Mighty Mule MMS100 Wireless Connectivity System Installation

Overview

This guide provides instructions for installing and setting up the Mighty Mule MMS100 Wireless Connectivity System, enabling wireless control for your Mighty Mule gate operator. Ensure your gate operator is installed and powered off before proceeding.

Installing the Radio Module

The process involves connecting the radio module to the gate operator's control board and routing the antenna. Ensure the operator is powered off during installation.

Setting Up the Bridge and WiFi Connection

To connect the MMS100 to your WiFi network:

Establishing Communication

The radio module and bridge module attempt to connect automatically. The LED indicator on the bridge shows connection status. If connection fails, power levels may need adjustment via the Mighty Mule App or control box buttons (S2, S3, S4).

Adjustable power levels include Low, Medium, and High. Caution is advised when setting higher power levels if modules are close together.

LED Indicators

Understand the status of your system through various LED color and state combinations, indicating connection status, IP acquisition, and pairing modes.
