume label to be 'GAMES' (uppercase). The format must be FAT32. You must refresh or restart the system after inserting or removing cards for the interface to display correctly.

After the system starts, the main interface is displayed. Refer to the table below for key operations:

Key Settings
After entering the system, press the START button to access settings:
- Language Settings: SYSTEM-SETTINGS -> LANGUAGE
- Brightness Settings: System Settings -> Brightness
- External Handle Settings: After connecting a joypad via USB-OTG, press the joypad A button to enter the joypad button setting.
- WIFI Settings: Network settings -> Enable WIFI -> Select WIFI SSID -> Enter WIFI KEY. After entering network settings, you can see the IP address.
Copy Game
There are multiple methods to copy games:
- Method 1 (Memory Card & DiskGenius): Insert the game console's memory card into a computer. Use DiskGenius to format the TF card to FAT32. Create a rom folder (e.g., 'gba') for the simulator. Safely eject the card after copying.
- Method 2 (WIFI & SFTP): Connect to WIFI, enter the IP address, and use SFTP protocol with username 'root' and password 'emuelec'.
- Method 3 (Pre-equipped Memory Card): If the memory card is pre-equipped with the console, insert it directly into a Windows 10 computer to copy games.
Independent Simulation
- Exiting Games: For PSP, NDS, and Arcade games, press START + A to exit.
- Almighty Simulator: Press L3 + F to bring up the menu. Use the B button to select and exit the program.
- PSP Games: Press the F key to access the menu and exit the game.
Charging Function
The console supports 5V2A charging via a Type-C cable. The charging cable included in the standard package is for charging only and does not support data transmission.
- When charging, the yellow LED light will illuminate and turn off when fully charged.
- The green LED light indicates normal operation.
- The green LED will turn red when the battery is low.

Q&A
- Q: Cannot access the game using DiskGenius.
A: Ensure no other software is using the memory card. - Q: How to collect favorite games?
