LIONBRIX – The Modular Li-Ion Concept

LIONBRIX is a complete Li-Ion battery system that includes everything from the battery charger to modular Li-Ion batteries and a management system for safety and communication. The system can achieve voltages up to 1000V and capacities up to 700kWh.

The Modular Li-Ion Battery System

The LIONBRIX battery system is modular-based, fully integrated, and optimized to meet the highest demands for the toughest applications. The battery modules are easy to handle and assemble into different battery sizes. The standardized battery modules are manufactured on automated industrial-scale production lines.

BRIX Battery Modules

The flexible Li-Ion modules, BRIX, come in three different sizes: 105 Ah, 150 Ah, and 210 Ah. Certified LIONBRIX Partners combine the BRIX modules to ensure the right voltage and capability for each application.

cBRIX Battery Pack

The cBRIX50 is a Lithium Ion battery for 24V/48Ah systems with 1.2 kWh. The battery can be used as a stand-alone unit or fully machine-integrated via CAN bus with Micropower's onboard or stationary battery charger. cBRIX50 can be connected in parallel for double capacity.

eBRIX Battery Management System

The integration of components in the LIONBRIX system is handled by the eBRIX battery management system. eBRIX manages cell module balancing, monitoring, safety, state of charge calculation, communication, and data storage. The eBrix ensures minimum energy consumption and maximum lifespan of the Lithium Ion battery.

LiON Charger

The LiON chargers are energy-efficient, high-frequency chargers for any Li+ ion battery. The LiON product range includes both 1-phase and 3-phase chargers up to 40 kW, as well as onboard chargers with high IP classifications. The chargers can be assembled with several accessories to optimize usage in demanding applications.
