Assembly steps:
- Take out accessories and the machine from the box.
- Place the machine on a flat ground.
- Connect it to the power and use it.
How to use the slope adjustment foot pad
1. Unfold the slope adjustment foot pad as shown in the figure. 2. The pin can be inserted into three positions of the slope foot pad according to user needs. Inserting the pin into the third position provides the largest slope. Ensure left and right pins are inserted into the same position. The bottom foot pad must be on the ground. 3. Insert the pin into the first gear hole for the gentlest manual slope. Ensure left and right pins are inserted into the same gear.
6. Functional Operation Instructions
Function Instructions
- Start/Stop: Use the button on the remote control to start/stop.
- Speed Control: Press the +/- buttons on the remote control to adjust speed in 0.5km/h increments. Holding the button continuously accelerates/decelerates at 0.5km/h.
- Bluetooth Music: The Bluetooth name is CITYSPORTS-Audio.
- Display Information: Speed (1.0-6.0km/h), Calories (0-9999 KCAL), Time (0:00-99:59 minutes), Mileage (0.00-99.99 km/h).
- Standby Mode: After 5 minutes of standby, the display turns off and enters dormant state.
- Auto Stop: The machine stops automatically after running for 99:59 minutes.
Display Panel
The display panel features an LED digital tube window showing speed, distance, time, and calories, automatically switching every 5 seconds during operation. It includes a Start/Stop key, speed up/down buttons, and an infrared receiver.
Key Function
- Key (Start/Stop): Press in standby mode to start at the lowest speed; press in running state to stop.
- + Key: Press to increase speed by 0.5km/h. Hold to continuously accelerate at 0.5km/h.
- - Key: Press to decrease speed by 0.5km/h. Hold to continuously decelerate at 0.5km/h.
Precautions: The display panel keys can be used as spare if the remote is not working. For safety, one person should stand on the platform while another adult helps start and adjust speed. Another adult should assist in stopping the machine. The manufacturer is not liable for accidents due to improper operation.
Remote Controller
The remote controller has Speed +, Start/Stop, and Speed - buttons.
Remote control pairing
Within 5 seconds of turning on the treadmill, press the "I▷" button on the remote. A continuous beep indicates successful pairing. The remote can then be used without re-pairing after power off.
Remote Control Insulation Paper: Ensure the insulation paper is pulled out before use. [Diagram shows steps: Prepare to draw out insulation, Pull out insulating paper, Available status].
Mobile phone Bluetooth music connection operation:
- Turn on mobile phone Bluetooth. Long press the "-" key on the armrest. When "CITYSPORTS-Audio" appears, connect it. A Bluetooth logo and ding-dong alert confirm connection.
- To switch off Bluetooth, long press the "-" key.
Warm Tips: Long pressing "-" for 30 seconds does not fully open Bluetooth; it requires mobile phone matching. If no connection is made within 30 seconds, Bluetooth auto-closes. Repeat steps to re-enable.
7. Warm-up Exercise Guides
A successful exercise plan includes warm-up, aerobic, and relaxation exercises, ideally 2-3 times a week, increasing to 4-5 days after a few months. Moderate warm-up prepares the body for intense exercise, aids muscle warming and stretching, improves circulation, and reduces soreness.
Recommended warm-up and relaxation exercises:
- Stretch downward: Bend knees slightly, lean forward slowly. Relax back and shoulders, touch toes with both hands. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat 3 times. [Figure 1 showing forward bend stretch].
- Stretch ankles: Sit on a clean cushion, straighten one leg, bring the other leg inward close to the straight leg. Try to touch toes with hands. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat for each leg 3 times. [Figure 2 showing ankle stretch].
- Calf and foot tendon stretch: Lean forward with hands against a wall. Left leg forward, right leg straight. Left foot on the ground, bend left leg. Hold 10-15 seconds. Repeat for each leg 3 times. [Figure 3 showing calf stretch].
- Head movement: 1. Tilt head right (stretches left neck muscle). 2. Turn head back. 3. Turn head left. 4. Bring head forward to chest. Relax and repeat 3 times. [Figure 4 showing head movements].
- Waist movement: Stretch arms left and right, lift slowly overhead. Extend right arm towards the ceiling, hold for 1 second. Repeat with the left arm. [Figure 5 showing side stretch].
8. Maintenance Guidelines
Warning: Unplug the power plug before maintenance.
- Use a cloth to clean the product surface. Full cleaning prolongs machine life.
- Clean dust regularly. Clean exposed parts on both sides of the running belt to reduce impurity accumulation. Keep sneakers clean. Avoid foreign objects under the belt. Wipe the running belt surface with a soapy wet cloth. Avoid splashing water on electrical components.
- Regularly check and secure all parts. Replace defective parts or have the equipment serviced.
1. Adjusting the Running Belt
Adjust belt tightness to improve slippage or non-fluidity. Belt adjustment has two functions: tensioning and centering. The belt may deviate after use due to stretching. A side deviation of no more than 5mm when the product is running under no load is normal.
Method for Adjusting the Running Belt
- Running belt shifts to the left: With the power off, use a 5mm hex wrench to turn the left rear roller bolt 1/4 turn to the right to tighten the belt. Power on and check centering. Repeat until centered. [Diagram shows turning the bolt].
- Running belt shifts to the right: With the power off, use a 5mm hex wrench to turn the right rear roller bolt 1/4 turn to the right to tighten the belt. Power on and check centering. Repeat until centered. [Diagram shows turning the bolt].
- To tighten the belt (general): With power off, use a 5mm hex wrench to turn the left and right rear drum bolts 1/4 turn to the right simultaneously. Power on to check tightness. Repeat until moderately tight. [Diagram shows turning both bolts].
Note: Uneven foot pressure during use can cause belt deviation, which is normal. The belt returns to center when no one is running. Do not overtighten the belt, as it can cause damage, roller bearing issues, and abnormal noise.
1. Lubricating Oil for Walking Pad (Treadmill)
After a period of use, lubricate the running belt with specially configured methyl silicone oil.
- Lubrication Schedule:
- Less than 3 hours/week: Lubricate every 5 months.
- 4-7 hours/week: Lubricate every 2 months.
- More than 7 hours/week: Lubricate monthly.
- Do not over-lubricate.
- Set the machine to 1 KM speed and apply approximately 5ml of oil at the orifice.
Note: Proper lubrication is crucial for extending the treadmill's service life.
2. Add Lubricating Oil To The Walking Machine
- The refueling position is on the lower surface in the middle of the running belt. [Diagram shows oil bottle application].
- Cut the oil bottle opening to a small size suitable for injection.
- Lift the running belt, insert the oil bottle to the underside, and inject oil into the middle of the running board. Lower the belt, press the oil injection area, and rotate the belt to spread the oil evenly.
- After turning on the machine, wait one minute for the oil to distribute evenly before use.
