Eufy Indoor Cam S350: Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

Follow these simple steps to begin using your Indoor Cam S350:

  1. Download and install the eufy Security app from your device's app store.
  2. Create an account or log in.
  3. Connect the camera to a power source. Wait for the status LED to turn solid blue, indicating it's ready for setup.
  4. Open the eufy Security app, tap the '+' icon, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your camera to your account.

Installation Options

The Eufy Indoor Cam S350 offers flexible installation:

  • On a Table or Shelf: Place the camera on a flat surface. Ensure the telephoto lens is at least 8 ft (2.5 m) away from the area you wish to monitor for optimal zoom. Keep the camera at least 0.7 ft (0.2 m) away from walls to prevent infrared reflection affecting night vision.
  • On a Wall or Ceiling: Use the included mounting plate, screws, and positioning sticker. Ensure the camera is disconnected from power before mounting. Follow the diagrams for correct placement and securing the camera.

Refer to the app for precise field-of-view adjustments based on your chosen installation location.

Important Safety Information

Please observe the following safety guidelines:

  • The device operates best within a temperature range of 0°C to 40°C (32°F to 104°F).
  • Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight or excessively wet environments unless specified otherwise.
  • Use only the provided power adapter.
  • Child Safety: This device is not a toy. It contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Keep cords out of reach of children (more than 3 ft / 0.9 m away) to prevent strangulation hazards.
