SICHERHEITSHINWEISE / SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS DE A) ALLGEMEIN Der BRConnect darf lediglich gemäß dem bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch und den spezifizierten technischen Daten betrieben werden. Bitte beachten Sie alle in der Bedienungsanleitung angegebenen Hinweise der BRC Solar GmbH sowie die Warnhinweise auf dem BRConnect. Die Warnhinweise auf dem BRConnect müssen stets gut lesbar sein und dürfen nicht entfernt, verändert oder manipuliert werden. Geltende lokale Gesetze, Bestimmungen, Richtlinien und Normen müssen für den Betrieb sowie bei der Installation, Deinstallation und Wartung vorrangig beachtet werden. Die Sicherheitshinweise der Bedienungsanleitung sind nicht vollständig und dienen nur der Ergänzung. B) ELEKTROFACHKRÄFTE Alle mit dem Produkt in Verbindung stehenden Arbeiten dürfen nur von qualifizierten Elektrofachkräften durchgeführt werden. Die Elektrofachkraft muss hierbei nationale und regionale Vorschriften einhalten. Bitte lesen Sie sich vor der Installation alle Hinweise sorgfältig durch und befolgen Sie diese. Elektrische Arbeiten dürfen nur unter Beachtung der 5 Sicherheitsregeln der Elektrotechnik erfolgen. Installieren Sie ausschließlich intakte BRConnects mit einem vollständigen Lieferumfang. Nutzen Sie ausschließlich das im Lieferumfang enthaltene Zubehör insbesondere im Hinblick auf das Netzteil. Nehmen Sie keine Modifikationen an dem BRConnect vor. Achten Sie insbesondere darauf, bei der Montage spannungsfreie Strangkabel durch den BRConnect zu führen, um Stromschläge zu verhindern. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE / SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS A) GENERAL EN The BRConnect may only be operated in accordance with the intended use and the specified technical data. Please note all instructions from BRC Solar GmbH given in the instruction manual as well as the warning notices on the BRConnect. The warning notices on the BRConnect must always be clearly legible and must not be removed, changed or manipulated. Applicable local laws, regulations, guidelines and standards must be given priority for operation, installation, uninstallation and maintenance. The safety instructions in the instruction manual are not complete and only serve as supplementary information. 2 B) ELECTRICAL SPECIALISTS B) BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßER GEBRAUCH DE All work related to the product may only be carried out by qualified electricians. The electrician must comply with national and regional regulations. Please read and follow all instructions carefully before installation. If there is anything unclear or you need detailed information, please call our service telephone. Electrical work may only be carried out in compliance with the 5 safety rules of electrical engineering. Only install intact BRConnect with a complete scope of delivery. Only use the accessories included in the delivery - especially with regard to the power supply. Do not make any modifications to the BRConnect. Pay particular attention to running voltage-free string cables through the BRConnect during assembly to prevent electric shocks. C) END USER Under no circumstances should you carry out any work on the BRConnect yourself. Do not open the housing. Please keep the instruction manual so that they are available for all activities related to the product. 3. PRODUKTÜBERSICHT / PRODUCT OVERVIEW A) AUFBAU / ASSEMBLY DE EN Der BRConnect ist ein Gateway für private, gewerbliche sowie industrielle Photovoltaikanlagen. Er dient, in Kombination mit dem M600-M sowie dem BRC Power Manager, zum Daten-Monitoring der Photovoltaikanlage auf Modulebene. Hierbei werden Daten des M600-M mittels Powerline-Kommunikation via DC-Kabel erfasst und verarbeitet. Der Endnutzer kann über den BRC Power Manager diese Daten einsehen, sodass eine Überwachung der Photovoltaikanlage möglich ist. Der BRC Power Manager wird als Desktop- oder App-Version bereitgestellt. Für eine bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Produktes ist eine ortsfeste Installation erforderlich, welche nach den Erläuterungen unter Punkt 4 durch eine qualifizierte Elektrofachkraft zu erfolgen hat. Bitte beachten Sie bei der Aufstellung des BRConnects die Einhaltung der spezifizierten technischen Daten. Hierbei ist insbesondere auf folgende Hinweise zu achten: Der BRConnect verfügt über die Schutzart IP40 und ist somit für die Verwendung in Innenräumen vorgesehen. Bitte halten Sie das Gerät fern von Flüssigkeiten, Luftfeuchtigkeit und Wärmequellen sowie direkter Sonneneinstrahlung. Das Produkt für den Betrieb bei Umgebungstemperaturen von - 20°C bis + 55°C ausgelegt. Das Produkt ist nur für den Betrieb bis zu 2.000m über NN zugelassen. Der BRConnect verfügt über Ethernet und WLAN Schnittstellen, um die Daten dem BRC Power Manager zur Verfügung zu stellen. WLAN-Standard WiFi 4; 802.11n WLAN-Frequenzbereich 2,4 GHz Falls der Gebrauch von der hier erläuterten Verwendung abweicht, gilt dies als nicht bestimmungs- gemäß. Der Hersteller übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden, die durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch entstanden sind. In combination with the M600-M and the BRC Power Manager, it is used for data monitoring of the photovoltaic system at module level. Data from the M600-M is recorded and processed using powerline communication via DC cables. The end user can view this data via the BRC Power Manager, making it possible to monitor the photovoltaic system. BRC Power Manager is available as a desktop or app version. In order to use the product as intended, a fixed installation is required, which must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with the explanations under point 4. When setting up the BRConnect, please ensure compliance with the specified technical data. MONTAGE / INSTALLATION 1 Wandhalterung anbringen: Position mit Stift und Wasserwage anzeichnen, 4 Löcher bohren (Größe 6mm) und 4 Dübel versenken, Wandhalterung mit 4 Schrauben, Unterlegscheiben und Schraubendreher montieren. BETRIEB UND WARTUNG Reinigen Sie den BRConnect ausschließlich mit einem trockenen und fusselfreien Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösemittel. Der BRConnect ist wartungsfrei; bei anhaltender Störung an den Support wenden. 7. AUSTAUSCH UND REPARATUR DE Die Arbeitsschritte der Demontage des BRConnect sind in umgekehrter Reihenfolge der Montage vorzunehmen (siehe Kapitel 4): Schalten Sie den Wechselrichter DC-seitig aus. Stellen Sie die Spannungsfreiheit der durchgeführten Strangleitungen her. Entfernen Sie das Netzteil, um den BRConnect vom Stromkreis zu trennen. Entferne Sie das Ethernet Kabel. Lösen Sie die Strangleitungen aus den Kabeldurchführungen. Demontieren Sie den BRConnect, dafür gleichmäßig gerade von der Wandplatte lösen. Eine Reparatur darf nicht durchgeführt werden. 8. ENTSORGUNG Die Transportverpackung kann unter der örtlichen Abfallentsorgung einer Verwertung zugeführt werden. Der BRConnect sowie alle dazugehörigen Komponenten sind nach der Verwendung nach den im Land geltenden Gesetzen als Elektronikschrott zu entsorgen. 9. PRODUKTKONFORMITÄT UND KONTAKT Die BRC Solar GmbH mit Sitz in der Gehrnstraße 7 in D-76275 Ettlingen erklärt, dass das Produkt BRConnect bei Beachtung der Installationshinweise sowie bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch den grundlegenden Anforderungen der nationalen Richtlinien entspricht. Eine vollständige Konformitätserklärung finden Sie auf der Webseite (www.brc-solar.de) der BRC Solar GmbH. 6. OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE Only clean the BRConnect with a dry, lint-free cloth. REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR The work steps for disassembly the BRConnect must be carried out in the reverse order of assembly (see Chapter 4): Switch off the DC-side of the inverter. Ensure that the string cables are voltage-free. Remove the power supply to disconnect the BRConnect from the circuit. Remove the Ethernet cable. Release the string cables from the cable bushings. Dismantle the BRConnect by evenly removing it straight from the wall mount. Repairs may not be carried out. 8. DISPOSAL The transport packaging can be recycled at the local waste disposal facility. After use the BRConnect and all associated components are to be disposed of as electronic waste in accordance with the laws applicable in the country 9.
