Twist: the new twistable separators from Reflex

February 2022 ­ Effective against dirt, sludge, air and micro bubbles: In order to permanently optimise system water separation technology plays a critical role when dealing with these disruptive elements. The proven Reflex Winkelmann portfolio now has a new addition ­ the Twist series brass separators. What's special? These separators can be completely rotated, without locking, allowing a space-saving installation in any position, including seamless integration into existing plants. The twistable separator, with connection diameters up to 1 1/2" (DN 20 to DN 40) as well as clamping ring variants of 22 mm and 28 mm, are available for all three segments: the Exvoid Twist micro bubble separator, the Exdirt Twist dirt and sludge separator, and the combined Extwin Twist micro bubble, dirt and sludge separator.
Exdirt and Extwin: New high performance magnet Exferro Easy Clip for separating ferromagnetic dirt particles
To achieve the optimum degree of separation, Reflex Winkelmann has designed the highly efficient Exferro Easy Clip magnet for the Exdirt and Extwin brass separators. Its magnetic field strength has maximum effect on the fluid in the separator and allows effective separation of ferromagnetic particles such as magnetite, one of the potentially most disruptive factors in the system. The neodymium magnet with a magnetic retention force of 14.4 kg and axial orientation is simply plugged on from below and is thus extremely easy to clean. The magnet is supplied with the new twistable Exdirt and Extwin brass separators and has also been added to the existing portfolio.
