Troubleshooting

Earbuds do not sync with each other

1. Place the earbuds in the case, then take out the earbuds, ensuring both earbuds are turned on.
2. On each earbud, press and hold the control surface for 5 seconds. The earbud will turn off after the LED flashes red and blue.
3. Replace the earbuds in the charging case.
4. Repeat the Getting Started process.

Earbuds do not pair to device

1. Turn the Earbuds OFF by pressing the control surface on each earbud until the LED blinks red, and then turns off.
2. Replace the earbuds in the case. Turn your device's Bluetooth® OFF and then back ON. Then repeat the pairing process.

Charging

1. Replace the earbuds in the case.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the back of the case.
3. Plug the cable into a standard USB 5V/1A or 5V/2A power source. The indicator lights on the front of the case will flash glow while charging. The lights on the earbuds inside the case glow solid while charging.
4. When fully charged, the case LED will glow solid and the earbud LEDs will shut off. Unplug the charging cable.
5. To charge the earbuds from the case's internal battery, replace them in the case. The LED on the front of the case glows solid white and the LEDs on the buds will glow solid red.

Product Overview

The product consists of two wireless earbuds and a charging case. Each earbud features a control button, an indicator LED, a microphone, and a cushion for comfort. The charging case includes an indicator LED and a USB-C charging port.

Control Functions

Right Earbud

• Play/Pause: Single click the control button to play or pause audio.
• Volume Up: Single click the control button to raise the volume.
• Next Track: Click and hold the control button to skip to the next audio track.

Left Earbud

• Volume Down: Single click the control button to lower the volume.
• Previous Track: Click and hold the control button to skip to the previous audio track.

Phone Calls

When an incoming call is received, audio playback will pause and the unit will ring. Call functions are available on either earbud. To answer a call, single click the control button. To end a call, double click the control button. To reject a call, click and hold the control button. Note: Volume controls may not function with all smartphone models during calls.

• Do not leave your device, or use your device, in any area where the temperature is likely to drop below 32°F (0°C), or may exceed 140°F (60°C), such as inside a closed vehicle on a hot day.
• Repairs to electrical equipment should only be performed by a qualified electrician. Improper repairs may place the user at serious risk.
• Protect your hearing by always listening at a safe level. Prolonged use at elevated volumes may affect your hearing capacity and could result in hearing loss.
• Use the earbuds with this charging case only.
• To avoid damage to the charging case, please only use a USB 5V/1A or higher charger.
• In order to ensure the battery life, charge normally at least once a month.
