Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung vor der Verwendung sorgfältig durch, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie das Gerät ordnungsgemäß verwenden. Garantie Die Garantiezeit beträgt 2 Jahre, gültig ab Rechnungsdatum. Die Verschleißteile des Filters fallen nicht unter die Gewährleistung. Der Schaden, der durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch verursacht wird, ist von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Sicherheitshinweise 1. Vor jeder Installation/Instandhaltung ist das Gerät vom Stromnetz zu trennen. 2. Inbetriebnahme nur, wenn das Gerät sich vollständig unter Wasser befindet. 3. Das Gerät niemals trocken laufen lassen. Dies führt zur Überhitzung und verursacht dauerhafte Schäden. 4. Nehmen Sie keine baulichen Veränderungen am Gerät vor und tauschen Sie Teile nur wie empfohlen aus. 5. Alle Anschlüsse müssen geerdet sein. 6. Halten Sie sich an die vorgegebene Stromspannung. 7. Nur in der Flüssigkeit Wasser zu verwenden. 8. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen dieses Geräts keine Seifen oder Reinigungsmittel. Nur mit warmem Wasser gründlich reinigen und abspülen. Wenn Sie die Pumpen längere Zeit nicht benutzen, lassen Sie sie besser eine Weile im sauberen Wasser arbeiten. Reinigen Sie dann den Filter mit sauberem Wasser und trocknen ihn ab, bevor Sie ihn wieder verpacken. www.aquaristikwelt24.de By Aquaristikwelt24 S e i t e | 3 Beschreibung Die Innenfilter der CHJ-Serie werden mit vier Saugnäpfen im Aquarium an die Scheibe gedrückt. Man kann den Filter stufenlos einstellen und so die Wassermenge regulieren. Der Filter ist sehr leise und aufgrund der geringen Stromversorgung sehr energiesparend. Mit im Lieferumfang enthalten ist eine Frischluft Zufuhr, mit der man Sauerstoff in das Aquarium pumpen kann, welche das Wasser gleichmäßig anreichert. Des Weiteren sind die Einsaugschlitze bewusst sehr klein gehalten, damit Ihre Garnelen, Babys und Kleinfische nicht in den Filter gezogen werden. Die Achse des Rotors besteht aus Edelstahl und ist sehr robust. Rund um eine tolle Lösung für ein Aquarium, in dem man ihn gut positionieren kann. Zusammenbau 1. Schrauben Sie die Druckmutter ab (Bild 1) 2. Drücken Sie auf die Schnalle und nehmen Sie dann den Filterkorb heraus (Bild 2) www.aquaristikwelt24.de By Aquaristikwelt24 S e i t e | 4 3. Ziehen Sie den Filterschwamm entsprechend heraus (Bild 3) 4. Drücken Sie die Schnalle und nehmen Sie dann den großen Filterkorb entsprechend heraus (Bild 4) 5. Nehmen Sie den Boden entsprechend heraus (Bild 5) 6. Das blaue Ventil kann die Durchflussmenge einstellen 7. Drehen Sie den Motor entsprechend (Bild 6) und nehmen Sie ihn heraus 8. Nehmen Sie den Rotor heraus, wechseln oder reinigen Sie ihn 9. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der O-Ring immer in der richtigen Position ist (Bild 9) Reinigung Entscheiden Sie, wie regelmäßig Sie Ihren Innenfilter reinigen möchten, abhängig von Ihrem Wasservolumen und der Anzahl der Fische, die Sie haben. Die beste Zeit zum Reinigen Ihres Filters ist nach Abschluss eines 10%-igen Wasserwechsels. Folgende Teile Ihres Innenfilters sollten gereinigt werden: · Impeller · Auslassteile · Filterschwamm und Filtergehäuse Trennen Sie die Pumpe vom Stromnetz und nehmen Sie diese aus dem Wasser. Durch leichtes ziehen und verschieben trennen Sie bitte vorsichtig das Motorgehäuse von der Laufradkammer. Entnehmen Sie Laufrad und Welle und reinigen Sie diese mit einer Bürste. Hartnäckige Ablagerungen können Sie entfernen in dem Sie die entsprechenden Teile in Essig einlegen. Bitte spülen Sie die Teile gründlich ab, bevor Sie diese wieder in die Pumpe einsetzten. Die Kunststofflager, Keramikwelle und ähnliches sind Verschleißteile. Sollte die Pumpe nach längerer Betriebsdauer trotz regelmäßiger Reinigung deutliche Laufgeräusche erzeugen, dann kann es sinnvoll sein diese Teile zu ersetzen. Instruction for use Please read the operating instructions and familiarize yourself with the device before placing it in service. Correct and safe use of the system requires strict compliance with the safety instructions. For safety reasons children and young people under 16 years of age, as well as people that cannot recognize potential hazards, or people that are not familiar with these instructions, may not use this device. Safety instructions 1. Compare the line voltage (V) and frequency (HZ) of your electrical circuit with the data on the model plate. These data must agree. 2. Before reaching in the water, always unplug all power cords of devices in the water. 3. Never use installations, adapters, extension cords or connecting cords without ground contact. 4. Only operate the pump if no one is in the water! 5. Do not carry or pull the pump by the connecting cord. 6. Keep the power plug and all connecting parts dry. 7. The pump may not be operated if the cable or the housing are defective. 8. lf the power cord of the pump is damaged then it must be replaced by the manufacturer or his customer service or by a similarly qualified person, to avoid hazard. 9. Never displace any liquids other than water. 10. Keep away from moving parts to avoid dangers. 11. Please disconnect all the accessories when the pump do not work. 12. Read and familiarize yourself with the safety instructions before placing in service. 2.Compare the line voltage(V) and frequency (HZ) of your electrical circuit with the data on the model plate. These data must agree. 3.Attention after installing, adjust the tightness of cover to change the fountain style. 4.Comply with the maximum permitted immersion depth (see the information on the model plate). 5.Do not place the pump directly in the pond floor mud, place the pump on a raised surface. 6.Lay the power cord in a protected manner to exclude the possibility, of damage. 7.Connect the pump to the electrical circuit. 8.The flow rate can be adjusted by the control valve; the pump will start work once plug in and stop once unplug. lmportant note Never operate the pump without the filter basket. The filter basket protects the pump from coarse dirt that can lead to plugging up the pump. Never operate the pump without water (dry run). The pump bearing will be destroyed. Additional installation instructions 1. Our specified outputs are always measured directly at the pump outlet (without hose connection and accessories). 2. To achieve the highest possible pump output, keep the hose connections as short as possible. Elbows, angles and other connecting elements should be reduced to a minimum, as they lessen the pump output. 3. Because of the different product models, equipped with different outlets. Part products are equipped with stepped water outlets.
