Offer Description: Upgrade to the latest Galaxy Watch6 Classic/Galaxy Watch6 and receive up to an additional ₹8000 on exchange of your old smartphone device. This offer is valid on select smartphone devices, as detailed in the Annexure, and availability is subject to customer pin codes.
Important Information for Exchange
- You can exchange your old select smartphone devices with Galaxy Watch6 Classic/Galaxy Watch6.
- The Exchange Offer is provided by Samsung in collaboration with Manak Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. ("Cashify"). Evaluation and exchange of your old smartphone device are subject to Cashify's terms and conditions. For details, refer to Cashify Terms of Use & Cashify Terms and Conditions.
- Exchange can be conducted on "Samsung Shop".
- Provide accurate inputs regarding your old smartphone's screen condition and availability of accessories during the evaluation. Any incorrect information may result in the cancellation or rejection of the Exchange Offer, making you ineligible for the exchange value or any associated benefits. No claims will be entertained in such cases.
- The displayed Exchange Price is the Maximum Price, subject to physical verification at the time of exchange.
- The screen condition and accessories declared by you will be verified during the exchange. Any mismatch will lead to cancellation or rejection of the exchange transaction.
- Your exchange device may be requoted, or your main order cancelled, if mandatory checks on the Cashify Diagnose App fail, or if the used phone is not in working condition, has scratches/cracks on the screen, or has dents. In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee may be levied as per the Cancellation policy.
- If you select the "Deferred Exchange" option:
- You must purchase the product with full payment and receive delivery first.
- After delivery, Cashify will send payment details for crediting the exchange value via email/SMS to your registered contact.
- If an incorrect or non-operational mobile number is provided, Samsung or Cashify are not responsible for non-delivery of the payment link.
- Upon receiving the link, you must update payment details within three (03) days. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation/rejection/forfeiture of the exchange transaction. Samsung or Cashify will not be liable to return any exchange amount.
- Once payment details are filled, a delivery executive will collect your old device. If the delivery person rejects the old device at collection (due to incorrect information, quality checks, etc.), the new device already delivered will not be taken back, and no refunds or additional offers will be provided. The exchange offer will be forfeited/cancelled/rejected.
- A government-approved Photo ID proof (e.g., PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID Card) is required at the time of exchange.
Additional Exchange Offer
The Additional Exchange (up to ₹8000) on Upgrade Offer is provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion. If your exchange is rejected for any reason, you will not be eligible for the exchange value or this additional offer. No claims will be entertained.
This Offer is valid on Samsung.com and in select pin codes only, and is available until September 03, 2024.
This Offer is valid in addition to the existing Upgrade Program and applies to the exchange of select Smartphone devices with a new Galaxy Watch6 Classic/Galaxy Watch6.

- Any disputes related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
