- Do not place oversized foods or metal utensils in the appliance.
- Do not overfill the basket. Overfilling can cause ingredients to fall onto the heating plate, potentially causing a fire.

- Do not touch the basket or crisper plate during or immediately after use.
- Never place paper, cardboard, non-heat-resistant plastic, or similar materials in the appliance. Only parchment paper or foil can be used.
- Never place baking paper or parchment paper in the appliance without food. Air circulation can cause the paper to lift and touch the heating elements.
- Never place thin and light food, such as puffed rice cereal, in the basket, as air circulation can cause these ingredients to lift and touch the heating plate.
- Always use heat-resistant containers. Exercise caution with non-metallic and non-glass containers.
- Keep the air fryer away from flammable materials (curtains, tablecloths, etc.). Use only on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from heat sources or liquids.

- The marked electrical rating of an extension cord should be the same as the rated power of the air fryer.
- Ensure the extension cord's marked electrical rating is the same as the appliance's rated power.

Cooking Instructions
Basket Overfilling
- If the basket is overfilled, the food will cook unevenly.
- Do not overfill the basket; ingredients may fall onto the heating plate and cause a fire.
Using Oil
- Adding a small amount of oil to food can make it crispier. Use no more than 30 ml / 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Oil sprays are excellent for evenly applying a small amount of oil to all food items.
Cooking Tips
- You can cook any frozen foods or oven-bakeable foods using the Air Fry function.
- To cook cakes, pies, or any food with filling or dough, place the ingredients in a heat-resistant container before placing them in the baskets.
- Frying foods with high fat content using the Air Fry function will cause fat to drip from the ingredients to the bottom of the baskets. To avoid excess smoke during cooking, drain the dripping fat after cooking.
- Foods marinated in liquid will create splatters and excess smoke. Pat these foods dry before cooking.
French Fries
- Add 8–15 ml / 1/2–1 tablespoon of oil to potatoes for crispier results.
- When cooking french fries from raw potatoes, soak the raw fries in water for 15 minutes to remove starch before frying. Dry the potatoes with a towel before adding oil.
- For crispier results, it is recommended to cut the potatoes into smaller pieces. Try cutting french fries into 0.6 x 7.6 cm / 1/4 x 3 inch strips.
Note: For more Cosori kitchen tips, refer to our recipe book and chef's tips.
