2. Testing process

2.1. Power on the LED

The main control box supplies POWER. The PAIRINGLED indicator of the control box blinks four times and then turns off. The POWER LED lights up.

2.2. Code test

Coding process: Double click the RESET button of the control box, pairing LED lights up, and the control box enters the matching mode; Press and hold the pairing button in the battery cover of the remote control, the background light of the pairing button flashes, and the remote control enters the matching mode; The remote control to the code backlight stops flashing, while the control box pairing led is off, the code is successfully matched; If the operation fails, repeat the above operations.

2.3. Software version testing

Power on the control box, connect to the PC through the mfp tool, and open the upper computer

software;

2.4. The head drives out test

Click the "head up" button, the head drive is extended, and the action stops when you release the button.

2.5. The head drives back test

Click the "head down" button, the head drive is withdrawn, and the action stops when you release the button.

2.6. The foot drives out test

Click the "foot up" button, the foot drive is extended, and the action stops when you release the button.

2.7. The foot drives back test

Click the "foot down" button, the foot drive is withdrawn, and the action stops when you release the button.

2.8. FLAT test

Click the FLAT button and release it, and the head and foot drive will run to the lowest position (when the drive is idle, the vibration motor can be turned off and off with one key, and the vibration motor indicator light can be turned off) , and the action will stop when any key is pressed;

2.9. ZERO G position test

Click the ZERO G button and release it, and the head and foot drives will run to the preset memory position, and the action will stop when any key is pressed;

2.10. ANTISNORE position test

Click the ANTISNORE button and release it. The head and foot drives will run to the preset memory position, and the action will stop when any key is pressed.

The customization process is as follows: 1. Click the FLAT button to lay the drive flat. 2. Use the head up or head down or foot up or foot down button to adjust the head drive and foot drive to the desired position; 3. Press the button that needs to be customized, hold it for 5 seconds, and the backlight of the remote control will flash cycle; 4. Release the button and the indicator stops blinking, indicating that the customization is complete.
The customized position setting can be restored to the default setting. Long press the ZERO G+FLAT key for about 5 seconds until the backlight of the remote control flashes cyclically, indicating that the default position is restored.

2.14. Head massage motor test

Each time you click the "HEAD" button, the vibration strength of the head motor increases by one level, and the massage strength is 6 levels. When the strength is level 6, click the "HEAD" button again, the strength becomes 0, and the strength cycles;
When the vibration motor is started, the vibration time is 10 minutes by default. The top indicator will show the vibration time;

2.15. Foot massage motor test

With each click of the "FOOT" button, the vibration intensity of the foot motor increases by one level, and the massage intensity is 6 levels in total. When the strength is level 6, click the "FOOT" button again, and the strength becomes 0, and the strength cycles;

When the vibration motor is started, the vibration time is 10 minutes by default. The top indicator will show the vibration time;

2.16. Massage timing test
Click the TIMER/ALL OFF button, and the vibration time is cycled 0-10min-20min-30min;
2.17. Under bed light test
Click the button to switch the state of the lamp under the bed; Click the button to switch the state of the lamp under the bed;
2.18. Child lock test
Lock: Hold head out + flat for more than 3s, the backlight blinks twice, the lock is successful; In the locked state, click any key, the control box has no action response, and the backlight flashes twice for prompt. Unlock: Press foot out + flat for more than 3s and the backlight will blink twice to unlock successfully. In the unlocked state, click any key, the control box will have an action response;
