Construction and Durability
Ø 21.3 mm x 2 mm tubes are embedded in the steel panel, preventing cracks and detachment from the steel frame. This makes the structure very strong and resistant to vandalism.
All steel components are made of high-carbon steel. Welding is done according to EN ISO 5817 standard, and hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) according to ISO1461 standard. This process provides good protection in all conditions.
Poles are 80 x 80 x 3 mm and have horizontally welded flanges (6 mm). This makes installation easy and the structure strong. Pole caps made of low-density polyethylene are attached with rivets.
Each panel has four plugs made of thermoplastic vulcanizate, which attach the panels to the poles. The plugs reduce vibration and thus noise. Additionally, the plugs facilitate installation thanks to pre-installed nuts.
