5. Overview Drawing

The overview drawing illustrates the assembled treadmill. It shows the main frame, the front console area with handlebars, the running deck where the user walks or runs, and the base support structure which includes the front wheels for mobility. Various parts are numbered to correspond with the Parts List, allowing users to identify components during assembly and maintenance.

6. Assembly Instructions

This treadmill requires two people for assembly. Lay out all parts on the floor and follow these instructions:

Step 1: Install the Flywheel Cover

Attach the Flywheel cover (10) to the Main frame (1) using two Screws (40) and Flat washers (51).

Step 2: Install the Base Support

Attach the Base support (6) to the Left and Right handlebar supports (2,3) with four Bolts (43).

Step 3: Install the Main Frame

With assistance from another person, raise the front part of the Main frame (1). Attach the front part of the Main frame (1) to the Left and Right handlebar supports (2,3) using two Connection bolts (9) and Flat washers (48). Attach the Lock Knob (23) to the lower hole of the Left handlebar support (2) and secure it to the Main frame (1). Connect Sensor wire (55) from the Right handlebar support (3) to the Sensor (36) on the Main frame (1).

Step 4: Install the Front Handlebar

Connect Sensor wire I (55) from the Right handlebar support (3) to Sensor wire II (52) from the Front handlebar (4). Attach the Front handlebar (4) to the arc plates of the Left and Right handlebar supports (2, 3) using two Bolts (37) and Arc washers (49). Finally, cover the Front handlebar (4) with two Hand foams (24).

Step 5: Install the Computer

Connect Sensor wire II (52) to the wire originating from the Computer (5). Insert the Computer (5) onto the computer plate of the Front handlebar (4).

⚠️ Warning: Ensure all bolts are tightened securely before exercising.

7. Folding and Moving

Folding

To fold the treadmill, turn the Lock knob (23) counterclockwise and remove it from the Left handlebar support (2). With your right hand, raise the rear part of the Main frame (1) completely upwards. Insert the Lock knob (23) into the upper hole of the Left handlebar support (2) and tighten it.

Moving

After folding the treadmill, hold the handlebars, lean the treadmill back, and move it using the wheels that touch the ground.

⚠️ Warning:

  1. Ensure the Lock knob is correctly inserted and tightened when folding or unfolding the equipment.
  2. Keep children away from the folded equipment.

8. Running Belt Adjustment

After assembly, test the treadmill and check the following:

  1. Verify that the Computer displays values correctly. Ensure wires and plugs are connected properly and batteries are installed.
  2. Check if the running belt turns smoothly and remains centered during operation. Under normal conditions, the belt should turn freely and stay in the middle, as it is factory adjusted. If the belt runs defectively after rough transportation, adjust it as described below.
  3. Adjust the running belt tension by screwing the bolts in the end caps. Ensure both bolts are adjusted simultaneously to prevent belt deviation. Screwing counterclockwise releases belt tension, while clockwise tightens it.
  4. If the running belt deviates to the left, insert the hex end of a screwdriver into the hexangular hole on the left or right side of the rear roller. Turn it 1/2 circle counterclockwise on the right side, then try running again until the belt centers. Alternatively, turn 1/2 circle clockwise on the left side and try again. If the belt deviates to the right, perform the opposite adjustments. During operation, maintain a proper belt tension state.

9. Maintenance and Treatment

Maintenance

  1. Over time, the running belt resistance may increase due to the need for cleaning and lubricating the belt and plate. Regular user maintenance is essential. Clean and lubricate the belt and belt plate by lifting one side of the belt, applying lubricant to the belt plate, and repeating for the other side.
  2. Regularly check and tighten bolts on all parts of the equipment. Moving parts should turn freely and quietly; abnormalities can affect safety.
  3. Keep the equipment clean. Do not use strong solvents for cleaning.
  4. The running belt is subject to wear. If it appears worn or broken, contact a technician for replacement. Do not use the equipment until the belt is repaired.

11. Warm Up Exercises

A successful exercise program includes a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and cool-down. Perform the entire program at least twice, preferably three times a week, with a rest day between workouts. After several months, you can increase frequency to four or five times per week. Warming up is vital for preparing your body for strenuous exercise by heating muscles, increasing circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen. Repeat these exercises after your workout to reduce muscle soreness. Suggested warm-up and cool-down exercises:

Inner Thigh Stretch

Sit with the soles of your feet together, knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close to your groin as possible. Gently push your knees towards the floor. Hold for 15 counts.

Hamstring Stretch

Sit with your right leg extended. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch towards your toes as far as possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax, then repeat with the left leg extended.

Head Roll

Rotate your head to the right for one count, feeling the stretch up the left side of your neck. Next, rotate your head back for one count, stretching your chin towards the ceiling with your mouth open. Rotate your head to the left for one count, and finally, drop your head to your chest for one count.

Shoulder Lift

Lift your right shoulder towards your ear for one count. Then, lift your left shoulder for one count while lowering your right shoulder.

Calf-Achilles Stretch

Lean against a wall with your left leg forward and arms extended. Keep your right leg straight and the left foot on the floor. Bend the left leg and lean forward by moving your hips towards the wall. Hold, then repeat on the other side for 15 counts.

Toe Touch

Slowly bend forward from your waist, relaxing your back and shoulders as you stretch towards your toes. Reach down as far as you can and hold for 15 counts.

Side Stretch

Open your arms to the sides and continue lifting them overhead. Reach your right arm as far upward towards the ceiling as possible for one count, feeling the stretch along your right side. Repeat this action with your left arm.
