I. INTRODUCTION Before using the appliance, please read carefully this instruction manual and keep it for future reference. This instruction manual is designed to provide you with all required instructions related to the installation, use and maintenance of the appliance. In order to operate the unit correctly and safety, please read this instruction manual carefully before installation and usage. II. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS General Safety Warnings · Read these instructions carefully before using your appliance and keep this manual for future reference. Please check the packaging of your machine before installation and the outer surface of the machine once the packaging has been removed. Do not operate the machine if it appears damaged or if the packaging has been opened. · Packaging materials protect your machine from any damage that might occur during transportation. The packaging materials are environmentally friendly as they are recyclable. Use of recycled material reduces raw material consumption and decreases waste production. · This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand hazards involved. Children should not be allowed to play with the appliance. · Remove packaging and keep it out of reach of children. · Keep children away from detergents and rinse aids. · There may be some residue left in the machine after washing. Keep children away from the machine when it is open. Installation Warnings · Choose a suitable and safe place to install your machine. · Only original spare parts should be used with the machine. · Unplug the machine before installation. · Your machine must only be installed by a service agent or a similar qualified person. · Check that the indoor electrical fuse system is connected in line with safety regulations. · All electrical connections must match the values on the plate. · Ensure the machine does not stand on the electrical supply cable. · Never use an extension cord or a multiple socket connection. · The plug should be accessible after the machine is installed · After installation, run your machine unloaded for the first time. · The machine must not be plugged in during positioning. · If the electrical cable is damaged, it should only be replaced by a qualified electrician. · The machine must not be plugged in during positioning. · Always use the coated plug supplied with your machine. · Connect the hose directly to the water inlet tap. The pressure supplied by the tap should be a minimum of 0.03 MPa and a maximum of 1 MPa. If the pressure exceeds 1 MPa, a pressure relief valve must be fitted between the connection. During Usage · This machine is for domestic use only; do not use it for other purposes. · Do not stand, sit or place loads on the open door of the dishwasher. · Only use detergents and rinse aids produced specifically for dishwashers. Our company is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to misuse. · Do not drink water from the machine. · Due to the danger of explosion, do not place any chemical dissolving agents into the machine's washing section. · Check the heat-resistance of plastic items before washing them in the machine. · Only put items in the machine which are suitable for dishwashing, and take care not to overfill the baskets. · Do not open the door while the machine is in operation, hot water may spill out. Safety devices ensure the machine stops if the door is opened. 2 www.heinner.com · The machine door should not be left open. It may cause accidents. · Place knives and other sharp objects in the cutlery basket in a blade-down position. · For the models with the automatic door-opening system - when the EnergySave option is active, the door will open at the end of a program. To prevent damage to your dishwasher, do not attempt to close the door for one minute after it has opened. For effective drying, keep the door open for 30 minutes after a programme has ended. Do not stand in front of the door after the auto-open signal sounds. THIS MODEL DOESN'T HAVE AUTOMATIC DOOR-OPENING SYSTEM. · In the case of a malfunction, repair should only be performed by an authorised service company, otherwise the warranty will be void. · Before repair work, the machine should be disconnected from the mains. Do not pull the cable to unplug the machine. Switch off the water tap. · Operation at a low voltage will cause a decline in performance levels. · For safety, disconnect the plug once a program has finished. · To avoid an electric shock, do not unplug the machine with wet hands. · Pull the plug to disconnect the machine from the mains, never pull on the cord. RECYCLING · Some machine components and packaging consist of recyclable materials. · Plastics are marked with the international abbreviations: (>PE<, >PP<, etc.) · The cardboard parts consist of recycled paper. They can be put into waste paper containers for recycling. · Material unsuitable for domestic waste must be disposed of at recycling centres. · Contact a relevant recycling centre to obtain information about disposal of different materials. INSTALLATION Machine positioning · When positioning the machine, place it in an area where dishes can be easily loaded and unloaded. Do not put the machine in an area where the ambient temperature falls below 0°C. · Read all warnings located on the packaging before removing the packaging and positioning the machine. Place the machine close to a water tap and drain. Take into consideration that the connections will not be altered once the machine is in position. · Do not hold the machine by its door or panel. · Leave an adequate distance around the machine to allow ease of movement when cleaning. · Ensure the water inlet and outlet hoses are not squeezed or trapped and that the machine does not stand on the electrical cable while positioning. · Adjust the feet so the machine is level and balanced. The machine should be placed on flat ground otherwise it will be unstable and the door of the machine will not close properly. Water connection We recommend fitting a filter to your water inlet supply in order to prevent damage to your machine due to contamination (sand, rust, etc.) from indoor plumbing. This will also help prevent yellowing and deposit formation after washing. If models are marked with 25°, the water temperature may be max. 25 °C (cold water). For all other models: Cold water preferred; hot water max. temperature 60 °C. Water inlet hose WARNING: Use the new water inlet hose supplied with your machine, do not use an old machine's hose. WARNING: Run water through the new hose before connecting. WARNING: Connect the hose directly to the water inlet tap. The pressure supplied by the tap should be a minimum of 0.03 MPa and a maximum of 1 MPa. If the pressure exceeds 1 MPa, a pressure relief valve must be fitted between the connection. WARNING: After the connections are made, turn the tap on fully and check for water leaks. Always turn off the water inlet tap after a wash program has finished. 6 www.heinner.com An Aquastop water spout is available. Do not damage it or allow it to become kinked or twisted. Drain hose Connect the water drain hose directly to water drain hole or to the sink outlet spigot. This connection should be minimum 50 cm and maximum 110 cm from flor plane. IMPORTANT: Items will not wash properly if a drain hose longer than 4 m is used. Electrical connection WARNING: Your machine is set to operate at 220-240 V. If the mains voltage supply to your machine is 110 V, connect a transformer of 110/220 V and 3000 W between the electrical connection. · The earthed plug of the machine must be connected to an earthed outlet supplied by suitable voltage and current. · In the absence of earthing installation, an authorised electrician should carry out an earthing installation. In the case of use without earthing installed, we will not be responsible for any loss of use that may occur. · The indoor fuse current value should be 10-16 A. · Connect the product to a grounded outlet protected by a fuse. Fitting the machine undercounter If you wish to fit your machine undercounter, there must be sufficient space to do so and the wiring-plumbing must be suitable to do so (1). If the space under the countertop is suitable for fitting your machine, remove the worktop as shown in the illustration (2). WARNING: The countertop, of which the machine will be placed under, must be stable in order to prevent imbalance. The top panel of the dishwasher must be removed to fit the machine under the countertop. 7 www.heinner.com To remove the top panel, remove the screws that hold it on, located at the rear of the machine. Then, push the panel 1 cm from the front towards the rear and lift it. Adjust the machine feet according to the slope of the floor (3). Fit your machine by pushing it under the counter taking care not to crush or bend the hoses (4). WARNING: After removing the top panel of your dishwasher, the machine should be placed in a space of the dimensions shown in the figure below. BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE Preparing your Dishwasher for first use · Check whether the electricity and supply water specifications match the values indicated in the installation instructions for the machine. · Remove all packaging materials inside the machine. · Set the water softener level. · Fill the rinse aid compartment. The importance of water decalcification For a good washing function, the dishwasher needs soft, i.e. less calcareous water. Otherwise, white lime residues will remain on the dishes and the interior equipment. This will negatively affect your machine's washing, drying and shining performance. When water flows through the softener system, the ions forming the hardness are removed from the water and the water reaches the softness required to obtain the best washing result. Depending on the level of hardness of the inflowing water, these ions that harden the water accumulate rapidly inside the softener system. Therefore, the softener system has to be refreshed so that it operates with the same performance also during the next wash. For this purpose, dishwasher salt is used. Machine can only be used by special dishwasher salt to soften the water. Do not use any small grained or powdered type of salts which can easily soluble. Using any other type of salt can damage your machine. Fill the salt To add softener salt, open the salt compartment cap by turning it counter clockwise. (1) (2) At first use, fill the compartment with 1 kg salt and water (3) until it is almost overflowing. If available, using a funnel (4) will make filling easier. Replace the cap and close it. After every 20-30 Cycles add salt into your machine until it fills up (approx. 1 kg). Only add water to the salt compartment on first use Use softener salt specifically produced for use in dishwashers. When you start your dishwasher, the salt compartment is filled with water, therefore put the softener salt in prior to starting your machine. If the softener salt has overflowed and you do not start the machine immediately, run a short washing program to protect your machine against corrosion. 9 www.heinner.com Testing strip (it's not provided in product package) NOTE: Level is set 3 as default. If the water is well water or has a hardness level above 90 dF, we recommend that you use filter and refinement devices. Water Softener System The dishwasher is equipped with a water softener which reduces the hardness in the mains water supply. To find out the hardness level of your tap water, contact your water company or use the test strip (have to be purchased separately, is not provided with the product). Setting In order to change the salt level, follow the below steps: · Press program button when the machine is off position. · Turn on the machine by pressing On/Off button and continue to press program button at least for 3". · If "Hardness set" is recognized all leds blink once. · Release program button. The last setting level is viewed. · Press program button to set the desired level.At any pressure of program button hardness level is incremented. Hardness level 1 returns after hardness level 6. · The last selected water hardness level is stored in the memory by cutting off energy of the machine with On/Off button. Detergent usage Only use detergents specifically designed for domestic dishwashers. Keep your detergents in cool, dry places out of reach of children. Add the proper detergent for the selected program to ensure the best performance. The amount of detergent needed depends on the cycle, load size, and soil level of dishes. Do not fill detergent into the detergent compartment more than required; otherwise you can see whitish streaks or bluish layers on glass and dishes and may cause glass corrosion. Continued use of too much detergent may cause machine damage. Using little detergent can result in poor cleaning and you can see whitish streaksin hard water. See the detergent manufacturer's instructions for a further information. 10 www.heinner.com Filling the detergent Push the latch to open the dispenser and pour in the detergent. Close the lid and press it until it locks in place. The dispenser should be refilled just before the start of each programme. If the dishes are heavily soiled, place additional detergent in the pre-wash detergent chamber. Using combined detergents These products should be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. Never put combined detergents into the interior section or the cutlery basket. Combined detergents contain not only the detergent but also rinse-aid, salt replacement substances and additional components depending on the combination. We recommend you do not use combined detergents in short programmes. Please use powder detergents in such programmes. If you encounter problems when using combined detergents, please contact the detergent manufacturer. When you stop using combined detergents, make sure that water hardness and rinse aid settings are set to the correct level. Rinse-aid usage The rinse aid helps to dry the dishes without streaks and stains. Rinse-aid is required for stain-free utensils and clear glasses. The rinse aid is automatically released during the hot rinse phase. If rinse aid dosage setting set too low, whitish stains remains on dishes and dishes do not dry and washed clean. If rinse aid dosage setting set too height, you can see bluish layers on glass and dishes. Filling The rinse-aid and setting To fill the rinse aid compartment, open the rinse-aid compartment cap. Fill the compartment with rinse aid to the MAX level and then close the cap. Be careful not to overfill the rinse aid compartment and wipe up any spills. In order to change the rinse aid level, follow the below steps before turning on the machine: · Push the programme button and hold it down. · Turn on the machine. · Hold down the programme button until the LEDs flash twice. Rinse aid set follows water hardness set. · The machine will display the last setting. · Set the level by pushing the programme v button. · Switch off the machine to save the setting. The factory setting is "4". If the dishes are not drying properly or are spotted, increase the level. Loading the household dishwasher up to the capacity indicated by the manufacturer will contribute to energy and water savings. Manual pre-rinsing of tableware items leads to increased water and energy consumption and is not recommended You can place cups, glasses, stemware, small plates, bowls, etc. in upper basket. Do not lean long glasses against one another or they cannot remain steady and may receive damage. When placing long stem glasses and goblets, lean them against the basket edge or rack and not against other items. Place all containers such as cups, glasses and pots into the dishwasher with the opening facing downwards otherwise water can collect on items. If there is cutlery basket in machine, you are recommended to use the cutlery grid in order to obtain the best result. Place all large (pots, pans, lids, plates, bowls etc.) and very dirty items in the lower rack. Dishes and cutlery should not be placed above each other. WARNING: Take care not to obstruct the rotation of spray arms. WARNING: Make sure after loading the dishes do not prevent opening the detergent dispenser. Recommendations Remove any coarse residue on dishes before placing the dishes in the machine. Start the machine with full load. Do not overload the drawers or place dishes in the wrong basket. WARNING: To avoid any possible injuries, place long-handle and sharp- pointed knives with their sharp points facing down or horizontally on the baskets. Top basket Dish rack Upper basket racks have two positions: open (a) and closed (b). You can place cups on the racks to be washed. You can also place long forks, knives and spoons on the racks laterally. Upper basket Height adjustment Turn the Rail Stop Clips, at the ends of the rails, to the sides to open them (as shown in the image below), then pull out and remove the basket. Change the position of the wheels, then reinstall the basket to the rail, making sure to close the Rail Stop Clips. When the upper basket is in the higher position, large items such as pans can be placed on the lower basket. 13 www.heinner.com Loads lower basket Top basket 14 www.heinner.com Incorrect loads Incorrect loading can cause poor washing and drying performance. Please follow the manufacturer's recommendations for a good performans result. Unsuitable items for dishwashing · Cigarette ashes, candle leftovers, polish, paint, chemical substances, iron-alloy materials. · Forks, spoons and knives with wooden, bone, ivory or nacrecoated handles; glued items, items soiled with abrasive, acidic or base chemicals. · Temperature-sensitive plastics, copper or tincoated containers. · Aluminium and silver objects. · Some delicate glasses, ornamental printed porcelains; some crystal items, adhered cutlery, lead crystal glasses, cutting boards, synthetic fibred items. · Absorbent items such as sponges or kitchen rugs. IMPORTANT: In future, purchase dishwasher-proof kitchenware. 15 www.heinner.com VIII. Heavy A A 0:50 1:57 0.95 1.55 11.2 17.8 · The program duration may change according to the amount of dishes, the water temperature, the ambient temperature and selected additional functions. · Values given for programmes other than the eco programme are indicative only · If your model has turbidity sensor, it has Auto program instead of Intensive program. · Eco programme is suitable to clean normally soiled tableware, that for this use, it is the most efficient programme in terms of its combined energy and water consumption, and that it is used to assess compliance with the EU ecodesign legislation. · Washing tableware in a household dishwasher usually consumes less energy and water in the use phase than hand dishwashing when the household dishwasher is used according to the manufacturer's instructions. · Only use powder detergent for short programs. · Short programs do not include drying. · To assist drying, we recommend slightly opening the door after a cycle is complete. · You can access the product database where the model information is stored by reading the QR code on the energy label. NOTE: According to regulations 1016/2010 and 1059/2010, Eco program energy consumption values may differ. This table is in line with regulations 2019/2022 and 2017/2022. 16 www.heinner.com IX. CONTROL PANEL 1 Heinner logo 2 Delay & Half load button & Delay indicators 3 Start/Pause/Reset button & washing indicator 4 On/Off button 5 Program button 6 Rinse aid indicator 7 Wash/Rinse/Dry/End indicators 8 Salt indicator By pressing On/Off button (4), you can start the machine. On/Off lamp lights as long as the machine is on. Select the suitable programme by pressing Program button (5). Press Start/Pause button (3) to start the program. Start/ Pause lamp becomes off and Wash lamp turns on.If you open the door of your machine while program is continuing, Start/Pause lamp will blink and related washing step lamp is on. Program flow can be monitored via Wash, Rinse Dry and End lamps (7) on control panel. Machine remains silent for about 40-50 minutes when the drying lamp is on. NOTE: Pressing Delay and Half load button (2) for 3 seconds activates half load option which shortens the durations of the programmes that you have selected and reduce the energy and water consumption. If you have used an extra feature (delay or half load) (2) on the latest washing program, this feature will remain active also on the next washing program. If you want to cancel this feature on the newly selected washing program, press Delay and Half load button (2) until related lamps are off or turn the machine off with On/Off button (4). If you would like to use extra feature with newly selected program, select the desired functions. NOTE: You can delay start time of the program for 3-6-9 hours by pressing delay button (2) before program starts. If you want to change delay time,first press Start/ Pause button and then Delay button to select new delay time. To activate new delay time, press Start/Pause button. To cancel the delay, you need to press Delay button until all delay lamps are off. NOTE: If user switches the machine to off position after selecting the delay time and the programme has started, delayed time is cancelled. 17 www.heinner.com NOTE: When softening salt is not enough, salt lack warning indicator (8) turns on and you need to fill in the salt chamber. NOTE: When rinse aid is not enough, rinse aid lack warning indicator (6) turns on and you need to fill in rinse aid chamber. Changing a programme If you would like to change the program while washing is continuing. D 18 www.heinner.com Cancelling a programme If you would like to cancel a program while washing is continuing. NOTE: Do not open the door before the program ends. NOTE: At the end of washing program, you can leave the door of your machine ajar to fasten the drying. NOTE: If the door of machine is opened or power is cut off during washing, program will continue when the door is closed or the power is back. 19 www.heinner.com X. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Cleaning your dishwasher is important to maintain the machine's service life. Make sure that the water softening setting (If available) is done correctly and correct amount of detergent is used to prevent limescale accumulation. Refill the salt compartment when the salt sensor light comes on.Oil and limescale may build up in your Dishwasher over time. If this occurs: · Fill the detergent compartment but do not load any dishes. Select a programme which runs at high temperature and run the Dishwasher empty. If this does not clean your Dishwasher sufficiently, use a cleaning agent designed for use with dishwashers. · To extend the life of your dishwasher, clean the appliance regularly on each month · Wipe the door seals regularly with a damp cloth to remove any accumulated residue or foreign objects. Cleaning machine and filters Clean the filters and spray arms at least once a week. If any food waste remains on the coarse and fine filters, remove them and clean them thoroughly with water. a) Micro Filter b) Coarse Filter c) Metal Filter To remove and clean the filter combination, turn it counter clockwise and remove it by lifting it upwards (1). Pull the coarse filter out of the micro filter (2). Then pull and remove the metal filter (3). Rinse the filter with lots of water until it is free of residue. Reassemble the filters. Replace the filter insert, and rotate it clockwise (4). · Never use your Dishwasher without a filter. · Incorrect fitting of the filter will reduce the washing effectiveness. · Clean filters are necessary for proper running of the machine. 20 www.heinner.com Spray arms Make sure that the spray holes are not clogged and that no food waste is stuck to the spray arms. If there is any clogging, remove the spray arms and clean them under water. To remove the upper spray arm undo the nut holding it in position by turning it clockwise and pulling it downwards. Make sure that the nut is properly tightened when refitting the upper spray arm. Drain Pump Large food residues or foreign objects which were not captured by the filters may block the waste water pump. The rinsing water will then be above the filter. Warning Risk of cuts! When cleaning the waste water pump, ensure that you do not injure yourself on pieces of broken glass or pointed implements. In this case: 1. First always disconnect the appliance from the power supply. 2. Take out baskets. 3. Remove the filters. 4. Scoop out water, use a sponge if required. 5. Check the area and remove any foreign objects. 6. Install filters. 7. Re-insert baskets. 21 www.heinner.com XI. TROUBLESHOOTING FAULT POSSIBLE CAUSE Your Dishwasher is not plugged in. TROUBLESHOOTING Plug your Dishwasher in. Your Dishwasher is not switched on. The programme does not start. Fuse blown. Water inlet tap is closed. Your Dishwasher door is open. Switch your Dishwasher on by pressing the On/Off button. Check your indoor fuses. Turn on the water inlet tap. Close the Dishwasher door. Water inlet hose and machine filters Check the water inlet hose and machine are clogged. filters and make sure they are not clogged. Water remains inside the machine. Machine stops during washing. Water drain hose is clogged or twisted. The filters are clogged. The programme is not finished yet. Power failure. Water inlet failure. Check the drain hose, then either clean or untwist it. Clean the filters. Wait until the programme is finished. Check mains power. Check water tap. Shaking and hitting noises are heard during a wash operation. The spray arm is hitting the dishes in the lower basket. Move or remove items blocking the spray arm. Dishes placed incorrectly, sprayed water not reaching affected dishes. Do not overload baskets. Dishes leaning each another. Place dishes as instructed in the section on loading your dishwasher. Partial food wastes remain on the dishes. Not enough detergent used. Wrong wash programme selected. Use the correct amount of detergent, as instructed in the programme table. Use the information in the programme table to select the most appropriate programme. Spray arms clogged with food waste. Clean the holes in the spray arms with thin objects. 22 www.heinner.com Filters or water drain pump clogged or filter misplaced. Check the drain hose and filters are correctly fitted. Not enough detergent used. Use the correct amount of detergent, as instructed in the programme table. Whitish stains remains on dishes. Rinse aid dosage and/or water softener setting set too low. Presiunea furnizat de robinet trebuie s fie de minimum 0,03 MPa i de maximum 1 MPa. Dac presiunea depete 1 MPa, o supap reductoare de presiune trebuie montat între conexiuni. Maina este prevzut cu un sistem de siguran care oprete funcionarea în momentul deschiderii uii. · Nu lsai deschis ua mainii. Aceasta poate provoca accidente. · Punei cuitele i alte obiecte ascuite în coul pentru tacâmuri, cu lama în jos. · În cazul modelelor dotate cu sistem automat de deschidere a uii, dac funcia EnergySave este activ, ua se va deschide la finalizarea programului. INSTALARE Poziionarea mainii · Atunci când poziionai maina, alegei un loc accesibil, astfel încât s putei introduce vasele în main cu uurin. Nu amplasai maina în spaii unde este posibil ca temperatura camerei s scad sub 0 °C. · Înainte de îndeprtarea ambalajului i poziionarea mainii, citii toate instruciunile de pe ambalaj. Amplasai maina aproape de un robinet de ap i de o scurgere. Luai în calcul faptul c racordurile nu vor fi modificate dup ce poziionai maina. · Nu deplasai maina inând-o de u sau de panoul de comand. · Lsai un spaiu suficient în jurul mainii, pentru a o putea deplasa cu uurin atunci când dorii s o curai. · Asigurai-v c furtunul de alimentare cu ap i cel de evacuare nu sunt obstrucionate i c maina nu este aezat pe cablul electric. · Reglai picioarele mainii, astfel încât aceasta s fie dreapt i echilibrat. Maina trebuie poziionat pe o suprafa orizontal. În caz contrar, maina va fi instabil, iar ua acesteia nu se va închide corespunztor. Racordarea la sursa de ap V recomandm s instalai un filtru între sursa de alimentare cu ap i main, pentru a evita deteriorarea mainii din cauza impuritilor (nisip, rugin etc.) provenite din evile instalaiei. De asemenea, instalarea unui filtru previne înglbenirea i formarea depunerilor de calcar dup splare. Atenie la inscripia de pe furtunul de alimentare cu ap! Dac modelul este marcat cu 25°, temperatura apei poate fi de maximum 25 °C. Pentru alte modele: Se prefer apa rece; temperatura maxim a apei calde 60 °C. Furtunul de alimentare cu ap AVERTISMENT: Utilizai furtunul de alimentare cu ap furnizat împreun cu maina. Nu utilizai un furtun vechi. AVERTISMENT: Cltii cu ap furtunul nou înainte de a-l monta. AVERTISMENT: Conectai furtunul de alimentare cu ap direct la robinet. Presiunea apei furnizate de robinet trebuie s fie de minimum 0,03 Mpa i de maximum 1 Mpa. Dac presiunea apei depete 1 Mpa, trebuie montat între furtun i robinet o supap de reducere a presiunii. AVERTISMENT: Dup realizarea racordurilor, deschidei complet robinetul i verificai dac exist scurgeri de ap. Închidei robinetul de ap dup fiecare finalizare a unui program de splare. 34 www.heinner.com Maina dumneavoastr dispune de un dispozitiv de siguran Aquastop. Nu deteriorai acest dispozitiv i nu permitei îndoirea sau rsucirea acestuia. Furtunul de evacuare Racordai furtunul de evacuare direct la scurgere sau la conducta de scurgere a chiuvetei. Acest racord trebuie s fie la o distan de cel puin 50 de cm i cel mult 110 cm de la nivelul podelei. IMPORTANT: Dac utilizai un furtun de evacuare cu o lungime de peste 4 metri, este posibil ca vasele s nu fie splate corespunztor. Conectarea la reeaua electric AVERTISMENT: Maina dumneavoastr este conceput s funcioneze la 220-240 V. Dac tensiunea din locul de instalare este de 110 V, este necesar conectarea unui transformator de la 110 V la 220 V, 3000 W. · tecrul prevzut cu împmântare al mainii trebuie s fie conectat la o priz cu împmântare corespunztoare. · În cazul în care împmântarea nu este disponibil, contactai un electrician calificat în vederea realizrii unei instalaii de împmântare. În cazul utilizrii fr împmântare, nu ne asumm rspunderea pentru pierderile suferite. · Valoarea curentului siguranei electrice trebuie s fie de 10-16 A. 35 www.heinner.com · Conectai produsul la o priz împmântat, protejat cu o siguran. Montarea mainii sub blat Dac dorii s montai maina sub blat, trebuie s existe suficient spaiu pentru a face acest lucru, iar instalaia de cabluri trebuie s fie adecvat în acest sens (1). Dac exist suficient spaiu sub blat pentru montarea mainii, scoatei blatul de lucru dup cum este prezentat în ilustraie (2). AVERTIZARE: Blatul sub care va fi amplasat maina trebuie s fie stabil pentru a preveni dezechilibrarea. Panoul superior al mainii de splat vase trebuie îndeprtat pentru a monta maina sub blat. Pentru a îndeprta panoul superior, scoatei uruburile care îl fixeaz, situate în partea din spate a mainii. Apoi împingei panoul cu 1 cm dinspre partea din fa spre partea din spate i ridicai-l. Reglai picioruele conform pantei podelei (3). Montai maina împingând-o sub blat, având grij s nu zdrobii sau s îndoii furtunurile (4). AVERTIZARE: Dup îndeprtarea panoului superior al mainii de splat vase, maina trebuie aezat într-un spaiu cu dimensiunile indicate în figura de mai jos. ÎNAINTE DE UTILIZAREA APARATULUI Pregtirea mainii de splat vase pentru prima utilizare · Asigurai-v c specificaiile instalaiei de alimentare cu apa i ale instalaiei electrice corespund valorilor indicate în cadrul instruciunilor privind instalarea mainii. · Îndeprtai toate ambalajele din interiorul mainii. · Setai nivelul agentului de dedurizare a apei. · Umplei compartimentul pentru agent de cltire. Importana dedurizrii apei Maina de splat vase funcioneaz în parametri optimi cu ap dedurizat. În caz contrar, pot rmâne reziduuri de calcar pe vase i pe componentele din interiorul mainii. Acest lucru va afecta în mod negativ performanele de splare i cltire ale mainii. Atunci când apa trece prin sistemul de dedurizare, ionii care formeaz duritatea apei sunt îndeprtai din ap, aceasta atingând calitatea necesar pentru o splare optim. În funcie de duritatea apei, aceti ioni se acumuleaz rapid în interiorul sistemului de dedurizare a apei. Prin urmare, sistemul de dedurizare trebuie meninut funcional, pentru a se asigura acelai nivel de performan i la urmtoarele splri. In acest scop, se utilizeaz sare de dedurizare special pentru maini de splat vase. Maina poate folosi numai o sare special pentru dedurizarea apei. Nu utilizai sare cu granulaie redus sau fin, care este uor solubil. Utilizarea altui tip de sare v poate deteriora maina. Umplerea compartimentului pentru sare Pentru a aduga sarea de dedurizare, deschidei capacul compartimentului pentru sare rotindu-l în sens antiorar. (1) (2) La prima utilizare umplei compartimentul cu 1 kg de sare i ap (3) pân aproape de preaplin. Dac este disponibil, utilizarea unei pâlnii (4) va uura umplerea. Punei capacul la loc i închidei-l. Dup 20-30 de cicluri adugai sare în main pân ce se umple (aprox. 1 kg). Adugai ap în compartimentul de sare numai la prima utilizare Utilizai sare de dedurizare produs special pentru utilizarea în mainile de splat vase. La pornirea mainii de splat vase, compartimentul de sare se umple cu ap, de aceea introducei sarea de dedurizare înainte de pornirea mainii. Dac sarea de dedurizare a trecut de nivelul de preaplin i nu pornii mediat maina, rulai un scurt program de splare pentru a proteja maina contra coroziunii. 37 www.heinner.com Banda de testare (nu este livrat împreun cu produsul) NOT: Nivelul 3 este setat implicit. Sistemul de dedurizare a apei Maina de splat vase este echipat cu un sistem de dedurizare a apei provenite de la robinet. Pentru a afla nivelul de duritate a apei de la robinet, contactai compania de ap din zona dumneavoastr sau utilizai o band de testare (dac este disponibil). Gradul de duritate 1 revine dup gradul de duritate 6. · Ultimul grad al duritii apei selectat este memorat dup întreruperea alimentrii mainii cu ajutorul butonului Pornit/Oprit 38 www.heinner.com Utilizarea detergentului Folosii numai detergeni concepui special pentru maini de splat vase de uz casnic. Pstrai detergenii la loc uscat i rcoros, inaccesibil copiilor. Adugai detergentul recomandat pentru programul selectat pentru a asigura cea mai bun performan. Cantitatea de detergent necesar depinde de ciclu, gradul de încrcare i nivelul de murdrire al vaselor. Nu introducei în compartimentul de detergent o cantitate mai mare decât cea necesar; în caz contrar, pe pahare i vase pot rmâne urme albe sau un strat albstrui i se poate produce coroziunea sticlei. Utilizarea continu a unei cantiti prea mari de detergent poate produce deteriorarea mainii. Utilizarea unei cantiti prea mici de detergent poate duce la o curare nesatisfctoare i la urme albe la utilizarea apei dure. Consultai instruciunile productorului detergentului pentru informaii suplimentare. Umplerea cu detergent Apsai încuietoarea pentru a deschide dozatorul i turnai detergentul înuntru. Închidei capacul i apsai-l pân se blocheaz. Dozatorul trebuie reumplut imediat înainte de începerea fiecrui program. Dac vasele sunt foarte murdare, adugai detergent în compartimentul pentru detergent de presplare. Folosirea detergenilor combinai Aceste produse trebuie utilizate conform instruciunilor productorului. Nu introducei niciodat detergeni combinai în interiorul mainii sau în coul de tacâmuri. Detergenii combinai conin atât detergent cât i agent de cltire, înlocuitori pentru sare i componente suplimentare în funcie de combinaie. V recomandm s nu folosii detergeni combinai la programele scurte. Folosii detergeni pulbere pentru astfel de programe. Dac întâmpinai probleme la utilizarea detergenilor combinai, contactai productorul respectiv. Când încetai utilizarea detergenilor combinai, asigurai-v c setrile pentru duritatea apei i aditivul de cltire sunt la valorile corecte. Utilizarea aditivului de cltire Aditivul de cltire contribuie la uscarea vaselor fr urme sau pete. Aditivul de cltire este necesar pentru vesela care trebuie s nu aib pete i pentru paharele transparente. Aditivul de cltire este eliberat automat în cursul fazei de cltire cu ap fierbinte. Dac doza de aditiv de cltire este prea sczut, pe vase rmân pete albe iar vasele nu se cur complet. Dac doza este prea mare, vei vedea un strat albstrui pe sticl i vase. Umplerea compartimentului de aditiv de cltire i setarea Pentru a umple compartimentul aditivului de cltire deschidei capacul acestuia. Umplei compartimentul cu aditiv de cltire pân la nivelul MAX i închidei capacul. Pre-cltirea manual a vaselor conduce la un consum mrit de ap i energie i nu este recomandat. În coul superior putei plasa ceti, pahare, cupe, farfurii mici, boluri etc. Nu rezemai paharele înalte unul de cellalt, deoarece sunt instabile i se pot deteriora. La plasarea cupelor i paharelor cu picior, rezemai-le de marginea coului sau de suport, nu de alte obiecte. Aezai toate recipientele cum ar fi ceti, pahare sau oale cu deschiderea în jos, pentru a evita colectarea apei în acestea. Dac maina este dotat cu un co pentru tacâmuri, pentru cele mai bune rezultate se recomand s utilizai grtarul pentru tacâmuri. Plasai pe grtarul inferior toate articolele mari (cratie, oale, capace, farfurii, boluri etc.) i articolele foarte murdare. Vesela i tacâmurile nu trebuie amplasate unele deasupra celorlalte. AVERTIZARE: Avei grij s nu împiedicai rotirea braelor de pulverizare. AVERTIZARE: Dup încrcarea vaselor avei grij s nu împiedicai deschiderea dozatorului de detergent. Recomandri Îndeprtai reziduurile grosiere de pe vase înainte de a le aeza în main. Pornii maina încrcat complet. Nu supraîncrcai sertarele i nu plasai vasele în courile necorespunztoare. AVERTIZARE: Pentru evitarea posibilelor vtmri, plasai articolele cu mânere lungi i cuitele ascuite cu vârfurile în jos sau orizontal pe couri. Co superior Raft fix Rafturile coului superior au dou poziii: deschis (a) i închis (b). Putei s aezai paharele pe rafturile de splat. De asemenea, putei aeza în lateral furculiele lungi, cuitele i lingurile pe rafturi. Co superior Reglarea înlimii Rotii clemele opritoarelor pentru ine, de la capetele inelor, în lateral pentru a le deschide (astfel cum se arat în imaginea de mai jos), apoi tragei afar i îndeprtai coul. Modificai poziia roilor, apoi remontai coul pe in, asigurându- v c închidei clemele opritoarelor pentru ine. Articole inadecvate pentru splarea la maina de splat vase · Scrum, resturi de lumânri, vopseaua, substanele chimice, materiale din fier- aliaj; · Furculie, linguri i cuite cu mâner din lemn, os filde sau obiecte lipite, obiecte ptate cu substane chimice abrazive, acide sau bazice. · Componente plastice sensibile la temperatur, recipiente din cupru sau acoperite cu cositor. · Obiecte din aluminiu i din argint. · Anumite pahare delicate, porelanuri ornamentale imprimate, anumite articole din cristal, tacâmuri lipite, pahare de cristal, toctoare, obiecte fabricate din fibr sintetic. · Obiecte absorbante precum burei sau lavete de buctrie. Apsai butonul Start/Pauz (3) pentru a porni programul. Lampa Pornit/Oprit se stinge, iar lampa Splare se aprinde. Dac deschidei ua mainii în timp ce programul este înc în desfurare, lampa Start/Pauz va lumina intermitent i lampa aferent programului de splare se aprinde. Fluxul programului poate fi monitorizat cu ajutorul lmpilor de Splare, Cltire, Uscare i Finalizare (7) de pe panoul de comand. Maina rmâne silenioas timp de 40-50 minute atunci când lampa de uscare este pornit. NOT: Apsând pe butoanele Temporizare i Încrcare la jumtate (2) timp de 3 secunde se activeaz opiunea de încrcare la jumtate care scurteaz durata programelor pe care le-ai selectat i reduce consumul de energie i ap. Dac ai utilizat o funcie suplimentar (temporizare sau încrcare la jumtate) (2) cu ultimul program de splare, aceasta va rmâne activ pentru urmtorul program de splare. Dac dorii s anulai aceast funcie la noul program selectat, apsai pe butoanele Temporizare i Încrcare la jumtate (2) pân când lmpile aferente se sting sau oprii maina cu ajutorul butonului Pornit/Oprit (4). Dac dorii s utilizai o funcie suplimentar cu noul programul selectat, selectai funciile dorite. NOT: Putei întârzia timpul de pornire a programului timp de 3-6-9 ore apsând butonul de temporizare (2) înainte de pornirea programului. Dac dorii s modificai durata de temporizare, apsai mai întâi butonul Start/Pauz, iar apoi butonul Temporizare, pentru a selecta noua durat de temporizare. Apsai butonul Start/Pauz pentru a activa noua durat de temporizare. Pentru a anula temporizarea, trebuie s apsai butonul Temporizare pân când toate lmpile ce indic întârzierea se sting. NOT: Dac utilizatorul comut maina în poziia oprit dup ce selecteaz durata de temporizare i programul a pornit, temporizarea este anulat. 45 www.heinner.com NOT: Atunci când sarea de dedurizare nu este suficient, indicatorul de avertizare cu privire la lipsa srii (8) pornete i trebuie s umplei compartimentul de sare. NOT: Atunci când nu este suficient aditiv de cltire, indicatorul privind lipsa aditivului de cltire (6) se aprinde i trebuie s umplei compartimentul cu aditiv de cltire. CURARE I ÎNTREINERE Curarea mainii de splat vase este important pentru meninerea duratei de funcionare util a mainii. Avei grij ca setarea de dedurizare a apei (dac este disponibil) s fie efectuat corect i ca o cantitate corect de detergent s fie folosit pentru a preveni acumularea de tartru. Reumplei compartimentul de sare atunci când lumina senzorului de sare se aprinde. În maina de splat vase se pot acumula în timp ulei i tartru. Dac acest lucru se întâmpl: · Umplei compartimentul pentru detergent dar nu încrcai vase în main. Selectai un program care funcioneaz la temperatur înalt i rulai-l cu maina fr vase. Dac acest lucru nu cur suficient maina de splat vase, utilizai un agent de curare special conceput pentru utilizare în maina de splat vase. · Pentru a prelungi perioada de funcionare a mainii de splat vase, curai-o cu regularitate o dat pe lun. · tergei cu regularitate etanrile uilor cu o lavet umed pentru a îndeprta reziduurile acumulate i obiectele strine. Scoatei filtrul grosier din micro-filtru (2). Apoi scoatei filtrul metalic (3). Cltii filtrele cu mult ap i asigurai-v c ai îndeprtat toate resturile. Reasamblai filtrele. Introducei ansamblul filtrelor în locaul acestuia i rotii-l în sensul acelor de ceasornic (4). · Nu utilizai maina de splat vase fr ansamblul filtrelor. · Montarea incorect a ansamblului filtrelor va reduce eficiena splrii. · Curarea filtrelor este foarte important pentru funcionarea corespunztoare a mainii. 48 www.heinner.com Braele de pulverizare Asigurai-v c orificiile braelor de pulverizare nu sunt înfundate i c pe braele de pulverizare nu sunt lipite resturi de alimente. Dac orificiile braelor sunt înfundate, scoatei braele i curai-le sub jet de ap. Pentru a scoate braul de pulverizare superior, desfacei piulia de fixare a acestuia prin rotire în sensul acelor de ceasornic i tragei de bra în jos. Asigurai-v c piulia de fixare este strâns corespunztor atunci când montai la loc braul de pulverizare superior. Pompa de evacuare Reziduurile mari de alimente sau obiectele strine neoprite de filtre pot bloca pompa de ap uzat. Apa de cltire se va afla atunci deasupra filtrului. Avertizare Risc de tiere! La curarea pompei de ap uzat avei grij s nu v rnii cu sticl spart sau obiecte ascuite. În acest caz: 1. În primul rând, deconectai întotdeauna aparatul de la reeaua de alimentare. 2. Scoatei courile. 3. Scoatei filtrele. 4. Scoatei apa folosind un burete, dac este necesar. 5. Verificai zona i îndeprtai orice obiecte strine. 6. Instalai filtrele. 7. Folosii pâlnia în timpul umplerii compartimentului cu sare pentru a evita scurgerile. Împmântare efectuat necorespunztor. Consultai imediat un tehnician calificat. Rmâne detergent în compartimentul de detergent. Detergentul a fost adugat atunci când compartimentul de detergent a fost umed.
