How to Wear Your TOZO Earbuds
Properly wearing your TOZO earbuds ensures optimal fit and sound quality.
Step 1: Ensure the earbud tip faces downwards, then place the earbud into your ear.
Step 2: Rotate the earbud back towards your auricle (the outer part of your ear) to fit snugly.
Incorrect Fit: Wearing the earbuds with the earbud tips facing upwards is an incorrect way to wear them and may affect performance and comfort.
How to Pair
Follow these steps to connect your TOZO G1 earbuds to your device.
1. Auto Pairing
Take the two earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically turn on and link to each other within 10 seconds.
The left earbud will flash red and blue alternately, indicating it is in pairing mode.
On your phone or device, search for the name of the earbuds, which is [TOZO-G1], and select it to connect.
2. Clear the Pairing List
To clear the existing pairing list:
- Pick up both earbuds.
- Hold both MFB (Multi-Function Button) touch panels for 5 seconds until the earbuds turn off.
- Continue holding both MFB touch panels for another 5 seconds until the lights blink red and blue simultaneously.
- Quickly click both MFB touch panels twice. The process is complete when the purple light blinks.
3. Reset
The pairing list will be automatically reset when the earbuds are charging.
Note: If one of the earbuds is not playing audio, please place both earbuds back into the charging case and try pairing again.
Left Earbud Operations
Control your TOZO G1 earbuds with simple touch gestures on the left earbud.
- Power On: Pick up earbuds from the charging case. They will turn on automatically.
- Power Off: Put both earbuds back into the charging case. They will power off and recharge automatically.
- Play/Pause: Single tap the MFB touch panel. ▶️/⏸️
- Previous Track: Double tap the MFB touch panel. ⏪
- Adjust Volume: Press and hold the MFB touch panel. Press and hold longer for lower volume, or shorter for higher volume. ✊ [hold]
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap the MFB touch panel. ?️ The voice assistant will be activated automatically depending on your mobile system's OS.
Right Earbud Operations
Control your TOZO G1 earbuds with simple touch gestures on the right earbud.
- Power On: Pick up earbuds from the charging case. They will turn on automatically.
- Power Off: Put both earbuds back into the charging case. They will power off and recharge automatically.
- Play/Pause: Single tap the MFB touch panel. ▶️/⏸️
- Next Track: Double tap the MFB touch panel. ⏩
- End Call: Press and hold the MFB touch panel for 1.5 seconds. ✊ [hold]
- Adjust Volume: Press and hold the MFB touch panel. Press and hold longer for higher volume, or shorter for lower volume. ✊ [hold]
- Game Mode: Triple tap the MFB touch panel. ? This mode is designed to reduce audio latency for a better gaming experience.
