This document outlines the terms and conditions for the De'Longhi Coffee Machine Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased a qualifying De'Longhi Coffee Machine from participating UK retailers and are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a refund.

The offer is valid for purchases made between 00:01 GMT on 15 March 2023 and 23:59 BST on 15 September 2023. To be eligible for a refund, you must apply for it between 30 and 100 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and the offer is limited to one application per De'Longhi Coffee Machine per household. You will be asked to provide a reason for returning the product.

How to Claim
- Access the dedicated website: www.delonghirewards.co.uk/moneyback and follow the online instructions.
- You will need to provide your name, full address (including postcode), the qualifying product purchased, date of purchase, purchase price, and reason for return.
- A copy of your purchase receipt (scan or photograph) is required, which must detail the retailer, the qualifying product, and the purchase price in GBP (£). If these details are not on the receipt, or if you do not have a receipt, the application will not be processed.
Claim Processing and Refunds
- If your application is accepted, you will receive an email confirming this within 10 working days, with instructions on how to return your qualifying product.
- Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving the acceptance email. It is recommended to obtain proof of postage and ensure adequate courier insurance.
- De'Longhi will not accept liability for additional costs associated with return postage.
- Returned products will be quality checked. De'Longhi reserves the right to deduct costs for missing items or damage. You will be notified of any reduced refund amount via email within 28 days of the quality check.
- If your application is rejected, you will receive an email detailing the reason. If proof of purchase needs to be resupplied, it must be done within 14 days of the rejection email.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the name, address, and account details supplied on the application. Please allow 28 working days after the return is accepted for the bank transfer to be made, plus an additional 5 days for the transfer to clear.
- The refund amount will not include postage costs for returning the qualifying product.

- You may not transfer or assign your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.
