AT&T Roadside Assistance is now available 24/7, whenever you have your enrolled phone with you. This service can be used regardless of whose car or light-duty truck you are in, whether you are the driver or a passenger.

What You Get:

This Roadside Assistance program is a service provided by The American Traveler Motor ClubSM for AT&T customers. (THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE CONTRACT)

• AT&T Roadside Assistance costs $2.99/month per enrolled phone. Travel Pack, including Roadside Assistance and Navigator, is $9.99/month.
• Cancel anytime via the MyATT app, att.com/myatt, or by calling 800.331.0500.
• A 24-hour waiting period applies before the maximum benefit of $75/event can be used. During this period, service is available, but you are responsible for direct payment.
• Service is provided by The American Traveler Motor Club, 1440 Main Street Sarasota, FL 34236.
• Service is linked to the enrolled wireless phone. The enrolled device and phone number must be provided when calling for assistance.
• Service is available in the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada.
• Covers legally registered non-commercial passenger vehicles (sedans, coupes, convertibles, SUVs, mini-vans, light-duty pickup trucks). RVs, motorcycles, boats, trailers, vehicles with more than 2 axles or 4 wheels, and commercial/heavy-duty vehicles are not covered. Limited service for non-commercial dually trucks (fuel, jump start, lockout, key replacement).
• Maximum of four service events per year. After four events, or for non-included services, AT&T will arrange service at negotiated commercial rates, payable by the customer.
• Maximum program benefit is $75 per service event. Customers will be advised of any charges exceeding $75, which must be paid directly to The American Traveler Motor Club.
• Benefits are available up to the $75 limit without additional payments beyond the monthly charge, unless otherwise specified.
• Neither The American Traveler Motor Club nor AT&T guarantee response times or are responsible for delays or associated expenses (e.g., inconvenience, storage, lost time, vehicle rental, lodging, meals, travel costs).
• Towing covers mechanical problems only. Towing for accidents, misuse, or other damage (collision, fire, theft, freezing, vandalism, explosion, curb damage, debris, weather) can be arranged at the customer's expense.
• Winching (removal from a ditch or snow bank) is covered, limited to one operation/truck for 30 minutes from a roadway-accessible location.
• Minor mechanical adjustments to resolve issues onsite are covered.
• Fuel replenishment (up to three gallons) is provided if the vehicle is out of gas or diesel, where legally permitted.
• Key or lockout service assists in gaining entry or making a new key if lost, broken, or stolen.
• Flat tire replacement with a customer-provided spare is covered. If no spare is provided, towing may be offered.
• Jump-start service is provided for dead or depleted vehicle batteries.
• Service may be terminated or suspended for nonpayment of the AT&T wireless bill.
• AT&T Roadside Assistance is not a reimbursement program; call before service.
• For disablement on restricted roadways, the program will coordinate services. If on-site payment is required, the cost is eligible for reimbursement up to $75 if coordinated through AT&T Roadside Assistance.

After you call for assistance, your call will be returned with confirmation of the service provider and an estimated time of arrival. AT&T Roadside Assistance is not a reimbursement program. You must call The American Traveler Motor Club before service is rendered.
