This DIGITUS USB 3.2 Gen1 fiber extender provides a reliable solution to transmit USB signals over distances of up to 20 kilometers using an LC single-mode fiber optic cable without signal loss. It is ideal for demanding, wide-area environments such as surveillance systems, data centers, remote monitoring, or industrial environments where longer USB connections are required.
The extender supports USB 3.2 Gen1 standard for transfer rates up to 5 Gbps, ensuring fast and smooth connections for various USB devices like cameras, hard disks, printers, scanners, keyboards, mice, and USB sticks. It also supports USB 2.0 and 1.1 devices. The extender features four USB inputs (3x USB-A 3.2 Gen1 and 1x USB-C 3.2 Gen1), allowing multiple devices to be operated simultaneously. Its plug-and-play design enables easy installation without additional drivers, and the robust metal housing ensures durability and stability.

Connection Instructions
- Connect the transmitter to the Host PC via USB cable and connect the USB devices to the receiver via USB cables.
- Connect each SFP module to the transmitter and receiver unit and connect the transmitter and receiver with an LC fiber optic cable.
- Plug the power supply into the receiver to get started.
